5+ stars!One more review for Wags & Wiggles Pet Boutique.Took my pit mix, for his grooming appointment yesterday. - Took my other dog in the previous week so this was my second experience. My pit mix can be a bit reactive around other dogs thanks to his abusive past before I rescued him. We needed some special arrangements, mainly ensuring he wouldn't have close contact with other dogs during drop-off and the appointment.Adriana Stein Giordano and her son went the extra mile by scheduling an end-of-day appointment when there would be fewer dogs around. This small but crucial step made a big difference, and I'm really thankful for it. I dropped Leo off, and when I picked him up, he was fresh and groomed without any issues.I appreciate the extra attention and effort in making this happen. As I mentioned in a previous comment, I would highly recommend Wags to anyone looking for a place where the staff goes above and beyond whenever possible. - I'll be posting this on Google and their company Facebook page as well. 🙂

Had a wonderful experience here taking my foster dog here for a good shave. Before he looked like a sheep but they transformed him into a happy happy puppy. He lit up with excitement. Highly recommend bringing your pups here!

Shout out to wags and Wiggles of Woodstock, what an awesome place!! We have been looking for a good groomer for over a year and half and finally found the best place for getting a golden doodle groomed!! They did an awesome job on our dog Heidi! We are very happy and will be telling everyone about this place, it is a very clean and cute boutique and my dog looks and smells great!! Thank you for what you do, we appreciate you!!

Adriana was so great with my German Shorthaired Pointer, Nelli, and she left looking and feeling (and smelling) great, with a cute bandana! We even picked up some treats for the cats back home - I love that they have dog AND cat treats! I will absolutely be back!

My Goldendoodle had the best groom he’s had in years here! They really listened to everything I asked for and I’m so happy with the outcome. The staff is friendly, the store is super clean and making an appointment was really easy. Highly recommend!

Wags and Wiggles hasn’t disappointed yet! My pup was the last appointment of the day and when I came in to get her, I was told that she had received extra snuggles at the front desk! It’s so nice to know that she is being looked after like that! Her haircut is wonderful as well, perfect for summer!

I absolutely love this place! The owner and Groomer are both so friendly and welcoming! The inside is very well put together and clean! It truly feels like a cute boutique for pets! My pup loves their treats (which are made locally) and the pricing is very reasonable! Henry always walks out of there looking like a little stud! FIVE STARS all the way!!!! :)

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This has to be the WORST dog grooming company in metro Atlanta. I am mortified that I allowed Wags and Wiggles to touch my baby. Our appointment time was 11:15am at 5:30pm we arrived to pick him up and he was still not ready. He was scalped with two large red blisters on his backside, and was never given a bath. Furthermore the instruction given at drop off was short but PLEASE do not scalp and please trim his tail. Neither was done. Do not walk away, run.

I brought my doodle in for a bath and brush! The staff is super friendly, and my boy came out looking and smelling great. I can't wait to bring him in for a full grooming appointment soon. They also have wonderful treats and snacks for your fur babies. Definitely recommend.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. My husband dropped our labradoodle off today at 10am for grooming. I had not heard anything all day so i called at 3:06 to find out when he would be done so I could pick him up. Upon arrival the person checking me out(the owner) rang me up and then another woman(super nice) brought out Tucker. The nice lady said they didn't get the nails and if I wanted to try and hold him she would try again. The owner quickly got involved and it didn't happen to not stress him out further. I asked what my options were and she just had a bothered attitude the entire conversation as she referred me to go to my vet because they knew how to handle dogs that didn't like to get their nails done. I know he really doesn't like to have his feet touched, but a phone call in the 5 hours he was there to tell me they couldn't do it would have been nice. I also asked if that was part of what i was charged for and was told next time i could have a $5 discount. I then asked about his chin hair and if I could get it shorter and she told me my dog was really hard to groom and my husband was not clear on what he wanted. Fair enough (he just said summer short), but I am asking about trimming just his beard shorter now because of water dropping. Also, I have trimmed him before myself and even though it didn't turn out like a professional, he sat for me the entire time. She wanted nothing to do with any of the conversation and walked away saying she's done after I asked why she was so annoyed. We will be going elsewhere with our money. The credit card convenience fee was an extra nice touch.
