Great place for brunch and coffee.. they have a variety of sandwiches and toasts.. !! Overrated cos you can find everyone wanting to go there.. each time we went we had to wait for about an hour to order and another 40mins for the food to come!! Felt like the whole morning went by just like that… Smoothies also take time as its very crowded.. !! they have bench seating outside which has a cute vibe.. The crossiant needs a special mention.. super soft and buttery.. Their presentation of food is amazing !!! Also very very expensive – breakfast with coffee for 4 is not below 150$..

People in Hanalei get moving early so don't be surprised for this spot to be jumping right when they open. I arrived about 7:30 and most seats were full and there was a short line to order from the front window. There's also a more traditional coffee setup counter in back with baked good, etc.Don't be discouraged, you can sit on one of the few picnic tables out on the lawn or take your food down to the beach. Or just be patient, people move through fairly quickly. The food and coffee were both really good. The fruit bowl with a side of honey was so fresh and delicious. The avocado toast was excellent I just wish they had a verde hot sauce for it (Tapatio packets only but they got the job done.) You could also add bacon or an egg (think baked egg cup, not over-medium) which was nice. The warm biscuit was a bit dry for my Southern sensibilities but the strawberry jam was delicious.Overall I loved this place, the varied menu, and open air space and will definitely return when I'm back in town.

The wait is 30 mins for food, so here’s some pro tips on what to order to make the wait feel shorter!1. Coffee and Pastry come out quickly. We got a latte and a mango banana muffin that was delicious!2. Açaí Bowls take about 10 minutes to come out and the açaí is fresh and smooth. Probably the best bowl I’ve had on the island.3. Brekkie Sandwich and Burrito take about 25 minutes, which came just as we finished the açaí bowl!4. For the veggie eaters, Easy to swap out Bacon on the Breakfast Burrito for avocado.5. Easy parking across the street. The portions are a decent size. Sandwich and Burrito comfortably feed 1.5 servings so we had a great post hike meal from our leftovers.

I almost didn’t go because of the mixed reviews, but this place was awesome. I had the Brekkie sandwich which was huge and very tasty. Service was friendly. The place was kinda busy, but I still had my food within 10 minutes. They even had a sign saying that it could take 20-40 minutes. Great views sitting out front. I caught a rainbow in front of the mountains. Almost perfect atmosphere here. As I was writing this review, a guy came out and announced current wait times on food. They are doing all they can to prepare people for possible wait times.EDIT: I went back and got the Avocado toast with smoked salmon added ... WOW. It was fresh, awesome, and incredibly filling. It was 2 meals for me. This one was closer to $20 with the added salmon, but it was definitely worth it.

Solid choice for breakfast in Hanalei. Probably the best avocado toast we had on the island. The bread is fresh, as you'd expect from a bread company, and it makes all the difference. Plenty of coffee and tea options as well. It's consistently busy, but the staff handles it well and there's plenty of outdoor seating and nearby parking to help with that.

Amazing island bakery with delicious sandwiches, pastries and all the coffee/tea you could imagine. Our first island stop, and it was a perfect way to start our vacation.Staff is super friendly an are willing to give recommendations of pastries.Lots of branded swag available from mugs to water bottles and bags. Lots of coffee available in ground/beans are available for gifts.Lots of tables to sit, as well as 5-6 large picnic tables outside with umbrellas.

I was hungry and needed some food. I got the BLT and tropical smoothie. The BLT was okay. I liked the smoothie. The food is overpriced for what you get though. And they want you to tip before you can even try the food, places like that really bother me. I want to know if the food is good before I tip. One of those places that spins the iPad around for you to select a tip amount. The front desk person is not that friendly just ok, kind of reminds me of Pacific Northwest snobbiness. There weren't seats outside so we had to sit on one of the skinny benches they have and it was uncomfortable.

Coffee, food, pastries and bread are so good. We ended up coming here twice. The fancy toast is amazing. I loved getting their iced vanilla latte with coconut syrup (house made). Ugh, will be dreaming of their coffee when I leave.Brekkie sandwich was really great too.Don’t skip on the chocolate croissant! So moist and delicious. They definitely know how to make bread!

Very good breakfast place in Hanalei! We had the granola/yogurt bowl, ricotta toast and brekkie sandwich. Everything were perfect! But we were disappointed by the pastries, they are overrated. The wait line was insane as well: 30’ line + 40’ food preparation wait. Be prepared

OMG! We saw this on Tik Tok and weren't disappointed! I ordered the 100% Kona coffee. Amazing! My husband had the Belgian waffle and I had the Brekkie Sandwich Bomb! Both delicious and worth the wait. I love how they have a live screen to let you know the wait time. Cute inside as well. Breads you can take home and shirts and mugs. I grabbed a pink coffee mug, adorable and an army green racer back. Love it! You must try when in Kauai!

We went here for breakfast every day of our trip. Super friendly staff and wonderful food. Not a single meal was disappointing, and the coffee was hot and delicious. Highly recommend!

We’ve been in Hanalei for the last 7 days and have made this our morning stop every single morning. Some tips:- Arrive at least 10 minutes before opening. The smoothie bar line allows you to order anything off the menu except the pastries; you’ll need to stand in the main line (on the right) for that.- If you’re more than a party of one, have another member of your party stake out a spot to sit while you order. Tables will fill up fast.- The menu variety is fantastic and we tried much of what was offered. Best bagel and cream cheese we’ve ever had (and we’ve eaten many famous NYC bagels). The fancy toasts are generous and worth it. The fruit bowl is all locally sourced and delicious. The pastries are pretty darn solid - recommend the blueberry scone and the chocolate croissant. Overall on the food: it’s worth the price for the locally sourced ingredients and to pay their folks a living wage. You’re on vacation, after all.- Can’t speak to the coffee drinks. We had black coffee each morning (Sunrise blend, good stuff).- I tried the Chai smoothie one morning - DELICIOUS.- Fill up your water bottle for the day here by using the filler to the left of the cashier. Can’t speak to the vibe of this place past 9:00 but the morning time is the best. The staff hustles and was always friendly.

One of the best coffee in Hawaii. Love this place, the vibes, the staff, everything about this beautiful place. All the cups for the coffee are 100% compostable, so no trees were harmed in the making of them. Also, you have to try the Acai Bowl. It’s magnific, delicious, just wow. So, if you have a pit stop here in Hanalei, try the coffee and Acai Bowl. You’ll love it.
