I absolutely love shopping here! My dogs are healthier than ever getting food that they provide. The staff are so quick to help you and really know their stuff! Their membership program is my favorite because I always forget about it and then magically have $10 off waiting for me. That goes a long way when you have three large German shepherds to feed! I also love how welcoming the staff are to your dogs. I have a young pup going through a fear phase and they got on the floor so she could cuddle up to them. It really helped her get comfortable! Thank y’all for being so amazing!!

I am an Ohio transplant and I was worried about finding a small owner-operated shop that specializes in nutrition since I have learned A WHOLE LOT owning little babydolls. There is something to be said about a small dog specialty shop (you can still buy big boy items) because the littles are very individual with their needs. You can tell they know their stuff by the brands they carry and they had a little itty bitty there that I am confident they would feed the same too. Unless like some who get human grade made food. You can find the tiniest pare of PJ's or collars and everything for larger dogs. What I love most about this shop is that it is WOMEN OWNED to a pair of sisters!!!!. I bought this bed for my Latte and as you can see she loves it!!!!. You can't tell but it is the prettiest purple with sparkles, go get yours!!!!!!

We love Sassy Paws and staff! Together with their expert knowledge and high quality products, they have helped my dogs to be as happy and healthy as possible! All 3 pups, including my special needs guy, are thriving, thanks to the food and products I get from Sassy Paws! Love this place! The ladies are so helpful and knowledgeable on pet nutrition. I stumbled upon this place thinking it was a groomer and I'm so happy I did! They carry brands the big chains don't. All their costs are reasonable and typically lower than Chewy or Amazon. We just love Sassy Paw's!!

Wonderful store to buy amazing finds for Your dog and Cat! I especially LOVE their birthday section!! They carry clothes, dog & cat food, the most darling dog bows, and beds as well. It's definentely a must go for dog & cat lovers in the area!!

I was recommended this shop by a friend after expressing how I wanted to start feeding my 9 month-old Border Collie mix something healthier. I was greeted by the super friendly ladies behind the counter and they helped me find the perfect food and treats for my boy. She fed him a few different foods to see what he positively reacted to and we found the right one. He’s not normally super into his kibble but the second I set his new food down, he vacuumed it up. The food nutritionist really know they’re stuff and I’m so happy I’ve come across such a cool shop. I’m definitely not going anywhere else and I can’t wait to spread the word.

I always loved sassy paws because of the pet food, clothes and treat selections. I moved away Nov. 2013 but now i"m back in the town lake area and was surprised they were in the same location. They had also expanded with a large selection of raw dog and cat food for complete nutrition. thank you sassy paws my dogs love your food and treats.

Ill never shop anywhere else for my dogs and cats! They are all very knowledgeable about the different kinds of food and always answer any questions I might have. They're very nice people and do their best to help match your pet with the right kind of diet. They havea wider variety of high quality brands than any other store that I've been to (especially raw diets) and usually at a cheaper price.

These people are great. I've been going there for a year or so now and they know their stuff when it comes to food. BTW - it is not a growler like the name implies. They have natural foods, treats, etc for dogs and cats. Some of their natural brands are even cheaper than the higher end store brands like Purina one, Rachel Ray, etc.

Best little privately owned dog boutique around. Robin is a very sweet and knowledgeable owner. Top quality dog+cat food brands. Prices are in line with a small shop with top quality food. Pets are welcome off leash. Say Hello to Pixie, the Chihuahua who really owns the shop. LOVE THIS SHOP!!

Great shop, but the employees need to stop harassing customers who park out infront and order bagels before shopping for pet supplies, it is offensive.

I would consider this a great dog food store with really knowledgeable people, I dont get up there much because it is out of my way a bit. If they carried green valley pride raw food I would get up there more. They have a freezer full of blue ridge beef which is useless because it isn't a complete diet. I will continue to check in though because they are nice people

Absolutely LOVE this place! They are very knowledgeable and have wonderful, all natural flea sprays and "tonics" that actually work for your pets. Also, they carry unpasteurized cow milk & goat milk for pets.

Extremely rude staff. We visited this over priced pet shop and the entire time the lady behind the desk complained about customers and parking. There was some cute stuff but nothing you cant find for a fraction of the price anywhere else. Definitely will not be back.
