My product was not as expected. I added embroidery for my scrub cap for identification purposes in the OR but the font was so tiny you can barely read it.I asked for my return options and I was told there was no refund for a $40 scrub cap. I had mentioned that I knew I would have to pay for the embroidery.Not happy at all about this.

Typically, it is very hard to find Big and Tall size scrubs and lab jackets. However, this was our first time ordering, and it definitely won't be the last. The size was perfect and the embroidery was absolutely gorgeous. The fit was true to form, and the material was quality material! Last but not least, our representative, Anne, reached out to me to clarify certain logistics to ensure that the order would be right. I appreciate you for making this an amazing experience!

I am a manager for an animal shelter. We ordered scrub tops with text embroidery in sizes from Small to 5XL Big and Tall for our kennel staff. Our order was true to size; nice color range; batch ordering was simple. Our staff say the tops are breathable, comfortable, soft, and durable (cat/dog nails haven't ripped one yet).

Initially skeptical about purchase based off reviews but I must say, they were sure to keep me updated about progress of order and my coat turned out perfect! I love it! Only recommendation would be to work on the embroidery speed to get your shipments out quicker. Other than that, very happy with purchase. :)

The shirts that I ordered appear to be good quality. I washed them and they came out with very few wrinkles and should not require ironing. It is very difficult to find 4XL, solid color, cotton polyester blend shirts in stores so I will definitely be using this company again. 👍👍

I worked with Irish who was so patient as we made the perfect lab coat gift set for my mom. She is so proud to wear them! And I am so happy with how the process turned out. Irish was very responsive and showed me several digital iterations before the final product was shipped off. I loved the font options for lettering and the abundance of thread options for a really accurate/colorful logo.

Fast shipping & love the selection of colors. Above all I love that they feel soft & are true to size. An extra small is an actual XS & not baggy like other ones. I only buy my long sleeve here because of the quality & accuracy on size. I love fitted long sleeve. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional service! When I ordered my product, I scheduled it to arrive earlier than normal. I believe Irish had given me a call as they were concerned that it would come on the time requested. She then followed up with me to let me know that it would get to me as planned. I’m very busy but she took the time to call me as well as email me with updates and this is the type of service that I have no realized that I miss. Thank you again!!

The items were delivered after the pro girls intended due date. I sent them back and had to PAY to send them back even though I didn’t keep the items. They made $13 off of meZzz will never purchase from here again. Don’t recommend. Oh also you typically would have to pay a “re-stock fee” but they were so kind to waive it for me…🙄🙄🙄

*Edit: my issues were all addressed and the problems corrected. I appreciate the dedication to fixing these issues.When I ordered I never received a confirmation so I had to follow up with that twice. Once items arrived they did not fit well and when I looked at the return policy it was my responsibility to ship them back at my cost including a 20% restocking fee if not exchanged with up to 4 weeks for the return to process. Additionally to return you email or call… this site is behind the times with not having free return labels even if restocking fee was required and the ability to click return from order status. Keeping the scrubs that do not fit rather than returning as it would lose me money. Would never buy from here again.

I wanted to get personalized lab coats for my son in his new business. I randomly found Just Lab Coats online, but an so glad I did. The embroidered logo was perfectly detailed and looked great on the lab coats I got.Communication with them was quick and responsive. I would highly recommend!!

Pulse Uniforms does not make it easy for the customer. I ordered 2 very nice work shirts x-large and they sent me 2 shirts that were about a 2x. They were extremely large. They did not exchange for free you have to pay shipping and place the articles in a box with all the bells and whistles, but what I received was shirts wrapped tightly in a bag. You pay a restocking fee also. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE UNLESS ou have purchased from them and know exactly what your purchasing.

The Scrubs that ordered came in and are amazing. I originally ordered 3 scrub tops and 3 scrub bottoms unfortunately the bottoms I ordered were discontinued. They personally called me and told me. They issued me a refund for which I am grateful. Thank you Pulse Uniforms

The jacket I ordered was nice. The website does not allow for the embroidery name location ie., Front right chest pocket. The only option was Rear Pocket and I was forced to choose. Otherwise I would not have been able to place the order. This prompted a company representative to call my cell phone two weeks later to verify that I did want the embroidery on the front chest which I appreciated. Overall, I ended up 97 percent satisfied.

I ordered scrubs from carhart. I attempted to order matching items. The description on the website said they were matching, but when the items arrived, the tops were the flexible material, and the pants were the non flexible material.I am very dissappointed. Now I have to wear mismatched scrubs.Make the website description match what is received.

Received order last week. .been asking for a return label for a week now with no success.i asked for blk pants n I received navy blue can't wear them at work. But the size large is like a high school large so overall it all needs to be returned and Al I get in emailing back and forth about agent is waiting for a label a week later.peope!! don't order unless u want to risk getting wrong item or size.becausw especially with the pants that are wrong item they was trying to get me to pay for return shipping on something that is their fault DONT DO IT!! With all this fighting to just get a. Returned label I'm scared to wonder if I will get a refund???

Thankful for Pulse Uniform for having Jockey scrubs. They seem hard to find nowadays, as everyone is out of stock. I love these scrubs. Very well made and comfortable. Fit well and do not wrinkle.

The wording on their webpage about how long certain orders will take is misleading. It's not clear that the embroidery is part of the custom orders.They also had a glitch on their page and charged my 2x.However, their customer service was great and everything got sorted out in a timely manner.The lab coats are a little wide, but it's hard to tell when online shopping. I wouldn't place the blame on them for that.
