Three decades ago, when I was in college, this particular 7-11 store was our favorite spot for late-night snacks and caffeine boosts during endless study sessions. Even after moving to the mainland, I make it a point to visit this store every time I'm back in the area. Its unbeatable location, just under 50 yards from the ocean and conveniently situated off Kamehameha Highway, makes it a must-visit. The store's exterior might show a bit of wear from its proximity to the sea, but the interior has been modernized and is impressively clean. In the past, our choices were limited to nachos, but now the store offers an expanded selection including bento's, musubi, and other options at affordable prices. The staff has consistently been helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

+ 7 ⭐️This mainlander staying in Punaluu, Hawaii frequents this hub of the community usually twice per day.The staff is the very best in Hawaiian courtesy and hospitality.As a hub this location is extremely busy but the ladies never falter and have a great rhythm going and get customers out in a timely manner with an Aloha for each customer coming in and exiting.I buy groceries here. The bananas are the best deal yet.Aloha and mahalo ladies

The reason we stopped at this 7-eleven because my wife was looking for a local meal that was sold ready to go off the shelves. 7-eleven stores are consistent-parking normally OK, stores are spotlessly clean, food being sold is fresh. Some items are relatively more expensive but food items are typically cheaper than many fast food restaurants. Definitely quality food on a budget. All employees I’ve met are friendly and professional.

We bought seafood rolls and bento there this afternoon.. And we eat there. They said you can’t eat here, you have to go outside and eat. The two ladies on duty are not very friendly. We are on our vacation and have stopped by several 7 eleven to buy our lunch and eat there without any problem. If you don’t let people eat inside the store, why do the store put the microwave to let people warm the food? It just doesn’t make sense. The customer service is not pleasant and they chatted the whole time when we were at the store without showing any interest for our business. Bad experience!!!

The new remodel of the place is nothing less than the reincarnation of Ceasars Palace. The food, the drink, the ambience!“EAT DRINK AND BE MERRY FOR TOMORROW WE DIE! CLOSED. Unfortunately, this location was torn down a couple of weeks ago. Sad. It was my go to convenience store other than Kaya’s for the last couple of decades when I visit and stay on this side of the island. No idea if it’ll be rebuilt as its location is still in shambles and surrounded by netting. The nearest 7-11 is probably Kaaawa.

The attendent, Rose refused to take a state ID based on being unfamiliar with the state. She was unprofessional and rude. I am highly upset with the service.

The store is filthy, the workers are very rude, lazy and un informative, they don't know how to properly use the register and don't look away when you put your pin number in . I don't recommend going here .
