THE BEST!!! I took my Dyson and it looked as if it had seen its last days. NO suction, the canister would open and drop the contents at will, it was starting to develop burnt smell. I really thought it was hopeless. I found Vacuums Etc. online and truly grateful I did. Stephanie was great. They know what they are doing and they do it well! When I picked up my Dyson, I did not recognize it. IT LOOKED BRAND NEW and works amazing at home. So many thanks to all at Vacuums Etc and I promise to treat the Dyson better and will surely return when it needs servicing.

I recently came in not really knowing what I wanted (aside from "a vacuum that isn't broken"), and I had a lovely experience. I liked trying out the machine myself, and the salesman was helpful without being pushy.I definitely like the Riccar I bought and look forward to having it serviced at the same shop in future.

Thank you so so much!You have recently done work on my old shark for a couple of things. Replacing floor tool dust door locks and a new cord for "Bertha".I would like to say I am very happy with the work that has been done.You completed the work quickly. I felt you charged me a very fair price for the work that was done. Additionally, I was thrilled that my new power cord was a little longer than the 30ft I was expecting. The extra length comes in handy on my commercial jobs. I will be calling on you for any future vacuum cleaner repair needs. Thank you!

During annual scheduled maintenance, I have had the brushes replaced. I have always had my vacuum cleaner back fixed within a weeks’ time and never been overcharged or had a repair completed that was not necessary. Brought my vacuum here because it was losing suction and wasn’t picking up dirt. They informed me that it was an old machine (which I knew), but they could clean it and I could probably get another 4-5 years out of it. They charged me $100 and the vacuum is still totally ineffective. Absolute waste of time and money.

David and Bill awesome customer service, this coming from a "chief skeptic" They went out of their way to prove to me every retail and or service clerk is not a "used car salesman. Gracious, and affable, they are consummate customer service personnel. They demonstrated how to functions specifics on my vacuums. Will refer and use again.

Love this place! They are friendly, honest and give thorough estimates of what needs to be fixed on your vacuum along with their recommendations. They brought my Dyson Upright DC 17 back to life. It feels like a new vacuum and they saved me a ton of money because I didn't have to buy a new one. Bring your vacuums here for servicing!!

I've been a customer for about 7 years. The first time I visited Vacuums Etc., I had a low-end Hoover that I wanted to have repaired. While we were there we saw some better quality vacuums and decided to purchase one of them in the hope of lowering our cost. At that point we were replacing a Hoover about every year because something on it went bad. Well, we made a good decision! The Miele we purchased 7 years ago just had routine maintenance and is good for years to come. These machines are warranted for 10 years, so the manufacturer is confident in their products.Also, while the unit was in for maintenance, Vacuums Etc. sought a new power cable under warranty for our vacuum and replaced the old power cable for us at no cost! Now that was a pleasant surprise!The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable.

I have had central vac for years and when you have an issue, you need somebody in the business who is prompt, knows what they are doing, and fair pricing. They are all that and more. Took my Hoover in for repair but it was DOA.To my surprise, they told me it was still under warranty . They took it upon themselves to handle it for me at no charge. I got a new vacuum. What great service👍.

We needed a vcumm. At Walmart you can't take the display down to feel it's weight and ease of use. At Target some of the displays were broken and there selection was poor. At Vacuums Etc. we got personalized attetion and got to use the displays to feel the weight and ease of use. We are very happy with our purchase and are pleased that any warranty work can be done there.

Said Wednesday open at 9. Sign says open. Dude on the phone walking all over the store looking right at me standing at the door. He never unlocked the door. Never put the phone down. I took my business elsewhere. Rude.
