One can always count on Publix for fresh fruit & vegetables. If you're planning a BBQ, or any large gathering check with the meat dept. they can handle your requests(be sure & call ahead).I especially love the in-store baked breads...try their breakfast bread it's wonderful.

I ran into this location quickly because I wanted buffalo chicken wrap. I was greeted promptly. The lady was super friendly. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with garlic aioli, pepper jack cheese, lettuce onion, jalapeno, and pickles. It was outstanding! I ordered a side of ranch as well. I was in and out within ten minutes. Great, clean, and quick location!

DO NOT EAT AT THIS DELI IF WORRIED ABOUT CROSS CONTAMINATION. Antonio made my wrap and not only did I have to ask him to wipe down his station after he finished making the person in front of me sandwich, I had to ask him for new chicken tenders and mayo because the mayo had cut up spinach in it as well as the chicken tenders, so I can only assume that the left over spinach I had to ask him to wipe off before making my sandwich was from the person before me as well the spinach throughout the mayo and chicken, and when I asked him to get me new chicken he first tried to simply pick it off the chicken he had already tried to use, had this been an allergen instead of spinach it could have been problematic instead of just annoying. All of his condiment trays were filled with not just the condiments that were supposed to be in them but condiments from other trays, examples being the mayo had spinach throughout it and the tomatoes were covered in lettuce. Been shopping at publixes all over the south for my entire life and have NEVER been more let down a Publix deli than this experience.

Publix prices tend to be a bit higher than other stores. They do have good bogos and sale items. Their selection is more broad than most of the other grocers in the area. The staff are always helpful and pleasant.

Actually frequent this location. We are a vendor that collects for Toys For Tots. Our Master Location in Kennesaw Changed so management at Toys for Tots reported Publix is a Master drop location. With a full truck of toys and feeling accomplished I spoke with the Manager on duty at 210pm on Monday. This gentleman was arogant and extremely rude providing no help and making the statement at the loading dock "Never Heard of it" then when I explained I was a vendor that collects he stated in a very rude manner "I know what a Vendor is". Offended somehow that I dare ask about where is best to put the toys for kids that dont have anything. Apparently I tore him away from something much more important and it showed. As a business owner myself and founder of a local non profit this young mans aditude left me with one impression. He shouldnt be trusted with a bic pen let alone a super market. There was a very young clean cut young man who was the complete opposite who was in the loading dock area who was more helpful even not having an answer. You should put that guy in charge. What an experience at MY LOCAL Publix. Extremely dissapointing and certaimly more so attempting to do our community volunteer work.for a great cause.

A big thank you to the management and staff at this Publix! This is my favorite store to shop! It's always clean and bright, the meat and fruits and veggies are so much better than Krogers and Walmart...I trust that their cold chain is followed, every item is fresh and I can ask for prep suggestions too! The shelves are well stocked and I can always find what I need. My only complaint is expiration dates on the yogurt. Otherwise GREAT STORE!! THANK YOU! And I love the cashiers! So nice!

I can’t say enough good stuff about this Publix bakery. This is where I always get my birthday cakes! I order online and pick it up at the allotted time. I receive a call verifying pickup and making sure my order came through correctly. Awesome thanks everyone

First, the pharmacy. I switched to Publix after having constant issues with Walgreens and I have to say I am impressed. I’m not sure if all are created equal but I love the pharmacy at this location. They are fast and efficient. Dropped my prescription off and decided to do some shopping while waiting, wasn’t even halfway done when I got the text that it was ready.I find this is a bit of a smaller Publix, and it’s sometimes difficult to find what I need here. But the workers are extremely friendly and the store is clean, so I keep coming back. My biggest complaint is that there aren’t self checkout, which is what I prefer. I’m picky about the way my items are bagged and prefer to do it myself. However, the cashiers are fast and friendly, so lines don’t seem to stay long.

I’m constantly getting expired products from this store. Today (8/30/21) I received applesauce that expired on May 7th in my instacart order. Last week it was two products in the same order. Shopping in person I’ve found expired products in the deli, dairy, baby food, cereal, everywhere. I understand that mistakes happen but I’ve called several times and it seems like nothing is being done to remedy the situation. I even pulled the expired baby food from the shelves myself once and brought it up to customer service. Hopefully they’ll start pulling the months expired food from their shelves soon.Edit 9/21: Just received two more expired products. One expired a month ago

When I unpacked my groceries, the rotisserie chicken I had purchased for dinner had not been put in my basket. To make matters worse, I called to ask about it and he wanted to know if I had my receipt? I had just put out my dumpster for trash to be picked up and was not going to go dig through it for the receipt. How often do you have someone calling about a missing chicken?

It's a nice store. But this Publix has the most rude cashiers I've seen. Heather, Eliot, etc... have zero customer communication. When you ask question, it's like you're bothering them. Unbelievable!

The customer service is sub-par at best. Visited here once before and it was ok, this second time worst experience ever. The cashier did not even want to greet me. By the time I left I had regretted that I'd spent my money here. There are way to many Publix in the area for me to settle in coming here. Will not return again!

Generally a great shopping experience here but tonight was different. Not only was the service extremely lacking in the hot bar area but after waiting for someone to even speak... they informed me that they ran out of rotisserie chicken. On a Friday night before 7pm? Yikes! The chicken is what publix hot bar is known for. That was a part of the plan for dinner tonight on my way home from work. Really sucks, I ended up not buying anything at all.
