Over the last few years I’ve been on almost all the shark tour companies on north shore and this one has by far been my favorite! They give the most time in the water with the sharks and also have an extremely friendly crew. Very helpful and I felt safe the whole time in the water. We even saw a huge tiger shark which was epic! 10/10 recommend, I’ll be back

My family and I could not be more pleased with our whale watching tour. The captain drove the boat super smooth, and went out of his way to make sure we all had an amazing time. He knew right where to go to make sure we saw tons of whales. An absolutely magic experience in such a beautiful place. Thank you so much guys!!!!!

I recently had an incredible cage-less shark diving experience with Hawaii Ocean Adventure Tours and it exceeded all expectations. The conditions were simply amazing! Crystal-clear waters, vibrant marine life, and an exhilarating sense of freedom. The crew's friendliness and expertise made the adventure even more enjoyable, ensuring a safe and memorable encounter with these magnificent creatures. Highly recommend for thrill-seekers and nature enthusiasts alike! Shout out Casey for being a phenomenal captain, Lily for being an amazing safety diver, and Cullie for getting all the best underwater shots!

I recently went on a shark diving excursion with Hawaii Ocean Adventure Tours, and it was nothing short of amazing! The entire experience was top-notch, from the moment we boarded the boat to the thrilling moment we descended into the crystal-clear waters with these majestic creatures. The guide Ryan was not only an expert in his field but also super friendly and attentive to safety. The up-close encounters with the sharks were surreal, and I left with memories and photos that will last a lifetime. Highly, highly recommend this tour. If you want a shark dive that will provide an incredibly authentic experience, choose these guys. Ana, Kacey, and Lily were amazing; all very knowledgeable and friendly. I was a little nervous to begin but once you see Lily & Ana in the water I promise you’ll feel at ease. Cannot give them enough praise, I had so much fun on this dive!! If Lily ever decided to teach free diving, I’m there! 😉

I would recommend this shark dive over the other cage dives I've done before 10 to 1. The groups are really small so you get plenty of time to swim and feels much more personal than the big tours where they just shuffle people through as fast as they can. Loved it and would love to come back.

Ryan and his team of professionals were simply amazing. We did a free dive shark experience with Lily, Anna, and Taylor. If you are fortunate enough to find your way to this part of the world look up Ryan. They are incredibly knowledgeable, safe, and most importantly in tune with the ecosystem we all share.The dive provided us with io close and personal experiences with some of the ocean’s most majestic creatures. We swam side by side with Tiger Sharks and Galapagos Sharks.Do yourself a huge solid and go experience these spectacular fish in person. You will come away with memories that will last a lifetime.

I can not say how amazing our experience was. We did a turtle snorkel 2 hr experience. I really appreciated how the company texted pictures of where the harbor was and the pier. It was so helpful. The captain and guide (Alex and Casey) were so patient, helpful, and full of local knowledge. They made the experience amazing. I love how the company does small grps. It was only my family on the boat. They do shark tours as well which I am sure are equally amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Felt safe the entire time and got such unreal pics from Cullie!!! Alex made us feel so safe!!! Best shark experience of my life!!!Don’t question it- just do it!!! You will have an incredible time!!!

What a great time! So glad picked THIS tour. The crew was amazing. Thanks Kacey, Lilly and Anna. Lived on island 9 years and am so happy finally went on this shark adventure. So not as scary as I thought. We had 6 people so basically had the boat to ourselves, which was great. We swam with lots of sharks and saw a couple whales! Crew was very knowledgeable and very fun. Definitely recommending my friends.

Captain Ryan and his crew are the best!! I’ve gone shark diving with them twice and fishing once. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. With the sharks, everyone in the group felt safe and learned a ton. When fishing, we caught a mahi and Ryan showed us some sharks too. He goes above and beyond to make sure it’s a good trip every time. We’ve had so much fun going out with these guys! Highly recommend and will definitely be going out again soon!

Our group booked a 2 hour dive for 6 this morning. Got to see lots of sharks up close. The crew and camera man were awesome and so helpful. Boarded at 0800 and was back on the dock at 0930. Would have been great to spend a bit more time in the water. Great experience, nonetheless .

Awesome tour! First time diving with sharks and I am a complete beginner. First time snorkeling, not an amazing swimmer, and so on. A great tour for anybody who just wants to see some sharks and have a good time. We swam with them for about 30 minutes, but it felt like a lot more time than that. We ended up seeing 24 sharks in total. If I remember correctly: 22 Galapagos, 2 Silky sharks, and 1 tiger shark. They were all so beautiful and calm the entire time, felt really safe in the water with the crew. The crew was super helpful and kind. I was really nervous not being a strong swimmer and having a fear of the ocean/ sharks, but 100% will be coming back again if I ever get the chance and recommend very highly! Thank you so much for working with T&T/MWR to make this experience more affordable for military families- the pelagic (cage-free) shark swim was amazing!!! Even if you are a bit apprehensive or don't have tons of snorkeling experience, Captain Ryan and the crew will give you all the gear and info you will need to have a great time visiting these creatures' natural habitat. Highly recommend!

Captain Ryan is amazing! So down to earth, friendly and treats you like your friends he’s taking for an afternoon adventure.We weren’t catching anything, not even a bite for like 3 hours. But, the boat ride was stunning, water like glass.My husband told him how much he wanted our son to catch a fish. Ryan worked his magic, pulled out all his tricks and even kept us out later to make sure he got that fish!To top it off, he took us to view sharks as well. It was a most fulfilling day!And, he gives a military discount.

Hawaii Ocean Adventure Tours, YOU ROCK!!!!!! First off, they could have cancelled or requested for us to reschedule due to low numbers. They kept schedule which we really appreciate since we had other activities booked for other days. They gave clear directions and made sure that we felt comfortable and what to expect. I had a couple of embarrassing moments (my doing), but the team acted like it was nothing and was happy to help any way possible. We did get to swim with four sharks that day and who does not want to brag about that. We cannot say how much we appreciated your professionalism and the overall trip. We would definitely encourage others to use your service.

My family and I booked a 1/2 day charter for fishing. Aspen, Jimmy and myself. We had an amazing time. Jimmy hooked a big fish but it shook the hook. I saw a large(huge) fish breach and Jimmy and I joked it was the possible mahi mahi he had hooked earlier giving us the fin (not the finger). We saw a submarine, a true first for me..let me tell you. Beautiful weather, incredible scenery, a wonderful Captain Danny. You are so blessed to live in Hawaii! Thank you Danny for the wonderful time. We will remember this day forever. The memories we made are priceless. We can not thank you enough. The Castillejas, Jimmy, Frankie, and Aspen.

Absolutely incredibly experience! The crew (Lily, Casey, and Cullie) was very charismatic and welcoming. We had a tiger shark swim around with us for the whole time and got some amazing pictures! 10/10 would recommend. I would absolutely go again if I’m ever back in Oahu!

When they cancelled our shark cage tour due to high winds we started talking to Ryan. He indicated that he does free swims with the sharks right next to where the cages are. We were skeptical and somewhat scared of swimming with the sharks without a cage. He took the time to talk to the family and explain how the swim would go.We ended up booking with Ryan which was the best decision we ever made. The swim was incredible, there were at least 6 Galapagos sharks swimming near the boat. I stayed in the water for over 20 minutes. My wife and kids were in and out of the water with Ryan’s help.I definitely recommend this experience to anyone especially is you are scared. You’ll quickly see that you are safe with Ryan. One of the highlights of our trip!!

Mahalo to Anna, Casey, and Cullie, our guides and captain on our shark and turtle snorkeling adventure today. We all had an absolutely fabulous time! All three of them were patient with us, informative about the types of sharks, and shared personal stories with us about their own experiences that made us all feel more comfortable. When we headed to see sea turtles on our way back in, Cullie found a sea urchin that we were able to hold too! We can’t wait to see the pictures! We definitely recommend using them for an exciting adventure on Hawaii’s North Shore.

My daughter went on the Pelagic Shark Tour and had an unforgettable experience. They were able to see several sharks up close and personal, which was an experience she will never forget. Lily and Casey were awesome. They definitely gave you enough info you felt informed of what to expect. The sharks were beautiful. So serene. We purchased the picture package can not wait to see our pictures. I highly recommend this tour. No cage was so nice. Small group was also very nice. Definitely give this 5 star rating.

His crew is knowledgeable and prepared us with everything we needed.We had lots of questions and they really helped us feel comfortable. This was the most amazing experience! I bought this for my husband's birthday and didn't think I would go shark diving too. The whole crew made everyone feel so safe and Lily was simply the best calming me down and getting my breathing calm to be able to relax. Would recommend to anyone for a thrill! Mahalo
