Outstanding store! The people here go out of their way to help you out. I purchased a limited edition Weber Genesis grill that no other big box store sells and not only did they deliver it but they built it for me , saving me the hassle. I will definitely be back

Normally, I'm a huge Ace fan, but this was awful. We recently got some screens replaced at Ace, and they broke our sliding screen door. They refused to take any responsibility for it, saying the door was already "dry rotted" (at 2 years old..I dont think so). Not to mention they still made us pay for the replacement screen on the now broken door that will cost $300 to replace!??! They were so rude when we asked if there was anything they could offer us since we now buy a whole new door. This was a horrible experience, AVOID GOING HERE.

Morgan Ace Hardware used to be a great store when it was in downtown Woodstock, seems like management has changed since the move... I see why recent Star count on here is so low. As an amputee now, I order a lot of stuff online as going out is difficult. I was in need of some items and placed an order where the website said that the items were IN STOCK, the email confirmation said they were also IN STOCK. I had given my wife s cell number on the order since she was picking it up, so if there was a problem, they could text/call her. She arrived there to find that the order was cancelled due to NO STOCK on either item! I did receive an email... but my laptop was not on after the order was placed. A simple call could have saved her time in her busy errand schedule and gas! Shop elsewhere, these people are too lazy to keep up with inventory or make a phone call when necessary!REPLY TO OWNER"S COMMENTS: The standardized rely from the manager only shows that ordering online is not the way to buy from Ace! Theft of a 36 or 48 inch steel rod is hard to put under a shirt! Sale of the two items I ordered is rare at best, and not both simultaneously. Ace Corp should check with the store BEFORE sending an email saying order is confirmed. When an order is messed up, and costs the buyer time and expense... just own up to it. No need for speculated excuses. I will call the other local Ace hardware stores before venturing out from now on and Never depend on In Stock online any more.

Beware of buying vegetable plants or mulch from here, they spray weed killer, I saw Keith spraying Ready roundup weed killer , right by the food plants. I asked what he was spraying and my concerns about the bees and why so close to the plants? He claims it not toxic, I asked what's in it, He felt he was above answering my questions., He then said "Anyway" and turned his back on me and continued spraying, ignoring me, with his attitude.. when I asked what his name was he said , Thats not your concern. I called the manager but I'm sure he doesn't care. Maybe if I was a white woman he would have had time for my concern, as I was treated like a dumb little black girl bothering him.

This was the worst experience dealing with the repair shop. I am the owner of a small mosquito treatment company and I took in 4 backpack sprayers to get in working condition for my upcoming season back in March.The repairs cost me over $200 for the 4 backpack sprayers. Less than 3 weeks later, after only using them a few times, 2 were broken. I took them back, and they said they were fixed, and they charged me again. This time, I tested them before leaving the parking lot, and surprise, surprise, they didn't work. I took them back in and they charged me again for repairs, and their response was I used the wrong fuel mixture.( I used what is required in the handbook). So after 3 times taking these 2 sprayers in, they charged me for multiple repairs close to $400 (repairs and deposit).The other 2 that I had originally taken it dont work either, so needless to say I am not taking them back for repairs to this shop. I will take them to Howard Brothers in Alpharetta, who stand behind their work.This might be good hardware store, but their repair shop is a rip off and offers ZERO warranty on their work.

Took my push mower to them 4/10/24. Called a few times and they said it was put for repair 4/27/24. They also had trouble finding it and then called the wrong number with the estimate, which they said they wouldn't call you with because it would delay the repair. Unpleasant, unprofessional and customer service is horrible. Please don't take your lawnmower there unless you have to. May 21st I finally got hold of a guy named Rob and that's when I learned all this nonsense. Picked it up and left. Never again.

Me: Just a guy trying to fix his lawn mower.Joe: Just a guy in the small motors parts department that DOES NOT like his job.Scenario: Joe is rude, instead of even attempting to help chooses not to, and wastes my time.Solution: Take my business elsewhere 🙂👍The rest of the store looked nice. Was going to look through it with my daughter after I got my part and look at things I didn't need to buy.

Was just at the store to buy a drill. I’ve never owned an electric one. Jim walked me through the entire process and even gave me a quick class on how to use it. Great guy! Ask for him when you go in the store.

I am blown away by the friendly, above and beyond service I experience at Morgan's. Today it was a unique request to help me modify a walking bike designed for a disabled person. Jim in hardware identified the metric parts I needed and even offered suggestions on how to make it a better, cleaner mod. Then he took the bike into the back and cleaned out the gunked up threads for me and together we completed the mod right there in the store. Amazing! Where does one find people of compassion like this anymore? Answer: Morgan's Ace.

I really liked dealing with the gentlemen at this ACE Hardware. I needed to have my older model Toro recycler mower checked out as it had never been serviced by a professional since I purchased it in 2009. My son could not get it to start so I went on the Toro website to ses if they could recommend someone to service in my area. Toro gave me 3 different companies to call and/or email. I sent an email to all 3, Morgan's ACE is the only one that replied and that went a long way with me. The persons who emailed with me (3 total) responded within 24 hours, answered all my questions and let me know they were running about 7-10 days behind on the services. I brought my mower in they got my information, I told them it needed a full service tune up, paid a deposit and they said they would call when ready. It was only 5 days and it was an easy checkout. There was someone to help me unload and load the mower in my car. But I liked the fact that the reviews I read were positive, they treated me (a female) with respect and did not make me feel that they were dismissing me because I didn't know anything about my mower. They did a great job as the power's engine starts the 1st time and purrs like it's new! Their honesty with me is an A+! Thanks to all those kind gentlemen that helped me and the ones that serviced my mower. Great experience. See you next Spring!

I've been buying heavy equipment mowers and all my landscaping tools for them today. I came ask them for some help to remove a little nuts from my new mower. I buy from them 2 weeks ago and they say they cannot help me. That's the worst ever. Customer service, I will not. I will not come back to this place.

The hardware section at this location is unmatched. I find myself visiting this Ace pretty often for fasteners and fittings, and the staff is always friendly.They don't even mind going on a wild goose chase when helping me search for hard to find parts!

I had misplaced my Christmas tree screws. Ran to Ace Hardware, The young man that helped me Friday 12/1 was amazing! He built me a couple that actually worked!! I wish I could have gotten his name, when doing surveys for companies they ask if they made you feel special. This guy didn’t just do his job he gave me great customer service and then some! Thank you for the great service!

Everytime I've called or shopped at Morgan's Ace Hardware, I've had exceptional customer service. A week ago I stopped in looking for something and what I needed isn't made in the size I need (isn't at other home improvement stores or online - I checked). Instead of trying to sell me something to replace what was damaged, I was told how I could easily repair it with a couple things I already have at home, thus saving me money... their suggestion worked and worked well. A few days later I needed something else and since I had the children with me I called to see if they had it in stock - they did and immediately offered to have it for me at the front so I could get it quickly and easily. The children came with me and were quite excited to find all sorts of things they wanted me to take pictures of and my youngest son was over the moon excited to see some John Deer toys he hopes I'll get him for Christmas. ;-) The customer service at Morgan's is definitely far superior to their much larger competitors.

The service department is absolutely horrible. I was charged for them not being able to repair 2 blowers and a string trimmer. Then I called mower medix and they fixed all three.Morgan's is flat out Unqualified and shouldn't even be charging for any type of service just because ty lack the knowledge to repair.Also all power equipment is grossly overpricedSilly country bumpkins nothing more

ACE Woodstock is conveniently located to me but certainly prices at all ACE locations are too high. Encountered a nutty issue today. I went to top off my LP tank - like you'd top off your car gas tank- and was told that i had to pay $24 regardless of the tank being full or not. Excuse me? So i need a half dozen eggs but i gotta pay for a dozen? Superfolous buns! Rather than call a mgr over i just accepted the 'nonsense' and said Adios dude. Policy rethink...yeah I think so.

Really like the new location, so much easier to get in and out, inventory is even better. The cashier(Robin...I think) was great and was even getting help for customers across the store . My only minor concern was why workers are allowed to be on cells instead of helping without being asked (video games or texting ....fingers going a mile a minute) Keep up the great work!!! No I'm not vested.....just hate Karen's and Kevin's ...say good things when you see it.

Robert provided exceptional customer service before, during, AND after the purchase of a Bad Boy Revolt mower.Bad Boy was delayed in getting the mower shipped out, but Robert never lost touch with me and continued to check on me and keep me updated.I could not be more happy with the customer service I received and will continue to give them my business and so should you. 5 stars all day everyday.
