Only rating the dog wash a 2 because of its convenience still. I usually bring both dogs in but just like everything else they've raised their price but in addition they've taken away the nice towels, the new towels are just basic bath towels like you have at home. They no longer supply anything you have to ask for it. One of the employees, Joe, was cleaning out the sink while I was finishing up and I asked him if they sold a poodle comb. He said we don't supply those but they would be over there and pointed. I believe if I could have sold a poodle comb or two I might would have gone and gotten them since my customer had a armful of wet dog. But maybe I'm just old and grumpy but we won't be back. There are now more options in town.

Brian, the assistant store manager is the nicest guy and a friendly person. He did not hesitate to show us the cats and also provided us with the treats to feed the cats.

I love this pet store. I always get the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff. Bobby helped me today with this little guy. Taught me things I didn't know and informed me how to care for him.♡ Thank you Bobby and Pet Supermarket for always being wonderful!

The staff here are so friendly and helpful! We use the pet bath station frequently and it's awesome. I don't have to spend an hour crouched next to our tub bathing our 70lb pup and they have everything you need right there at your fingertips, even different types of shampoos and packages. I highly recommend this store for any pet needs!

Went to purchase some fish and live plants, fish prices was reasonable, though we had to ask for assistance before getting helped, overall the quality of the fish was good and the plants looked very healthy.

I went in this store not expecting much. We were looking for fish advice, as my wife has taken up fish keeping. That's when we met Brian...We've gone to pet stores and aquarium stores alike, but I've never run across someone with so much passion and knowledge about freshwater pets as Brian has. This dude was like a personal shopper for all things aquatic. He was so excited to talk about fish and share his knowledge with us I'd like to go in there every day just to watch him interact with other people. The man is doing what he loves, for sure. There wasn't a single question we had that he couldn't answer, and boy did we have questions. The best part is, he didn't just answer the question, he explained the why, which is huge for us as we are both of an engineering mind and trade. He explained in a way that didn't make you feel ignorant or inferior, but in a manner that made you both inquisitive and appreciative of his knowledge. I hope they're paying him enough! If you have any freshwater question, do yourself a favor and go see my buddy Brian, I bet you walk away glad you did.

Overall it's a great place, the problem I am having is I just bought my 4 year a bunny from here on Friday, it is now Sunday and the bunny is dead. I have tryed calling the store to see if they can do anything but no one will answer the phone. I don't want to drive all the way over there because it is a little far for me to drive if nothing is going to be done about it. I would love to get my daughter another bunny but don't want to spend the money if it's just going to die again.

I've only been here once. I walked around the same area for several minutes, obviously n looking for something while 3 employees just sat there chatting. When I asked for help, asking if that was the area to find "x" and if the specific item was the only item they offered. I got a dismissive "yeah" as they went back to their conversation.When I asked about something else, the response was an equally short 3 word response.Overall, not very impressed. I'll try them again as I've heard good things. But this experience was less than pleasant, especially walking out spending over $40.Also to add, their warm water bath was apparently out "again". I say again since sometime made a comment that they'd tried several times to use it and another person called while I was checking out.

Greatest customer service ever! I was there with my husband to get a New Guinea pig and setup for my daughter’s 14th birthday. I forgot the name of the employee who helped but she was super helpful! Another nice employee (young man) helped us pick out the guinea pig and the young lady helped us pick out the habitat, hay, bedding and extra food for our new pet who we absolutely adore! Our daughter so was happy and pleased with her new little buddy. She is taking great care of him! Thanks for a welcome and awesome experience!

Every time I’ve been in this store the customer service has been great! Everyone offered assistance. The store is very clean and the shelves are stocked. I found a dog sweater for $4! Also got a great deal on my dog bed. Look in the front area for the sale section. They also have the biggest pig ears ever!

Great Pet store! They have a huge selection, very clean and I didn't realize you can bathe your dog there. Every time I go in Jo is very nice, speaks to everyone, helps me find what I need and consistent. He explains everything to me and never pressures me to buy. I will be back.

Amanda, Ryan, and Max are the pinnacle of customer service. I went to give my dogs a shower, and one of them (being a 5 month old puppy) had never experienced something like that. They helped calm down my puppy and get him situated in the tub. Ryan even helped carry a heavy bag of dog food out to my car. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Have come here twice and had a bad experience both times. The staff has been unkind and not warm to us when we’ve come in. I brought my dog once for a fun day and they didn’t even say hi to my dog at the register… it’s a pet store :(. Not the place we’ll come to browse for toys.

Original posted review was NOT done by me!! Not sure how this happened... Pet Supermarket replied to me regarding the "bad" review. The truth is this business is a very good one; I haven't been to this one, but to others in this chain. They have always been clean and well-stocked and don't smell doggy or bad. So I give them five stars!

This pet store had quite a nice setup. There's an abundance of pet food, accessories, and treats. Also the way the animals are on display is convenient for petting. Rabbits, ferrets, birds, cats, and fish, are all part of what this store had to offer. I was particularly impressed by the self serve dog wash station, which by the way, supplies are provided for!

I love this store. We come regularly to bathe our Great Pyrenees. Love the set up of the tub and the available products. The staff is so friendly every time we go. Would recommend this store to anyone.

They're great. They're always nice, helpful and patient even when our dogs our loud waiting for their bath and sometimes during. Their dog baths are also great.

On the way to Sprout's we stopped to buy something wholesome for our puppy and received a great deal of help from the team that worked there. We found a puppy harness with style and flare and retractable leash that we only hope the little guys doesn't try to eat.

The manager is so nice. The Pet Supermarket near me can't sell fish due to fungus so we went to this one and I have to said, it is clean and the manager is so helpful. I would come back if I ever need to buy anything else! Also, the "Open" sign is not on but they are definitely open, I almost miss out because of that.
