Gave me Copenhagen vibes in the middle of Kauai/Hawaii. Yummy (vegan) sourdough bread, a good choice of sandwiches and pastries. I had their avocado toast and their focaccia (both plant-based) for breakfast and really liked them.Vegetarian options: Bread is vegan, pastries are vegetarian.

A great way to start the morning. Wonderful bakery in town filled with original pastries and sandwiches. Tried the caprese sandwich based on recommendation and it did not disappoint. The pesto was unbelievably so good. We also got the macadamia nut cinnamon roll which had a sweet glaze filled with a crunchy nut filling. They had a breakfast menu as well and decided to try the salmon croissant. The croissant was nice and flaky, but felt that for the price more should have been added to it. Overall, would totally recommend!

me and my friends loved this bakery, it had such interesting pastries and smelled great! we had the lavender lemon morning roll and country sourdough, both were great. super impressed with the lavender flavour in the bun + they have mac nut as a milk alternative for coffee which i don’t see that often in hawaii

Somehow after trying this place on day one we found ourselves driving 45 minutes out of the way to go back on day two...need I say more. We're kind of croissant snobs and these were some of the best we have ever had. AMAZING!

Great bakery. This crew really knows what they are doing.Amazing lamination on croissants and pastries, good flavors, and great crunch often lacking in bakeries. Nice selection of breads and pastries alongside standards like baguettes and pain au chocolat. All looked delicious.Lavender is easily 'overwhelming' in foods, but their Lavender Lemon Morning bun blew me away. Balanced and mild flavors, great texture, and perfect level of sticky sugar.Nice staff and good coffee as well! A must visit on Kaua'i. Well worth the drive. I'm excited to come back for lunch and more pastries.

Quaint bakery in the Hanapepe area of Kauai; fits in perfectly with the artsy community with its simple storefront yet incredibly delicious menu items. This place gets very busy, very quickly, so the earlier you arrive, the better your chances to get your hands on all varieties of goodies!

Delicious, fresh baked pastries, bread, and panini. Happy we beat the line! Loved the almond croissant!! I personally found the breads (focaccia, baguette , everything croissant) to be just slightly too salty for me but it wouldn’t stop me from going back and purchasing more pastries and panini!!! 🤤

Might Night Bear bakery produces really delicious tropical pastries like the Honey Starfruit Cinnamon Croissant. I am impressed how delicious this pastry is. Sweet and savory with a flaky buttery crust. I also recommend the Papaya and Cream Cheese croissant, pure bliss! Sweet, crunchy, buttery, savory, just pure bliss in this tropical paradise. This place also offers cold brew teas. I had all my pastries with a large iced Rooibos tea. Super refreshing in 80+ degree humid weather. And you must have a classic chocolate croissant! Puffy buttery-flaky crunchy-crust on the outside, and a creamy chocolatey center 🤤🤤🤤

Multiple friends recommended this bakery to us and we loved it so much we went for breakfast and lunch during our visit! A good stop on the way to Waimea Canyon. The pastries were so good but get there early cause they do run out. Also big fans of the grilled cheese.

Absolutely wonderful place. My little Parisian 4 year old dislikes all the American chocolate croissants except these ones. Well done! He had 2 of them. The roll is amazing... Actually everything we got was amazing. Long lines but totally understandable.

This bakery is the highlight of Hanapepe! Delicious bread and sandwiches, and super friendly staff. Highly recommend a stop here if you’re in the area or passing through.

We were driving through Hanapepe, and we saw this bakery. I didn't recall seeing it last year when we were here, but it's possible we were distracted by something else and missed it. We decided to turn around and investigate. The line was to the door, which is always an indication of something worthy when sweets are involved. We joined the queue and looked at the treats in the glass cases. I had the croissant with egg and cheese, and a dragon fruit Danish. My partner had a macadamia nut Cinnamon roll. We both had Lattes. And I also got a country style loaf of sourdough to take for later. We split the croissant, which was amazing. And both of our pastries were incredible. So were the lattes. The atmosphere of this bakery is warm and inviting. It was a little toasty inside, but certainly not uncomfortable so we opted for an indoor table. It was clear that this Bakery stays busy judging by the size of the stack of empty flour bags visible behind the counter in the kitchen and the steel bakers trays of pastries they kept restalking the cases with. Service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be visiting this place again soon. Highly recommended and a testiment to the lovely town where it resides. We did not take photos of our food, but I've included one of the glorious loaf of bread we procured.Note: Later, up at the lodge in Waimea State Park, we ordered a couple of cocktails and struck up a conversation with the bartender. She asked us what else we had done today, and we mentioned the bakery. "Oh," she said. "Best bakery around. It's where we get all of our breads."That should tell you everything.

Amazing breads and desserts! My fiancé and I got a bit of everything. I loved their country sourdough bread (whole loaf is $7), and their berry danish and chocolate croissants are to die for! Love that they have savory and sweet menu items making it to perfect little breakfast spot. There was quite a line and they were a two person show but the staff was hustling. One of my new favorite places when visiting Kauai! Oh and did I mention their oat milk lattes were delicious!?

Amazing pastries and treats to reward adventurous travellers.This was an amazing find. We didn't expect to go here as we only wanted to stop by to see Lilo and Stitch stuff. Oh boy, were we rewarded.We tried the Nutella Cruffin and Lilokai Danish. Wowza! Amazing stuff.Folks and staff were super friendly.Highly recommended!!!!

Delicious loaves! A caprese sandwich unlike any we’ve had before (toasted with generous balsamic). The vibe is interesting, a little rundown and not very welcoming to wanting to hang around for a while.

WOW! That was tasty! I was looking for a place that would give more choices than a salad to our family vegetarian and this place was AWESOME! I had the hot Caprese sandwich (fresh mozzarella, tomato, macadamia nut pesto, house made citron balsamic, reduction, sea salt, and cracked pepper on fresh baked country sourdough). It was almost the same as the pesto grilled cheese (which almost everyone else had), but with a little extra.I also bought a macadamia nut cinnamon roll and ... that was gone before we left the restaurant. We also bought some Rosemary Sea Salt Baguettes, which were great at home with butter ... mmm ...Parking was on street parking, but we found a spot fairly close. Inside, you order at the counter (short line), and find a table.The restaurant was in historic Hanapepe, so I think that if we'd wanted to wander and window shop, it would have been a great place to do so ... but we wanted to get to the Salvation Army thrift store in Hanapepe before it closed for the day.Also, there were Pokestops.... gotta stop eating the food before I take the picture.

We stopped in on a Friday morning enroute to the airport - we had a lavender lemon morning bun and a lilikoi danish and house coffee. All were exceptional! The morning bun was the highlight - I’ll be dreaming about it for months to come. It is worth waiting in line for!

I've been to so many patisseries/bakeries and was absolutely floored by how amazing these croissants were -- definitely among the best I've had. My partner got the ham & cheese croissant and loved it. The ginger & cinnamon morning bun was a delight -- like a perfectly moist cinnamon roll, but instead of all the sticky sweetness there's a light dusting of sugar.

They make INCREDIBLE PIZZA! They only make it if they have extra dough available…but they should make sure they always have extra dough available…because they’d be making a whole lot more extra $dough$ :-). We also tried their pastries and sandwiches. Everything was absolutely fantastic.
