After hearing not the best reviews on my local page I was hesitant to try this Dairy Queen but was pleasantly surprised. My food was fresh hot and very tasty and my ice cream was also very good. It seams as though the owners may have been there which tells me they care about their business after having some negative reviews. I hope they can find good help and keep up the good work. I will definitely be going back!

When we got there they were only two gentlemen working they gave us great service and the food was great. While we were dining a young crew come in and the gentlemen left. One had hair down to her knees which I know is not within health code. They just stood around and loudly talked after we cleared our table we said y'all have a good day they looked at us like we were intruding on their conversation. So glad we got there before their shift started in the older gentlemen took care of us.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees are very rude. I walked inside and was patiently waiting for an employee to come take my order, there was atleast 4 of them gathered in the drive thru and I continued to wait for a solid 5 minutes. I decided to just go somewhere else so I started to walk out and one of the female employees YELLS “I was about to take your order but bye.” I am not confrontational at all so I kept walking. I was trying to be understanding which is why I left quietly but I just couldn’t believe the smart a** remark the employee made.

NO STARS!! We walked into the DQ...we were the only customers at counter and no one would take our order. Five employees behind counter chatting and no one would wait on us. I have tried to call the phone number but it is not taking calls???? worst experience ever. They did yell 'bye' when we left after standing there for several minutes. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Everytime I go to Dairy Queen, I have never seen a single employee use gloves. I don’t see them wash their hands before handling the food I ordered. Food is good but it seriously bothers me that gloves are not used. I have no idea if their hands are clean

Burger didn't seem fresh, but was on the hard side. Fries were hot. Chicken sandwich was good. Employees, one anyway, was in shorts and Hawaiian shirt. Ice cream was delicious as usual.Parking: Plenty of parking.

This place is run by children. Every time we come here it is a min 30 min wait. The drive thru is the worst. I was given a melted blizzard and told it wasn't their fault it sat for 30 minutes. Instead of moving a car forward to ensure others got the items in a timely manner, they let everyone sit in line.

I only rated this a 1 star so I could give a review.. Complete mess of a staff on the night of Oct 21st 2021.. customer service was a joke. Ladies working at drive thru try to start a fight with my wife and order was completely wrong and I ask the lady to not run my card until she verified my order. She still did and had to refund us right after. People not working at store behind counter 100% my kids were in back seat and verified. Ask for a refund and got told no. I will not eat this meal because I'm scared of what staff may have done to my food. Asked the 2 ladies their name and got silence. I said don't worry about lying just have a good night.Lived in county for over 20 yrs amd by far the worst experience of any restaurant in my life.

1st of all I ordered a banana milkshake a 6 CT. Rotisserie bikes chicken basket from the drive thru. Had to get them to remake milkshake because it was like water. So I get home ready to eat and my entire meal is a wreak. I asked for gravy but got ranch. Chicken bites looked like had been deep fried and were hard as a rock. Totally unable to even chew. Fries were also hard and old. So I tried to call the store and they won't answer. Then when they finally did all they did was lay the phone down and ignore me. I'm about to go back 10 miles out of my way to speak to the manager if they even have one. I'll update soon on their excuses.

By far the worst restaurant that I have ever been to. For the last 5 trips to this horrible place could not get my order right to save their lives. It’s a simple order of a triple stack with ketchup only you’d think even the simplest person could do that but apparently not, they also overcharged me and the whole staff is a wreck no one is doing their job right it’s absolutely the bottom barrel embarrassment to this county if I could rate 0 stars I would.

Yes I was at the DQ is Zebulon at 8 pm last night ordered at hot fudge Sunday and waited forever for the cars in from of me. When I got the ice-cream and opened the top it had melted and went allover my car and made a huge mess and then the fudge tasted like Coffee which I hate. VERY disappointed! Been trying to call and leave message, the voicemail is full!!! Do Better!

Update: 5/18/23. I want to brag on a young man who served us tonight, Tristan. Yes he's fairly new but he was absolutely rocking it. They were short staffed plus very busy and the girls working in there had NO hustle whatsoever. But, Tristan maned the register, ran food that was handed to him, made fresh ice creams as fast as possible, and still managed to be polite. A nice young man for nightshift indeed.2/25/23 nightshift has had some real improvement lately. They were quick, polite, and amazing with service tonight!I had another great experience here and even though they were busy today my got my food in under 5 minutes! There were cars lined out into the turning lane and I still got my food this fast and with friendly service. No dairy Queen around can beat Zebulon dairy Queen.

Good service through the take out window. There must have been 5 cars ahead of us, fast service. A comfortable evening yet, we sat outside and listened to the radio. Good ice cream.

Great food. Drive thru is only open. The lobby is closed. Awesome ice cream and new frozen coffees/ moolatte. I had the caramel. Great!!!! I think the outside was looking dingy and had a smell like old food. They need to clean up the outside. It is not appealing although the food is good.

The restaurant is always so clean, and the employees are always so friendly. We highly recommend you stopping in for a cold treat on a hot day!

They forgot to charge us for one of our shakes and we waited almost an hour for them to get us our whole order, because they didn’t just do it in order. Honestly might have been one of the worst experiences @ a Dairy Queen although normally that issue doesn’t happen there.

Glad to see we can now go inside to order/eat. But the staff typically have poor attitudes, and don't even wear the typical uniforms for Dairy Queen. Ankle high socks, Crocs, sweat pants, hoodies, tees seems to be the new dress code. Nearly $5 for a SMALL Blizzard??? Definitely was like this in the past several years.

I just spent $40 on ice cream from my family... The staff this morning did not tip the blizzards upside down like they're supposed to but I didn't think anything of it when I left ...I went straight home which is 2 miles down the road from Dairy Queen And when I walked in the door Every one of the blizzards were melted... To the point all my kids had to eat them with straws... That is completely ridiculous... To just hand a customer a melted blizzard knowing that it is melted... We buy Dairy Queen quite a lot I've only had this issue once before and they wouldn't do anything about it At the time
