Horrible experience at self checkout since only one register was open. While checking out I heard the female attendant refuse to help two people who messed up while scanning. Thought that was strange since her job is literally helping people with issues. She told both of them to do it themselves. I then noticed one of the products I was going to buy was cut open, from where they unpacked the boxes so I set it aside. She then comes up and snatches the bag tell me if I don't want something I am to tell her not just set it. She then walked away and threw thr bag into the reshop buggy to be put back on the shelf. I told her it was cut open and she ignored me and wouldn't look at me so I kept telling her until she acknowledged me, at that point she responded it wasn't her job to reshop. With all the stuff going on with self checkout, maybe she needs to be replaced first.

I never shopped at Walmart till I moved here. Now I do all my grocery shopping there because the produce is usually fresh, the baked goods are superior to any other store, and the rotisserie chickens are always juicy. Plus if you need something else like housewares or outdoor stuff... it's convenient.

PSA, if you do Walmart Pickup and find the people who take the items to your car did a good job or go above and beyond, you can actually TIP them. If anyone finds it charitable, of course. I found using the app to be a lot better as well as they will most likely have your order ready to be sent out before you get there.

This is my daughter's Walmart. Bringing her home from the hospital, we stopped here to get some food in the house. We didn't know they hadn't even been open a whole day yet. So, I can tell you with certainty the exact day they opened 19 and a half years ago.It's a Walmart like many others. Nothing super good or bad except the hours. The store was always open 24hrs from the start and then they used COVID as an excuse to start closing at 11pm. I cannot tell you how mad this makes me. We had to change a lot of the way we do things and I daresay, they've lost a good bit of our business to Amazon and other local stores like Publix.The major remodel they did a few years ago was horrible. Couldn't find anything for months. Also, I do love their inexpensive prices but these days that means buying very cheaply made stuff from overseas. The selection of various items has shrunk and overall it's just not the store it used to be. We still shop there because it's close, but probably wouldn't if there were a comparable option nearby, especially if they were 24hrs!!!

Maaaaaaaan i dislike Walmarts. Having said that, this one was fine.Clean, well lit and organized. The aisles weren't ransacked which was a nice change. The people working there didn't entirely ignore me and even walked me to the item I needed, finding 1 of the 2 items.There was no one to help w the outdoor stuff(thus the 4 stars) but otherwise a solid Walmart if you need one.The kids enjoy their PC gaming business which is on property.

Called and stated I was here for my order, gave the employee my spot number. 45 minutes goes by tons of other cars have came and left and still no order. I call again and the same guy answers and has the audacity to tell me I’m now “checked in” I told him he already told me that once when I spoke to him directly 45 minutes ago and gave him my spot number, no apology or ownership of their mistake.

This store offers just about everything you would need or want to buy. My only complaint is that not enough cash registers are open when crowded. The self-serve registers are awesome but the "Walmart watchers" linger too closely to us patrons (probably have had stealing?).

It's Walmart, what else can you say. Got a new battery for the car, had to wait an hour & half. Had the best prices of anywhere I checked, including Sam's. Price included install and disposal.

I love going to the Walmart over in Woodstock. They always have what I need and in stock. I went here to get multiple yellow shirts for a family trip and they had every size I needed. Also they have plenty registers open. It was organized for the back to school supplies also. I will definitely keep coming her after work to get what I need.

This store stinks. I needed to do a credit card payment and the cash register did not allow the option to process as credit vs debit. Not all cards have the chip.The incompetent floor manager and sales associate left a lot to be desired. They were speaking in a very condescending tone. They need to get a clue. They have no experience with point of sale systems. I guess they just need warm bodies and not thinkers.

TONS of Teddy Bears in every size for Valentine's Day. Lots of sizes and lots of prices. This Walmart's set up differently than Chastain Meadows, and I like it better. Seems better organized, cleaner, and easier to find things I need.Didn't give 5 stars because they were out of name brand veggie stock and parsley I needed for soup.

I had to pick up an item I ordered online, but the pickup parking area was blocked due to an emergency. I went inside and the woman at the customer service desk was very friendly and helped me retrieve my package quickly.

Paint Department: have attempted to get the same can of premixed neutral colored paint 2 times one month apart. One time in person and second time tried to call ahead of time. Both times treated rudely and employee would not help. Still have no wall paint.

I still love going through a check out lane instead of self check and just had to say that my experience with Erick today was what I love about it. He was friendly and didn't act like most young people that always seem like they would rather be anywhere else but working. Amazing experience!

Is it possible to add a tip button for the employee who loads your car? Time, and time, I have the most pleasant conversations and they are just as sweet as can be. It's always nice to drive away with a smile on your face. If it is not, please note that they do a fabulous job!

I was very pleased with organization, associates working rather than chatting, they were professional, courteous and behaved in a way that conveyed thoughtfulness.The shelves were stocked, there were many options available, and easy to locate. The whole store was extremely clean.I am not fond of self checkout but since I had no choice, I settled in and attempted to get checked out with little need for assistance. When I did, my problem was anticipated and remedied.I have one suggestion. I am considered a Sr Citizen but there were a few customers who were older than me and could barely see over the new seat/cup/phone holder. While it is mostly convenient, maybe find a few shorter versions for those who are height-challenged or offer some assistance for some elders?Thank you for enhancing the shopping experience.Janie Carpenter

Today, I’m giving five stars to James, Jazmine, Sheila and Danielle for their exceptional customer service. Each associate was truly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even offered to show me where the item was located. I would definitely recommend this store.

I went to this Walmart in the early am today and had the weirdest experience. The person working the self checkout named Nour was acting extremely awkward. When I went to checkout, they had the main self checkout area blocked. That was no big deal, I just went to the one next to it. I'm scanning my items as usual, but I can see that Nour is like hovering around (basically walking over every time I scan an item). He never speaks or offers assistance, just acts like a peeping Tom. So my register messes up, and I'm like, "Excuse me" to get his attention even though he sees me. I repeat myself at least 3-4 times. He never acknowledged me. He eventually walked over to their podium and fixed the issue. As I'm finishing up, an older Caucasian female worker comes over to self checkout, and he walks over to her and starts whispering something to her. At this point, I walk over to ask if there is a problem because he is just being extremely creepy and weird to me. I don't know if he is a little off or what, but if he doesn't have the social skills to interact with the public, then have him work a position that requires less public interaction. I normally enjoy coming to this Walmart and don't have any issues, but this morning was not the case.
