Took my girl to the pet spa for a much needed grooming. It was our first visit but it will not be the last. They did a beautiful job grooming Belle and I could not be happier with the service. And we loved the cute butterfly bow! Thank you!

This place is the best! Owners live on premises & the dogs get constant care & attention. Very impressed with the facility. Sherry did a fantastic job on grooming my dog prior to pick up. Will use this place from now on! I would recommend Laurel Hill pet Lodge and spa to anyone.

Our pups actually seem to like going here to see pawpaw Keith (as we refer to him to our pups). We trust Laurel Hill to take great care of our pets as if they were their own. Many people aren't familiar with our dog breed but Keith and Sherry are and they know how to deal with their strong behaviors. We appreciate you Laurel Hill!

As a former employee of Laurel Hill Pet Lodge, I can personally attest to the fact that the animals entrusted in the care of the Walkers are well cared for, loved, and treated like an extension of their own family. My dogs often boarded with them when I had need to go out of town, and I wouldn’t hesitate to board them again, should need arise. I rest easy knowing they are in good hands!!I would also like to address the review below from Mr. Steinberg. I am familiar with him and his dogs and thoroughly puzzled as to why he would leave that type of comment. I feel his attitude should be one of appreciation. His dogs (2 overweight shih tzus) had been clients of the grooming salon while I was employed there. I have had the displeasure of grooming the smaller of the two on more than one occasion. Suzie has approximately 947 moles on her body, making shaving her down extremely short (as requested by owner) extremely difficult to do without cutting her while she sat, flopped, turned and BIT. Nonetheless, the dog was always groomed to the best of our ability despite this behavior. This client had the audacity to complain about the grooms each time.As for the complaints regarding the pet lodge, the dogs are not left alone for an inappropriate amount of time; the owners live on the premises and check in/let out often. Dogs are never medicated unless instructed to do so, and any necessary medication is provided by the parents. I do believe you are the one over-medicated, Mr. Steinberg. That review you left is rude, imagined, and completely ludicrous. I would never have continued grooming these two dogs based on your behavior and Suzie's, for that long, without so much as a .25 cent tip. I know she did it out of respect for your mother. You owe Sherry an apology, and quite a honestly a thank you.

I am always satisfied with the awesome job the girls do on my baby Ginny. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. The girls are super sweet. Couldnt ask for better!

I have two 11-year old, mixed-breed, large rescued dogs who are very sweet but don't interact well with other dogs. In the multiple states we have lived, I have always struggled to find a good kennel to board them. I was impressed when I stopped by unannounced a week before they were scheduled to stay at Laurel Hill. Keith was happy to walk me through the facility and I was pleasantly surprised when he introduced each of the dogs and knew them all by name.Keith took excellent care of my babies and ensured that their outdoor time was just the two of them. The runs have solid walls that separate the "guests." Eli and Aspen were clean, happy and healthy when I picked them up. I highly recommend Laurel Hill Pet Lodge for boarding your four-legged children.

A little of the beaten path but they came up big for us when we had to last-minute board our dogs. Great rates too. It also comes with a brief, mock tour of Young Harris College! lol :)
