Visited the store on Townelake Parkway in Woodstock this past Monday and you couldn't ask for better customer service. Lexi and Stephanie were outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. After this wonderful experience I will not go back to the large box stores for my plant and nursery needs, Pike on Townelake will be my only destination for gardening needs.

I approached the building to pick up my order, and went around the side. When I got to the side, there was a sign that said no through traffic, so I assumed that’s where the loading dock was. I drove past the side to the back of the building to try to find the loading dock, which I did not see, so I proceeded to drive around the building to exit to go out the front. As I was exiting, I had to move another sign that said no through traffic, I got out of my vehicle, move the sign, and a gentleman approached me. He told me that I needed to go in the front. As I parked my vehicle, another gentleman Approached me yelling that I was not supposed to go past the sign, and then I was driving 30 mph in their parking lot and there were customers there. He was very rude and did not let me speak. I assumed that the sign meant no through traffic, I was not going through. I was picking up an order. I will never come here again as a customer, or a Roadie deliver, because that gentleman was very rude to me, and it was totally unnecessary. He was disrespectful and very condescending. He has no right to yell at anyone as if I am a child. Additionally, I was not driving 30 mph, as it is a very small parking lot. If deliveries are not to be picked up in the back of the building, then the sign should say, do not enter, as it is confusing for someone picking up a delivery. I have spent several hundred dollars here every season getting flowers for my mother. I will never step foot in the store again.

If you’re looking for something specific or have no idea what you need; this place will help. I walked in and was greeted by a very happy and helpful sales associate. I came in for hanging plants and left with wayyy more 😂. The staff if very knowledgeable. I learned so much about coffee plants that I purchased one of those as well. They have a huge selection of air plants and fairy gardens. They even sell the cute accessories that you need to build your own. Want a unique birdhouse? They have them! From indoor to outdoor: house plant to exotic they have will have it. The wide variety makes picking out just one item impossible. Happy plant hunting 🌱 🍄

My first experience at our local Pike Nursery was outstanding. As we entered, the store, we were greeted by multiple people, saying welcome to Pike nurseries. I then explained what I was trying to do which would be my first flower garden. After a short discussion, they told me that Kathy was going to be my girl. A minute later Kathy walks up and introduces her self and we sit down at a patio set and discuss my project. Kathy spends the next 45 minutes walking me through every single flower that fit my goals. I purchase all the flowers I need and we have two full carts and another employees are helping us I check out and then three young men come get my carts and take everything to my truck and load my truck. The whole experience was very very nice! Highly recommend!!!

I walked up from the mechanic shop while my oil was being changed. They weren’t quite open but someone noticed I was out there with another guest and they opened about 10 minutes early. Once inside, the friendly knowledgeable staff quickly directed me to what I was after. A beautiful store with everything you could need for your garden.

I visited two Pike's today. The first one only had one color flower and my hanging baskets need 3 colors.So I got purple, pink and white!!It seems they never have enough people to help customers. Both locations had their people stocking the shelves.🤔

It was time to put some cheer on my balcony again, so a dear friend took me to Pike Nursery. My car is no longer reliable, and neither is my brain. Both wearing out at the same time. 😉I love/loved just visiting Pike. It's peaceful, the energy of the plants sooth my mind.I am not planning on doing a huge display this time, but my balcony looks great again.Thank you!Margaretha Town

I bought large elephant ears two years in a row. The first year nothing came up. They gave me a discount the second year. Two out of three sprouted. The largest is 18 inches tall.The manager, Clayson contacted me, and resolvethe issues I had. He assured me that I would get the elephant ears i want next year.

In the past we’ve gone to multiple different places to get real Christmas trees. This was our first year going to Pike and we will go back every year now. I mean the variety of trees blew my mind, so many trees and several different types. Also the quality and customer service was incredible ! Not to mention, they can even flock your Christmas tree, that’s amazing !

I love this Pikes! Every time I go, I find something new to take home. There are so many options, and cool looking plants! Every time I visit I am asked by an employee if I need help, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been very kind. Great customer service :)

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always seem to have a good variety of plants. We had an area that had a lot of shade and Elizabeth recommended a plant I never heard of and would be great for the spot. I would have never received that help at a big hardware store.

We hired Pike to do the landscape design for our house in Towne Lake Hills South, and unfortunately, they were incredibly unprofessional. This is surprising to me because we have been coming here for twenty years, and the in-store service has always been good. However, when we put a $400 deposit down on Pike's landscape design services on May 8th, we expected to hear from them within a few days to setup an appointment. It took about two weeks for them to reach out to us. Once the appointment was set for May 26, no one showed up! Pike didn't even call us. We called them and they told us they had to reschedule our consultation for next month. In the end, we asked for a refund on our deposit. It's a shame too, because we were willing to spend 3 to 4K on redoing our front yard. We'll take our business elsewhere in this case.UPDATE (5 days after this review was posted): someone from Pike corporate reached out to make things right with us. We really appreciate this and will be giving Pike another chance!

I've bought shrubs here the past two springs to plant around the house. Its easy to get help, and the staff is more knowledgeable here than at the big box retailers. I've gotten good suggestions on what to plant where, and more information about the plants I'm purchasing.

I have so many stories and experiences that are all positive. If Google allows me ill wrote several. Most recently I skimped and to save a few bucks got a common product at the orange box instead. I got burned. You want quality.... you go to pikes that gets it right. You want to save a Buckland take chances?.... you go ot orange or blue. They always have the best selection of shrubs and trees and flowers and their customer service is top notch! A couple of weeks ago, I asked if they had any Lantana and was told they would in a couple of weeks. So…, I went back two weeks later And waaaalllaaaah! There they were !!

We went for a sale on pansies and violas. They were nearly out but a helpful associate told us they would have a truck in very soon she was also very kind to my kids. She was the same person to greet us as we came in. We got what we were looking for at a great price and had a great experience. I love the calm beautiful atmosphere of Pike's. I could've spebt all day there, happily.

I recently moved to the Towne Lake area and I am so happy to have found a Pike's location near my house! This store is clean, well organized, and the staff is very helpful. They had a lot of lovely plants on sale and definitely the most varieties of any Woodstock nursery that I've visited. I got an orchid on sale and I had a whole bunch of questions, the women who helped me were very nice about it. Now that I know this place is here, I'm not going anywhere else for plants, no one has the selection and friendly staff that Pike's has.

Are you open? no - I'm sick of driving out to your store and you're closed, Home Depot is open until 10. Now you're closed at 6? why bother. Just 2 hours wasted driving. We will never come back. You are generally over priced and outside of a few hard to find things I don't know how you compete especially when you clearly aren't bothered to actually open your doors. This is why Amazon and online retailers do so well.
