I normally don't leave reviews. I typically just don't go back. One guy attempted to help me at this store by getting someone else to assist me with my questions. The other older guy clearly didn't want to help me. He came up with the reason why he couldn't make a hose by saying that it must be metric. It's 3/8" NPTF which is a commonly-known standard air line fitting. I let it go, knowing that he was treating me like I was stupid. I went to Grainger instead.

I had a good experience with the lady that was working. Went back and a gentleman helped me. I guess the owner in which didn't bother to help me any with the question the gentleman didn't know. He knew I wanted to ask him something.Only thing he said was that people use pvc pipe for dryer vents. Well it got done to me. And that is not right. About tore up my dryer. Don't never use pvc pipe to vent out dryer. It's not good. So I got it fixed with the helpful people from ace hardware, . So I won't be going back to Avera industrial again. The pictures I am posting is only been a year and half. And also it causes static electricity --with all that lint. Not good
