Absolute worst pharmacy service you could ask for.• Rude• Inconsiderate• No structure• No communication• Typically closes early without warning• Delayed prescriptions every month• Long lines• Closes window cage in your face mid simple question ( a simple yes or no question ) solely because it turned 1:30pm while asking the question. Scheduled two appointments for my pregnant wife online to get the RSV vaccine. Both appointments were confirmed online only to find out that they “don’t do vaccines today” after arriving at the store.Go to a different pharmacy so you don’t waste your time.

The first time I came here the person at the drive-thru window obviously needed more training.I came back 2 weeks later and I sat in the Drive-Thru line for more than 10 minutes I was the only one in line right in front of the window with six people inside nobody even approached me to say I'll be with you in a minute.I only got help when I actually called The pharmacy from my car while I was in the Drive-Thru Lane.My experience at Walgreens is not much better than CVS

Do you really want to come on this store and try to get your medications that are supposed to be pure, non- contaminated... yet they allow people to bring their animals in and sit them on the counter where you check out your prescriptions? Can you say "contaminated health hazard"?!!!😬😯

Went by yesterday with me elderly moms medicine prescription and was told it would be a minimum of 24 hours before they could fill it. This is the only locations my mother has used for years. She needed the medicine asap post surgery. The workers were non empathetic and told me to go to another pharmacy. This is my 2nd bad encounter and tipped my bucket.

Don’t even bother with this pharmacy. They don’t fill your prescriptions and they definitely NEVER answer the phone. The Walgreens on hwy 92 filled the same prescription in ten minutes with no notice.

Wallgreens when I first started to go there they was great I don't know what happened to them but for the last 6 mths they have been alful the tell you one thing then it still ain't ready I have waited 4 hours before and it has been that way every time one time I called my meds in the day before and got down there and it still is not ready

Update: I came by 1/09/24 I believe the date was (it is the 14th now) and I was there 39 minutes before they opened and stayed til about 9:10ish. I had to go to work.I hope the pharmacist is OK. The techs and others there were wondering where they were but we had a BAD storm that morning and the road was partially flooded on Dupree Rd on my way to Walgreens.I hope everyone is ok and didn't get hurt that morning. Arrive alive y'all.Update: December 20th 2023I tried to get my prescription filled Thursday last week but they did not have it because of the Nationwide shortage. I went to approximately 8 other pharmacies and they are having the same issue so I gave it a few days, went back and I was able to get my prescription filled.Even though I waited 6 days before I checked to see if they were able to get the medication back in stock I feel very blessed that I was able to get on a waiting list and received my medication promptly which surprised me!I appreciate and see the hard work that the pharmacist and pharmacy technicians put in behind the scenes.It makes me sad that customers can be so rude to them for things that are completely out of their control like not having a medication physically in the building.All of us need a prescription filled or need counseling for a medication clearly that's why all of us went to the pharmacy in the first place.I work in retail as well and when I tell the client (for example ) I can't find the box that has to display they sent to the store I really truly mean it. I can't produce shipments for my job and they can't produce shipments for their job.It's rough especially around this time of year due to shipments and all the places trying to get everything delivered before the holidays.Thank you guys so much for all that you do, merry Christmas, happy holidays and happy new year!Old reviewTowne lake Walgreens has excellent employees. They work like dogs, never stopping to take a breath. The whole operation is visible, so everything they do is obvious. They are always patient and helpful. Yes, sometimes the system gets hung up, but not because they are not trying. They deserve commendations and higher pay, not the abuse they get from so many angry customers. I appreciate what my pharmacy does for me.They do not deserve to be berated by the public for receiving 100+ prescriptions faxed to them around lunch time because other pharmacies are out and it makes them short or fall behind on the prescriptions for the regular patients at this pharmacy. There are shortages everywhere.THEY COULD WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE BE THANKFUL THEY SHOWED UP IT'S STRESSFUL TO HAVE LONG LINES IN THE STORE AND LONG LINES IN THE DRIVE-THRU AND BARELY A LUNCH break TO DECOMPRESS.A customer who isn't an a$$hole that's prescription is sometimes a day late getting filled that can see how overworked they are ~Mahriah GroshDear Walgreens employees, I don't remember everyone's names but I appreciate you and what you do from FOH to pharmacy.

Would give negative stars for this Walgreens location if I could. Not only is the pharmacy a big joke, but the lazy employees are unapologetic about their disdain for every customer who walks through the door, because they spend more time entrenched in their cell phones and talking to each other then they do to customers. Oh, and you have to wait at the photo department to make purchases because NO ONE EVER MANAGES THE FRONT CASH REGISTERS. It’s really bizarre considering every store in the United States has people running cash registers OR self-scan lanes readily available for customers to purchase goods and leave. But not this Walgreens, since they consider front check out “the tobacco department” and the white trash manager won’t hesitate to cop an attitude if you ask for help. Seriously, avoid this Walgreens location and try to find whatever it is you’re needing at another location or a different store entirely.

This pharmacy is great! Always friendly, they answer the phone, and they fill my prescriptions promptly. Excellent service. Front of store staff awesome too. I’m very pleased with this store.

If I could give negative stars I would. Worst customer service. They alert you via text that your prescription is ready and then when you get there they say it’s not and it will be an hour or the next day. Then once you get all the way home they message you again saying it’s ready. This happened over 10 times to me and I switched locations because this specific location is the worst!They also gave me the wrong prescription and I had to drive to a different one to get it when I needed it. They also didn’t refund me, knowing that they gave me the wrong prescription which I could sue over and made me drive all the way back to their store with the receipt and opened prescription( which is illegal) which they asked me to bring back there. My card was on file and they should have been able to process it without me coming back.Also they don’t know how to process a return with the receipt they ask you to bring back in. It takes 4 people apparently to run a return. I don’t understand how people with degrees to count pills and deal with prescriptions could possibly be so dumb. Awful, awful store. Prob the worst Walgreens I’ve been to ever. Really the worst place I’ve ever been to. Don’t go there unless you want your health to decline and also lose your mind from the stupidity of the employees.

Jason Vo is the pharmacist at this location, and he's amazing. He went above and beyond for my granddaughter this past weekend, and he didn't have to do anything. So I thank him from the bottom of my heart for helping us get the medicine that she needed through CVS, and not letting it stop him that it was a different store entirely.Thank you so much for all that you did!

Change your pharmacy, this place is miserably slow and understaffed. I’ve had better luck since I switched to Publix. Went here at 1:35pm on a Wednesday and they were literally shut down.

I come here all the time to fill my prescription because it’s right next to my doctors office. Today they told me it would be 30 minutes to wait on my prescription but it ended up being an hour and a half. 😐There was also issues today trying to get my good RX discount/no insurance information corrected, even though it’s been the same information for the last two years.This location’s pharmacy is hit or miss.Half of the pharmacy employees are great, but after today I’ll be going to a different location from now on.

Eek, didn’t realize it was rated so low. Unfortunately I’ll have to do the same. Was making a sensitive purchase and the young girl with facial piercings working checked everything out. They had incorrectly labeled another item as OTC FSA approved. Well, it wasn’t, so she had to call the manager to the front to void. I asked if I could go ahead and add some beverages because I didn’t realize at Walgreens you don’t have to do two separate transactions for FSA and non-FSA items like at some other pharmacies.At this point there are 4 people behind me waiting for the manager to void. When I asked if I could just add the items, she just assumed I wanted to proceed with voiding the whole transaction and pulled the sensitive items out of the bag in front of the entire line. Then, to top it off, the manager barked ‘why does it (another item) need to be voided?’ Instead of quietly, calmly addressing the voided item.The whole experience was horrible and I felt so disrespected. I will never be back and please train on the basics of customer service. I would’ve waited for everyone to check out, she wasn’t very smart and/or mindful and the manager wasn’t much better. This was the absolute worst shopping experience I’ve had in sometime.

I was given someone else's prescriptions. Several bottles of pills and insulin. I didn't realize it until I got home. They very notably did not verify my address or birth date. This could have been a catastrophe. I was told I'd be contacted by the head of the pharmacy, but nothing ever happened.

I walked in the doors at 5 minutes before close for one simple task: to upload $500 to my cash app card aka to give the store five $100 bills, but they were adamant they didn’t participate in this process despite being listed on cashapp’s location finder for retailers that will allow you to use their new in app real time sensitive (expires if unused after x number of minutes) barcode that the cash app generates for you for the cashier to scan to ensure the cash is deposited into the account that generates the barcode. The two people sitting at the front of the store waiting for the fateful moment when they could lock the entrance doors, one who seemed to be the supervisor was reading a magazine while leaning against a register, the other behind the register that was theoretically still open and adamantly turning down anything I said to ensure he wouldn’t have to conduct a transaction in any way after greeting me with “We’re closed.” when I walked in to explain I only needed to deposit some cash which would take less than the 5 minutes left before close… the one with more authority reading the magazine said the only cards they could upload was “Greendot”, and I tried to explain that green dot owned many of the cards that do cash reloads at retail locations, but she refused to believe that this mattered and assured me she could only do physical cards that say “Greendot” on them. The young man behind the register turned me down at every comment, no matter what it was. If I had said, I have rewards points available to use, I am most certain he would have replied: “We don’t participate in the Walgreens rewards program.” Because his job was just to deny me no matter what I said. I asked them if I should call Walgreens corporate or the store manager or cash app to have their location taken off the list so another poor soul wouldn’t suffer the same fate as my own, but they were perhaps the two least knowledgeable store employees I’ve ever encountered. I understand the cash reload at retail locations is a relatively new part of the mainstream online banking frenzy that has taken over and competes with brick and mortar banks, but to flat out lie and deny a customer for the sheer sake of laziness is a bit much… shame on these two. Definitely don’t see promotions in their future.

I've had 3 interaction in the last 3 days to try to get them to transfer all of the prescriptions they have on file for me to the CVS outside of my neighborhood. They won't do it. They are holding my prescriptions hostage. This should be illegal.

They need more help in the Pharmacy department or to add a second drive-thru. When they closed the other two locations that were previously Riteaid's and became Walgreen's this location became extremely busy. Worst decision Walgreens ever made by closing the other locations down. They should have at least kept one of the other locations open.

We had to move our prescriptions to this location and the pharmacy department. Is not very sufficient at all. We called about a prescription was on hold for 11 minutes with 2 customers ahead of us, decided to hang up called back 5 minutes later, on hold 15 minutes and 3 callers ahead. Went to drive thru... soooooo slow !! Terrible...

This place needs to be shutdown. I get better pharmacy service at Veterans Affairs, and that’s usually the worst pharmacy service anyone can get. Terrible pharmacy service. If you’ve got 2-3 hours to stand in line then maybe get your prescription...go here.

The rewards points are too gimmicky. It prints out a coupon that I can't use on my next purchase but I then get points for that and then I get to use a coupon on a third purchase. Just explaining it using voice text is gimmicky. Gross

My sister had filled with this location me any of times and they have gotten so rude her doctor is here in Georgia and she get her medicine filled here and the pharmacist was so rude today she told her she needed to get them filled closer to where she lives and she knows iit has to be filled in Georgia that you cannot take a Georgia prescription to a another state and fill it even another Walgreens will not fill a script from another state what difference would it have made if Walgreens would fill them in another state Walgreens is franchise and they shouldn't be like that if someone normally fills at Walgreens if they are out of town and needs a prescription filled they should have to fill it if you are a regular customer and have used Walgreens for years even if it is in a different state it shouldnt'make a difference but it is ridiculous how rude the pharmacist was to her a few minutes ago it was no reason for that she just made a bad impression for the company she works for she may be a pharmacist but she is also a adult and no reason to have a attitude toward a customer and act like they are doing something wrong cause she wasn't doing anything at all wrong and she has feelings and is human and should have been treated with nothing but respect just like she gave the pharmacist respect she didn't talk down to her and she deserved respect back even if the pharmacist didn't want to fill her prescription she didn't have to be a right out smart sss she is a pharmacist but gives her no right to treat anyone with disrespect..

This place is the slowest place I've ever seen you sit in line for 25 minutes with five cars in front of you and then to beat that you get up to your spot and they close the window because they're closed for lunch with three or four people working inside no wonder they're so slow and not even a thank you hello or a goodbye ridiculous I'm moving my stuff to CVS
