I was very excited when they added the new Dollar general to Midville Georgia, aesthetically the store looked great. Items were easily found, prices we're comprable to other stores. But when I ask a customer service rep to help me find something, she pointed to and said last isle on left. I was there 30 minutes looking for 1 item. The store was not that busy that someone could not have taken me to get the item. Customer service is just as important to me as price and quality of the merchandise. I think they should take their customer service Representatives back to school.

Disorganized and cluttered, cashier's need more training and the outside of the store where the trash is put blows into the surrounding neighborhoods. This is been an ongoing problem at the corporate level. Local employees are doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

I love dollar general. The quality of they're merchandise is pretty good and sometimes great and long lasting. Not to mention that they have cold fresh milk at 2.50$ a gallon!!! Whoop whoop. I love it.

Cheaper what's better? Quick in&out usually! Plus mega stores are for marathons aren't they? Plus sick sick sick of stores pushing store brand and squeezing out tried& true name brands ! I have tried store brands 99percent of it is inferior to originals

That is the best food I have ever ate in my life it taste like homemade you guys need to go visit Vegas it is a wonderful place I enjoyed myself immensely

This Place is Junkie!! It Hard To get down the isle.this Place is Always in A Mess.the Public Restrooms Stay out of OrderAnd the lines are Always Back Up,Most of the Time it's only One Person. Working!!

The staff is very friendly, UNLIKE Grovetown Family Dollar. I will buy my moms Pyramid Menthol Silvers from here just because of the kindbess in the staff.

I came at 9:35 the doors were locked and they saw me and had all the lights on and registers still set up and they walked away till 10 and wouldn’t let me in. That’s crazy right.
