I have tried this place 3 times and love the location and kids amenities inside. It is thoughtful to have a playroom where siblings can play while waiting. Mrs. Erica was great the second time we were there, the first time was okay, and the most recent with Mrs. Marjorie was disappointing. She was not receptive when I asked for my son’s sides to be evened out when it was done and seem very annoyed that I was asking for it to be corrected. I don’t mind paying the extra fee for the kids experience they offer, but it is not worth it if the customer service does not match.

My son got sick on day of appt and I had the courtesy to call ahead and let them know that I had to pick him up from daycare , and they probably don’t want the bug he has. Lady told me there was a broken appt fee. That’s fine and I was willing to take that. The whole haircut amount would be the fee. WTH. I’m in healthcare and we don’t even do that. I also go to a high end salon for myself and they don’t even do that. Especially, not on a first time offense. The “ rules” don’t even show on their horrible website. Bad link and leads to Roswell location anyway. Not coming back.

Amazing cut today for my 4 year old! I was very nervous about getting her hair cut but the stylist (i believe her name is christian) was professional and very sweet with my girl! Made her first haircut so memorable for us! Thank you again!

Erica did an awesome job cutting our son’s hair! She pulled out all the stops when he became difficult, and handled it SO professionally. I can’t thank her enough. She truly is a master of her craft. We’ll see her again in 6 weeks.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My son had his first hair cut this morning, and we were the first through the door when they opened. Erika was beyond welcoming, with a warm smile and bright personality. She took her time and was so patient with my son. Victoria ,was… beyond amazing . She was a pure angel . The only thing I wish differently done was to give her a hug . Xavier wasn’t … an easy client . As a new mother with a child and who was recently diagnosed with ASD she made the whole visit . She even asked us to come back ?! Vickie and Christian have been so good to my family. I love coming to this location. We no longer live close by but we will make the drive. The entire staff goes above and beyond to take care of everyone who comes in those doors. You will not be disappointed.

Pigtails and Crewcuts is hands down the best place I have taken my child for a haircut.Not only do they have little toy cars for your child to sit in, but they have lollipops, animal crackers, cute and fun figures that stick to the steering wheel of each car, so many other things to try and keep your babies distracted!Also, they have toys, bows, shampoo, conditioners, etc in case you’d like to shop a little more for your kids.Last but not least, my one year old had a little bit of hair on his back from getting his haircut and they will provide a lint roller, and to some people they could care less, but for the parents that try to keep their kids nice and neat, it was a simple one up, what a PLUS!I will be back!

Very friendly staff, Christian was the stylist who cut my son's hair, and she did a great job! He is 9 months old so he was wiggly and she still worked around it and made it look very good. I recently took my 6-year-old daughter to this kids' hair salon, hoping to get a simple bang trim to her eyebrows. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. They ended up cutting her bangs too short, and my poor daughter is in tears nonstop. It was a distressing experience for both of us, and I would advise against going there if you want a positive haircut experience for your child.

We visited for our 14 month Olds first big boy haircut! We opted for the "1st Haircut Package" which came with a sweetphoto, certificate with frame and preserving of a lock of his hair. Ms. Vickie did such an amazing job with our wiggly boy and made his first haircut a great experience! No tears on his part (maybe a few for mama!) Changing my review after owner called. Owner was professional and understood our concern.Owner helped resolve the issue.Had very bad experience when I took my son for a haircut, saw chair was full of hair and requested chair to be cleaned. Then barber took a little more than 15 mins and charged me extra. I asked for explanation and did not get any logical explanation. My son just turned three and was not excited about getting his haircut which made me super nervous about the experience and the possibilities of a meltdown. He was still nervous at first but was excited to sit in a the cool car and was made much more comfortable in such a kid friendly atmosphere.
