We love The Pet Depot for all of our pet needs. It’s such a family vibe. Ohana 🏽. We got my daughter’s cockatiel from here, as well. Everyone was so helpful as far as helping us figure out what kind of bird to get for her. Not all birds are kid friendly but they start these off as babies, hand fed so the temperament is different. We also got our puppy, Nova through a connect with them. These are THE sweetest animals! So now we purchase all animal needs through them.

we come here at least once a month to pick up dog food for our paw babies, once a year to get birthday gifts n dessert, any time our fur babies need chewy toys or just toys this is the place we think of first. the employees and very helpful n kind very friendly and ez to talk to and ask questions

Popped inside today while waiting for my car safety inspection. Locally owned business. Super helpful and friendly staff. Prices are good and the quality of the products they carry is great, which matters to me. While I'm sure my cat and dog are disappointed I walked out empty handed... I'll be back.

Great ownership and staff, we came in to look at the litter of Pomeranians they posted and came back the next day to pick up our new fur baby, Mochi. The staff was amazing at giving us the right advice and information we needed as new doggie owners to help our puppy adjust to his new home.Highly recommend visiting them for your pets needs!

Found this place while searching for pet stores to get gift cards at because I'm located in the states. My sister lives there in HI and I wanted to get my sister's dog a birthday gift and was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could order from the store and they would deliver right to my sister's place! Same day, even! It worked out super well and the dog absolutely loved his surprise! Will definitely be buying from here again.

My shihtzu loves to come to the beach with us, unfortunately she gets matted all the time. They are so patient with my dog. I recommend this place not just for grooming but they have fish/ aquarium supplies. I buy aquatic plants, fish food, & antibiotics for my goldfish. They have everything I need.

Place has a major selection of anything you need for all pets, I come here for my fish and supplies they pretty much have anything and everything your looking for and if not Ryan can order it for you! He custom ordered my 300 gallon tank and even help get it to my house! Now that’s customer service! Highly recommend this place.

Friendly, nice variety of things! Friendly nice people. Love the little store dog mascot. Super cute and friendly she was. Had a pup for sale, some birds and fish. Definitely a lot cleaner than most of the other pet stores I've visited. They have a place in the back of the store, which I believe is a self service area to clean your own animals.

My first time there and it was a bad experience. The two lady’s who work there were very rude. I know they were concerned about my dog but they could have addressed it in a nicer manner and told my friend “can you get him away from the puppies” after telling me about parvovirus might be on there floor.

This little shop has always been my favorite they have healthier options and knowledge about food and pets. Very friendly and if your pet don't like food you can always bring back to exchange it...my dog has allergies and super picky so this was awesome too!

It's ok! Not much stocked on dog treats. Alot of empty shelves. Staff wasn't friendly at all. Walked in..im the only customer in store. My first time coming in here and I see 3 workers...no greeting and no help unless you go upfront to the register and ask for help. The cashier would ask for "your number??" Not specifically????Not stating if your a first time customer ? I give my phone number "can't find my number in the system??"atleast ask if i have been there before? And if i want to make an account with them?definitely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

Love this place. I live in Wahiawa n go out of my way to go there because I love the environment as well as the staff who are all so very helpful n nice. Plus they have certain items there that no other store that I know has. I get my 30 year old Red slider Turtle’s food from The Pet Depot n several weeks ago I called them to check if they had that food - haven’t had to order any for about six months - n the associate said it just came in but she didn’t bag them up yet. I had to rush after work n got there like at exactly 6:02 pm - they close at 6:00 but they were still open so I ran in n told them I called earlier n they actually had my bag of turtle food waiting for me on the counter n stayed open a little longer just so I could get my much needed turtle food. They are greatest!

Just bought some gold snails and live brine shrimp. This place has better things than your big business pet stores. This small shop has what you need if you're looking for a more unique pet experience. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Shout out to Tish(the owner) and Corina(long time employee) for always going the extra mile to help out.

Nice alternative to Petco and PetSmart. Smaller store and staff but they are nice, and I find some stuff here not found at other store, it's good to compare prices. I buy dog and bird items here.

My dogs birthday was today and as usual the staff were friendly! They gave Marcy a Pet Depot bandana a little jerky piece too! The bones and treats here are well affordable compared to PetCo’s prices (10” Bone for 2.99). I mostly get her treats here now because of it but they don’t have her kibble brand (Hill’s Science Diet or Royal Canin.) Regardless, I would definitely still recommend checking them out!

I love this store! They carry great cat&dog treats. They've got the HEALTHIEST birds and fish and the owners, who are also family friends, have always treated me and my pets very well, even before we became friends! They carry ORIJEN, ACANA and STELLA&CHEWY freeze dried foods&treats!

Love this place! I get all my plants and filter equipment from this place. They have lots of other animals that my friends like to look at while I go look at fish and buy my aquarium stuff. Nice selection and pretty cheap aquarium supplies.
