I would give Publix five stars because the store is always clean, the shelves are always well stocked, most stores are laid out the same so you can find things quickly, and they have great selections. That said, Publix is priced much higher than other grocery stores, and as much as I feel like it's a better shopping experience, price matters--especially with the increasing food costs.

Always like publix deli, but this is the 2nd time they forgot to do my online order. After 10 minutes of waiting (with NOBODY in line to order anything new) I asked if my order was ready and they hadn't even started it. They asked for my name and order time, saw the ticket in front of them, then stated it.I can understand if they're busy, but like I said, nobody was there and it wasn't busy at all.Edit: Don't know why I tried online order again. This time, 20 minutes past order pick up, not started, had to remind employees behind the counter to work on it. The receipts were hanging right there in front of them on the line. I might has well have waited in line, cause clearly they get priority over online orders? Like, can you not have a person dedicated to us who want to pick up for ordering ahead?

Good for every shopping experience I've had at this location. Friendly staff. Efficient service at registers and there are no self checkout registers.

I have been shopping at this Publix for 20 years and it has gone downhill so much. For example, I came home to a bag of chicken that had leaked and in that bag was also cheese, rolls and corn. Who thinks that should all be bagged together?? Also. Many spoiled items, tomatoes that went moldy in two days and my unopened bread had mold in the middle of it. The produce section is not monitored that much anymore and had mold on the oranges on the display!! I will take my $400 I spend weekly and go somewhere else.

Stopped by this Publix for a few things today. Could not believe how beautiful and festive the store looked. So many choices of beautiful bouquets, potted plants, and amazing balloons ! My preferred Publix.

Our goto grocery store. Always clean and organized. When buying food and especially produce, I want everything clean, fresh, and organized. They haven't missed the mark and we've been shopping there for years.I used to go to the Walmart across the street for less expensive grocery items....but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. That Walmart used to be the best around. Now it is filthy, unorganized, and the worst customer service. I wish Publix would start selling more stuff. That way I don't have to go to that Walmart ever again.

On Thursday, October 19, 2023, at approximately 6:30/7 p.m., I entered the Publix store located at 12165 Hwy 92, in Woodstock, GA to pick up prescriptions I had pre-paid for. I stepped up to the pre-paid line. There were two female cashiers working the counter. There was a line of 3-5 customers waiting. One of the cashiers stepped to the pre-paid line to assist me. One of the customers waiting came to the counter and asked the other cashier why the person standing behind him was not next. The cashier told him I had prepaid. I told the cashier waiting on him that I did not appreciate her providing him, a stranger, with information about me. I also told the customer that I was EXACTLY where I was supposed to be and asked that he mind his own business. It was then the customer started yelling about him not caring if I had prepaid and I thought I was entitled and being rude. I told the customer that I did not owe him an explanation, but I prepaid and again, was exactly where I was supposed to be. I also told him that he has access to the same service. The customer continued to berate and embarrass me. He looked like he wanted to kill me! Has anyone ever looked at you as if they wanted to kill you? I was unnerved and terrorized! The customer finally left, still yelling as he exited. I male representative that was working on the computer next to where I was apologized for the experience. I did not want his apology. I told him that if he was sorry, he would have come to my defense, while the customer was present. None of the pharmacy employees or customers came to my defense. Here are some facts: 1) If I were a white woman, the situation would not have happened, 2) If it was a black male acting the way the customer (who was white) acted toward me, security or the police would have been called and 3) If my partner (white male) was with me, again, this would not have happened.I transferred my prescriptions to Publix for better customer service. I even willing paid 2-3 times more at Publix than I paid at Kroger, just for what I thought was better customer service. My partner spoke to the pharmacy on 11/2/2023. Apparently, they blamed the situation, that was clearly memorable, on signage. He attempted to discuss how the situation was so much more than signage. Unfortunately, this fell upon deaf ears. Publix will not receive another penny from me or my family. I was humiliated and undeserving of the treatment I received, from both the customer and the Publix pharmacy staff. DO BETTER!

I love Publix. I would go there more often if they had more vegan and organic options.They don't seem to want to compete with a few other grocery stores for that market.

Usually, it has items in stock unless bogo. Customer service is great. I visit the seafood and meat departments often, and it is always great service. My only negative would be the quality of produce. While it seems to be getting better, it is not what I'm used to from Publix.Update. I've ordered many items catering here via the app. They always call to confirm which is a plus, but the items are never ready in time or totally wrong. I've witnessed it with other customers as well, so it may just be something the store manager needs to look into.

This is my Publix and it's a great store. It generally has everything I need and the staff is friendly. The pharmacy does a great job also. However, the deli is lacking in customer service. Today I stood there waiting at the deli and was not even acknowledged. No "I will be with you in a minute", just slicing cheese and deli meat. One of them was dressed like an assistant manager. May want to read up on your customer service skills.

I've been going to this publix for like 7 years, it's always great. I prefer to go right when they open at 7 am though. It's always well stocked and the staff are always friendly. I do wish they had a self checkout though. My only complaint, but it doesn't happen often, is sometimes they don't have a lot of lanes open so it can get backed up.

This Publix seemed a bit smaller than most Publix's I've been to in the past. Walking into this I must say that it was very clean and well maintained. I love that there are many check out lines available and ready when I visit. The staff is super professional and there is always a manager or supervisor in eye sight to assist if necessary.

I always love coming to Publix.I may be on a fixed income but there are always great prices to find. The produce is top rate and two of my favorite breads can be found here vs the others, sourdough & seeded rye bread. You can’t make a great smoked turkey sandwich without sourdough and you can’t make a great Ruben sandwich without seeded rye.Publix brand of ice cream is my absolute favorite because it taste most like Thrifty brand in So Cal which myself & my children grew up on.Enjoy!

The deli department, more specifically where the subs are made, is horrendous. I have encountered rude employees. On more than one occasion I have placed an online order and it has either been very late, or the order was not received. Most recently I waited 40 minutes AFTER the pickup time for them to deliver the wrong sub. I will be using the Publix in a Holly Springs from now on, even though it is further and out of the way.01/21/24 - deli department strikes again. Somehow I end up with toppings on my sub I didn’t ask for and didn’t get the toppings I did ask for. Jokes on me for giving this location another chance.

Great customer service on the part of Manager Tiara Banks. We had a small issue with a cake order and she went above and beyond to make things right. Way to go Tiara! That's the way to build customer loyalty and keep the brand flying high.
