My husband's favorite spot on our vacation to Hawaii! Well maybe not his favorite spot, but he did make a daily stop for coffee and groceries and even some sushi. The employees were incredibly helpful all throughout the store and seriously deserve the best review. So if you're on the NorthShore and need some groceries, sunscreen, medicine or any necessities you should check them out. You won't find better service.

I love the fact I can find keto foods while over here for a work trip. Thank youI also loved the fact I have been able to get two hams for under 5.00 for 500 maika points each. Thank you so much.

Good food in the deli, bakery items were great, large selection of groceries at reasonable prices for the island. Checkout was fast and the staff was very friendly. Parking is a bit confusing so watch the painted arrows on the ground. Building and carts could use a refresh, but it's a comfortable place. Will be our go-to grocery store this week.

We got tuna poke from Foodland and our friends were right. Best poke for the best price and it’s a good portion. I got the tuna with the Hawaiian salt. Simple and delicious. I couldn’t even finish the rice because it was a lot! I think we only paid 6.99-8.99 a person.

Whilst on vacation in North Shore popped in here to grab some quick items. Not overly priced. Cute Hawaiian-made things as well. Along with fresh produce and nice reusable-bags for sale. There’s also a coffee shop nearby if you’re waiting for them to open at 6 AM like I was today. Rock on.

Went here several times during our stay on the North Shore. Employees are very nice and a very good selection of foods and not too expensive either.

Honestly a really complete North Shore grocery store. Good selection of fresh meats and gorgeous produce, of course.

My uncle went to courtesy desk and asked if they could tell him where the fresh or chopped garlic was in store. A tall white guy ignored his request and walked away. My uncle asked again and he stated rudely We don’t have any garlic!!! Very rude manner. My uncles son walked up with garlic in his hand and my uncle stated he wanted to talk to manager and the man yelled at him. I am the manager and get out of my store. This is a horrible attitude and treatment of my elderly uncle 73 yrs old and with pacemaker.

Foodland Pupukea is a lot larger than our Wahiawa home store so we like to stop here when we are on the North Shore. You will find a wider variety of canned, bottled, packaged items, as well as liquor, beach supplies like boogie boards, etc. While walking around the store I noticed their liquor department is at least 50% larger than the one in Wahiawa. Maybe even more than that. They even carry Angel's Envy bourbon whiskey which I haven't seen at any market beside this one. Of course, I didn't look for it either. It just happened to catch my eye while making a video of the store. I did 3 videos and none of them will download. Oh well. I would have taken more stills had I known that would happen.Anyway, this store is located at the corner of Pupukea Road and Kam. Highway. There are two entrances. One is on Pupukea Road and the other on Kam Highway. If you need to take a left turn on Kam Highway you have a stop light at the corner that will make it very easy to do just that. This area tends to have a lot of traffic so the stop light is very convenient. This store is clean, country friendly, busy, and well stocked. Do stop in when you are in need of a few groceries or maybe some ready made food from the deli or bakery.

Stepping into Food Land was an exercise in patience I wasn’t prepared for. Not only were the aisles reminiscent of a poorly organized garage sale, but the staff elevated arrogance to an art form. Every inquiry was met with eye-rolls, condescending tones, or downright disdain. It’s as if asking for help was a crime in their little kingdom of chaos. To add insult to injury, after braving the dismal service, I was rewarded with overpriced food that tasted as mediocre as it looked. For the prices they demand, I expected gourmet, but instead received a masterclass in mediocrity. Food Land is a stark reminder that not all supermarkets are created equal.

It's a pretty average foodland, on the smaller side. Their poke selection is not as large as some other foodlands and they were consistently out of a couple flavors each day. Hawaiian fruit produce section was also limited.

Foodland corporate should be ashamed. They have a monopoly on food distribution from wahiawa to haaula. They control the food security of the entire North shore region. The foodland pupukea and haleiwa malama market are totally inadequate for the needs of the community. Every time the power goes out they have to close. Has corp ever heard of solar power with battery storage?

Employees are so rude specially the ones who are working in the deli. We came in at 6:45 am to get some hot food , there are already food set on the counter but we were told by the lady preparing the food that they will open at 7:00 am so I have to wait,I respect that , I said ok I’ll wait but then 4 more different people came in after us and she took their order-in even it wasn’t 7am yet. I looked at her, she knew what she did & finally asked me “Can I help you?”. When I got my food, I asked the Asian guy in the deli if they have forks & spoon & he rudely replied “ NO, WE DON’T!”. Surely there’s no Aloha spirit in this place, just bunch of people who hates their job.

Best grocery store for miles and miles. Maybe because there are only 2 in the area, but still. It's the only grocery store you can actually buy decent poke from. Usually have everything you need.

Sales clerk who has one too many shifts at this establishment continues to make foodland experiences negative. The prices alone here make it hard to shop, the least they could do is hire pleasant people to check you out. (Unaware of name so here’s description) mid height white man going bald, patchy facial hair probably 30 looks 40 does not 1. Greet me 2. Doesn’t respond AFTER I engage the conversation 3. Mumbles whole time about payment and unclear instructions and gets frustrated when I didn’t hear him clearly. On top of that wanted to ID THE ENTIRE GROUP for the one friend who wanted a bottle, after making the 25 min drive to the grocery store he refused to let my friend walk out with her product because I, WHO DID NOT BUY THE PRODUCT, didn’t have my drivers license. I offered to show him photo ID as I did not have physical copy and he still presumed to wave me off and yell “next” to the next person in line. I wasn’t heard, I wasn’t acknowledged; and he’s been unpleasant in less intense circumstances but this all adds up for me to leave a review. Wasted my night.

Nice place to get all your groceries. Good friendly customer service. Great Deli as well as fresh poke and seafood. Prices are reasonable and always can find something you need on sale.Enjoy yourselves out there! Remember to respect yourselves and those you come across, the land, and the ocean. It’s a really nice grocery store but I don’t like dealing with the traffic jams on any given day leaving here from Haleiwa so I don’t regularly shop there but great grocery store. Go during our winter and you guarantee to see a pro surfer.
