Was pretty busy, but the staff were incredibly rude to me and my family. I understand they were stressed, but when my sister tried to order, the waitress got an attitude towards her and made it VERY clear that she wasn't happy. When I ordered one Cookies and cream pancake, like I NORMALLY do, she snapped at me and said, "you can't do that. You can only get it with three. You can't get just one". I find it very disrespectful, and they ignored us before taking out order, they took the orders of people who got here after us, who even had bigger families with them. It is also extremely unsanitary. There is food, wrappers, and other nasty things laying on the ground all over the kitchen floor. The table was sticky, and some tables went uncleaned after people left. The employee that was rude to us has been rude on previous visits by us. My grandma was charged extra for a to-go drink after eating our meal

For a diner in the middle of GA this place definitely gets five stars. Keep that in mind, it’s a diner. That being said, it’s very well lit at night. The whole place plus the bathrooms were clean.Our server was very soft spoken, but very nice and attentive to our needs. Food came out quick and exactly what we expected.We needed a place to stop and eat with a camper, and there was plenty of space in the lot next door.Parking: Camper/RV parking.

Today was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. Half of my order was basically inedible and the other half was Luke warm at best. Presentation was sloppy and half of my order had been warmed up in the microwave before it was served to me. My husband requested that his sausage patties be pressed to eliminate the excess greace. He instead had a pool of greace on his plate. Our friend ordered his bacon crisp, it was not by any stretch of the imagination. To top off this horrible visit was the fact that they didn't give us our senior discount. If the manager is cooking... eat some where else.

So far this Huddle House is the only one I have been to that still knows how to make the signature Huddle Burger. We don't have many Huddle Houses left in this area and when I run across one I order the traditional Huddle Burger and fries. Most of them are dried out and the tomato is too. Not here. Juicy burger and fresh tomatoes. Thank you!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Our waitress had no personality. When I ordered several times I asked if the omelettes had fresh cracked eggs only or if they had milk or a batter in the egg or egg beaters. I was told no on all counts they didn't have anything but egg. "Only first shift does that." When my order came out the eggs were fluffy up with bubbles in them. I asked the waitress if she was sure about the eggs. She said they were fluffy because the cook beat them hard. I cook eggs & beat them hard, & once with a blender & they ain't that fluffy. I'm a truck driver & this isn't the first time I've eaten at a Huddle House. After this, on my husband's last bite he found a hair (not his) under his omelette. Nasty! We won't be returning to this location.

Literally just pulled off from the huddle house in wrens and went to take out my chilli and look a 5 star loaded chili in a to go plate both plates of chilli spilling out the sides. Very disappointed. Chilli goes in a bowl & This is def not $6.79 worth.

I have to say that I’m highly disappointed with my last few orders from here. I recently got DoorDash for me and my little brother from Huddle House and they had COMPLETELY messed up my order. I had ordered a chicken tender kids meal for my little brother alongside a chicken tenders meal and a strawberry lemonade for myself. When I finally purchased my order, the total was around $25-30. When the order arrived, my food was soggy and cold, there was NO seasoning on my fries, only 5 chicken tenders in total and the strawberry lemonade was watered down and not even sweet. I then called up there and explained to the women that my order was completely wrong and she told me that my order was completed properly and ignored how I confronted there was no seasoning on my fries and my order was completely messed up. This isn’t even the first time I received the wrong order and terrible customer service. Don’t get me wrong, some of the workers are amazing and I make sure to tip. But there has been several different times I’ve had lunch/breakfast with family and the workers are being loud and having inappropriate conversations. There had been this one time me and my mother had went and had breakfast inside and one of the ladies was talking about someone’s abusing ex husband and how he was constantly under the influence of heavy drugs. (Heroine, meth, etc)If I could rate this any lower, I would. This is definitely not the place id ever want to dine into again if there were more options.

My boyfriend and I were in town visiting his family from Athens last night. There was nothing else open, so we just decide to come eat here. As soon as we pull up, his cousin's baby has to have a diaper change, so my boyfriend and I go inside to find a table. As soon as we get inside, it takes a few minutes for our server to ask for our drink order. We tell her, then we mention that we're waiting on two more people. She pops and attitude and goes "yeah that's cool" and walks away. Then when our party comes inside, they want to sit at another table. So when we get up to move, I notice our server is rolling her eyes and is looking annoyed with us. Then she comes over and asks for their drinks. As soon as she gives them their drinks, she asks what we want to eat. By this point, my drink and my boyfriend's coffee are already needing to be refilled. She doesn't even acknowledge us and ignores our empty cups. A few minutes later, a pot of coffee falls to the floor and apparently got her in the leg. So she runs and takes her shoe and sock off and mentions how its burning. Then she hops into the back office. We assume the other server who is there is going to come help our table now. Nope, wrong!! The other server COMPLETELY ignores us all together. We're sitting there for 15 minutes needing refills, and our food STILL hasn't come out. Then the girl with the burn comes back out, and starts working in the kitchen without a shoe on!! The coffee spill is still sitting there, without a wet floor sign, because nobody cleaned it up. And after all this, still no drinks or food. Then our food FINALLY is being held by her, while she's hopping around with one foot, and gives it to us. Our order is wrong. She then calls the cook over and we explain what was wrong. So he looks at us and tells us that he is sorry but "it's hard to make an order if I was never given a ticket for it. She just said make them all plain". So our server comes back with our check, and still ignores the fact that we need refills. My boyfriend has to go up to the counter with the cups to tell them to refill it. The food was good, but the service was so absurd that we refuse to go back. I'm glad we live two hours away from this awful place.

It is so cold in here that my butter won't melt. It's insane to have customers shivering while they eat! The hvac at a restaurant is for the customers' comfort, not the owners or staff!

Food was great. Service not so much and the place was not busy. Only 3 other couples who had already been served by the time I sat down. Must have been shift change because there were approximately 8 servers cleaning but not taking care of the customers.I was served my soda right away, but waitress never came back for the rest of my order. It took some time to get anyone's attention. I was not checked on again so did not get soda refill or the check. Then I had to wait to pay because nobody could find the drawer.

This nasty place definitely does not even need a star. If I could give it a zero I could very disgusting smelling place I cannot even believe I eat there I was too tired to even try to go anywhere else is the only reason I eat there at the time but I guarantee I will not be back this place needs to close the doors and remodel and get some people to know how to run it and keep it clean the staff they got there now definitely is not doing the job

On May 23rd, I would've gave this a 1 star but I liked the waitress and the waiter. But the owner is rude to the employees and didn't care about the PAYING customers order. The waitress made a mistake on the ticket and alerted the manager(owner) and instead of making the correct order. She told her(waitress) that it was her fault and she wasn't making it. Needless to say my wife never received half of her food and nor did I pay for it either. I will never return again, ever. You can't talk to your employees any kind of way just because you own the establishment. She told one young boy, to stand there and wash dishes all day and he'd better not move from that spot. All I heard all morning, was y'all costing me money. I can't deal with y'all. Very rude and unprofessional.

I had the munchies and went to the local huddle house in Wrens Ga. I got the MVP breakfast I also ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and jalapeno poppers I had 2 eggs grits with hash browns plus biscuits and gravy, bacon then extra bacon, and then 2 pancakes with butter and syrup. I can't believe I ate the whole thing.... Lol

This place is the worse place I've ever been to eat !! People arguing about who needs to run window pick up and then the lady telling the cook to take the sick dude home he leaves food cooking and no one is even cooking at this point we sat 45 minutes still no food the sick guy was walking all behind the counter touching everything and these lady's didn't even wash hands after going out smoking so be aware of this trash pit !!
