It seemed like they were going through a renovation with product everywhere on the floor but I didn't mind. I especially appreciated their willingness to help me by holding a Window Air Conditioner for me as no other place withing a 30 mile radius had ones in stock for a decent price. Great customer service and great prices always.

Best Hardware Store Ever. Mad I live in N. Augusta, because our stores aren't this great. The guys met me at the the door, got my online order ready, and loaded it in the car for me. Friendly and knowledgeable.. great job guys

The best hardware store in Jefferson County. Jay keeps a well trained and knowledgeable staff who are ready to help you as soon as you walk in and they try to assist you in every way possible. Always my first stop when needing supplies for numerous projects. And if they don't have it, they'll get it for you.

Robert and Ashton were very helpful. The only complaint I have is that the store was out of the plumbing fittings that I needed. They didn't have it in galvanized, pvc, or cpvc. It cost me more than I anticipated because I had to purchase several fittings to make the one that I needed. Instead of two fittings, I had to purchase five items to make adaptions to other fittings. Also, I was really glad that they were open later on Saturday.

First I called ask about a product, was put on hold after about ten minutes I hung up. Since I was traveling in that direction, I stop by. Approaching the sales person to ask a question at first I was over looked and he directed his attention to the person who walk in behind me. I immediately redirected attention to me, he did assist me. The point is my money is green also.

They have expanded the store, but most of the staff is new and inexperienced. I've been in about 35 times in the past few months and wound up in Augusta or Louisville 28 of those trips just trying to get things any hardware store should have. How can you have pvc caps and tees but nothing else?
