Saw a few lower star reviews, so was skeptical, but man do these burgers hit the spot, especially after the beach. Perfect brioche bun to meat to pickles/cheese/lettuce ratio! First 5 ⭐️ on kauai island for food!

Here are my thoughts on Kauai Burger 🍔:Pros 👍- Local grass fed kauai beef- Above average tots and onion rings- Unique sauces (teriyaki and a special sauce)- Friendly staffCons 👎- Burger was small (a little bigger than a McDonald's quarter pounder) 😢- Bun and toppings were average at best- Cook was late, we arrived at 12:30 and had to wait another 10 minutes before they were able to start making burgersOverall my experience was ok, for a food truck. The burger was underwhelming; I finished and felt like I needed two more to get full. If it weren't for the cook incident I would have given four stars, but it was enough of an inconvenience that I feel compelled to include it in my review. I doubt that this happens all the time, but including my experience will let statistics show the whole story in time.

BEST BURGER IN KAUAI.The little red food truck in the back of the spot behind the Liquor store in Hanalei is the best kept secret on Kauai. If you blink, you might miss the 4 or so creative food trucks on right side as you enter Hanalei. Sean the owner of Kauai Burger has taken every fresh ingredient available and transformed it into the best burger I have had in at least a year.I heard it was really good. Then I went today for the first time. It was so good, that I waited in line to get a second one just to try to figure out how to recreate a Kauai Burger on my own.Congratulations on creating an irresistible burger on the north shore.TIP: Best order is Double cheeseburger with the works along with tings.

They had the most delicious breakfast I've ever eaten! The mexi crunch wrap is next level!! So tasty, fast, and worth every penny! Our server was a super nice lady as well! Highly highly recommend!!

I wish I took a picture of the burger but soon as I bit into it, it was gone. Small burgers but so so good. If I wasn't going swimming at Haena right after I'd have gotten another one. Planning to get another on the way back. Sean, the owner, closes shop at 9 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Great place for authentic Hawaiian breakfast. Their loco moco was so delicious. They had a vegetarian option with a taro patty. Yum! If you haven’t had a loco moco in Hawaii, highly recommend this place .Parking: Small lot

We had the avocado toast and the taro patty with rice and gravy. Both were phenomenal. Highly recommend this food truck and the owner is a sweet heart!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options including avocado toast and taro patties.Parking: Lots of parking behind the liquor store.

Delicious burgers and fries on Kona, a bit over priced for the portion size but it makes up in quality. We also had their fries and organic tea which I really enjoyed. They have a good variety of burgers to choose from.

Not a great breakfast. Got the taro loco. It was a mushy-on-mushy experience. Felt like a waste of money at $14. Might be better for lunch with a burger, but I'd pass for breakfast.

Delicious burger and delicious fries. Their spicy ranch and the aioli was inspired- so delicious. I appreciated the locally sourced meat and that is was grass fed. I appreciated the vegetarian options as well! Overall would recommend!

Slow service, impersonal staff. Didnt even care to get my name right even after i corrected then. TINY burger for $10, onion ring on top was good, jalapeno sauce was sour & the beef was cooked poorly. Honestly, I wouldn't buy that burger again if it was $5. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The beef here is really good! The burger was tasty and juicy. Perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat. Price was reasonable.

Girl got our order wrong. The bun was old. Overall, horrible experience. We should have eaten at the plate lunch place a few wagons down. Maybe that's why there was no one in line at Kauai burger when we showed up.
