They have an endless array of frozen and freeze-dried raw foods and treats, as well as high quality kibble with minimal to no fillers. They are always well stocked, and have exactly what I need. I also like that they have a buy 10, get one bag free deal of the Primal Frozen Raw that my fur kids are on. The variety is impressive! The owner, Kaylee, also brings in a nice variety of new items regularly to keep things exciting for my fur babies. This is a one-stop shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my four-legged family members.

Love this community-oriented store and the super-friendly and accommodating staff!I have a cat who is a really picky eater. I was having trouble finding a wet food that he liked. I tried different types at other stores, but he wouldn't even touch the food!Paw Hana was able to provided me with professional information from their vendors and paired me with a food that my cat loves! I've never seen him eat so fast in my life. Sometimes i need to sit next to him while he eats and whisper in his ear to slow down. Now my cat is happy. Now I'm happy.

Fast delivery! Always pleasant! Delivery is a big plus! I’m found this company via internet and I’ve been more than ecstatic that I found them! My dog loves the primal pet food. She was so fussy with her food and would get bored easily. This is the only food she hasn’t gotten bored with!

The new owners of what used to be Crazy K9 have done a great job in making the store a more open and friendly place for our four-legged friends. I am always greeted with a smile by the new owner and a happy wag of her tail by the store dog, Opihi. There is a different, new, positive feel to this hana for our pets. Great job Paw Hana!
