We were at tonight Kroger this past week and has the most pleasant experience with Ms. Dani she was so helpful and went above and beyond to help my wife and I. We will definitely be shopping more at this Kroger as there customer service beats our neighborhood Publix by far.

I have shopped at Kroger most of my adult life (which is a long time) I have shopped at this Kroger for 7 years because it’s near my home. Unfortunately it has never measured up to the Krogers in my past and it has steadily gone downhill for the last 3 years. HQ needs to look at this store and bring someone in who can fix it.

This store is absolutely amazing. Items are easy to find and accessible, lines move fast when checking out, and prices are very reasonable. My bi-monthly shopping trips always happen at this store, as I am a dedicated shopper. Overall, shopping experience is a 10/10, management of items and isles is a 10/10, and Jen is a 10/10 manager.

Rip off notice. Check prices when checking out at scanner. Prices marked at shelve are different at check-out. Check-out will charge you more. For me on 3 of the 7 items I purchased today.

Decent savings and selection. Good luck with the pick up option because they'll be running 30-40 mins behind and not let you know. Customer service couldn't give a rip. 3 stars is a stretch but I'll give it one more chance.

This is a great Kroger in a great area the employees are very friendly and helpful great variety of food and drinks good prices, nice clean store we are very close to this Kroger and enjoy shopping here. They have everything we need.

Kroger pickup is superior to Walmart pickup every day. They bring your groceries out only minutes after checking in. Walmart will leave you waiting for 20 minutes by which point you could have gone inside to check out.

I have been shopping at this store for 7 years. We decided on this one vs. the one down the street because the employees were friendly and the store was well organized. Since the store manager, Mr. Reeve left this store, it has had consistently gone down hill. The aisles are always crowded and feel impossible to navigate if more than one person is on it with a shopping cart. There are large displays everywhere that make it impossible to navigate a shopping cart around the store. Overall, it just feels messy and like no one is paying attention. The only departments that seem taken care of are the dairy and the meat department.

Was in the store today and "WOW' has it improved over the past few months. The aisles are clean and neat, the produce was well stocked and easy to find my items. All the departments were orderly and the personnel friendly and helpful. Made my shopping a pleasure not a chore to be dreaded. A vast improvement over the store it was before. What ever you all are doing keep it up. Kudos to the poor cashiers who have put up with senile old farts like me fumbling at check out. Also the floral department was beautiful with balloons for grandparents day. Looks like a well run store.

This Kroger is very clean and although the parking lot is always full, the store itself is never very busy. Has everything you’d expect of a Kroger.

Great store. Been shopping here for a while and i’ve noticed a great change in the store cleanliness and just overall the attitude in the workers. The new store manager is great. Before she started working here the employees stayed on their phones and couldn’t bother to greet us. The store was dirty and unorganized and the produce was subpar. Now when i walk into that store i am greeted by employees and feel welcomed. I’m able to find what i need and i don’t feel grossed out while shopping for the things i need. The freshness of their produce has greatly improved and i’m thoroughly impressed. I had an issue with the mobile app but a manager helped me resolve it, i dont remember her name but i actually felt like i was a priority at this store. I can clearly see the hard work that has been put into this store and it’s all because of the new store manager.

This Kroger location is incredibly disappointing, plagued by a lack of competence throughout. I strongly advise steering clear of their Deli and Meat Department unless you have ample time to spare—my wait time clocked in at a frustrating 40 minutes. Even after numerous calls for assistance, the delay persisted.During my recent visit, I accidentally left my phone in a cart. Despite providing detailed location information and phone specifics (an S8), the retrieval process was needlessly prolonged. The cart attendant repeatedly asked redundant questions about the phone's appearance, despite it being just five minutes since I last had it.In addition to this, my experience at the Deli was equally subpar. I requested a block of White American Cut, only to receive multiple incorrect cuts due to the attendant's inability to follow instructions or provide adequate service. This lack of attention to detail is unfortunately a common occurrence here.Moreover, the pricing at Kroger leaves much to be desired. A weekly grocery bill for my family of four at Kroger totaled $320, whereas an equivalent cart at Aldi only amounted to $150. Factor in Publix's Buy One Get One deals, and the disparity becomes even more glaring.Given these consistent issues, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Aldi and Publix offer better value and service, making them far superior alternatives to this Kroger branch.

JANET . JANET . JANET . Sweetest, most friendliest employee I’ve ever met or dealt with at a grocery store! She was so nice to wrap my flowers in a perfect bow and paper. They were amazing! She took the time love an care to help me with everything in the floral section. Amazing lady with an amazing attitude towards her work, service, and customers. She was truly a blessings to talk to and be helped by.

Amazing service!! The staff here is so friendly and helpful!! And the staff is very WICC friendly (they don’t make you feel “bad” for needing help) I highly recommend this Kroger. I will definitely be shopping here again! Thank you guys for being awesome!!!

Love the cleanliness of the store. However, the produce section with fruits and salads are never stocked. Also, on several occasions I have went into the store, and the workers don't speak at all. Yesterday, I was ringing up my groceries, and there were two workers standing talking. They never acknowledged me, and one of the ladies sat and talked about her son playing sports the entire time that I was ringing up my groceries, bagging them, and walking out. It was rude, and they didn't even say have a good day. They don't even know if I said good morning. Poor customer service at its finest. On a second occasion, a young lady over in produce was so busy staring at her phone that she didn't hear me say good morning. She stayed on her phone the entire time I was in produce. Kroger your workers need to work on their customer service. Quite a few of your workers won't even say good morning or acknowledge that you are standing there. It is like you are invisible. I won't be going back.

I have been going here for close to 8 years. I accidentally dropped and shattered a bottle of wine. I tried multiple times to pay for it but the customer service reps were so kind. If I didn't already love this store so much this would have sealed the deal. Thank you, you sweet souls. Also one of them told me I was pretty. Bonus points!

Visitors BEWARE! Terrible condescending customer service from customer service/ self checkout lady. Purchase two rocking that were sitting outside. My husband walked out with an manager to check the prices. We paid for two. Went outside and all four were worn and three broken in different areas. We ask if they had been using them, he said NO. Kroger check your employees wearing down furniture you’re selling!!! We told the employee we only would get the one that worn and could be varnished and wanted a refund for the second. That was Friday. Today, Sunday we returned the chair. Irony or intimidation, an employee walks out and sit in one of the broke rocking chairs “that are not being used” and smokes her a cigarette. The lady who helped my husband was unhelpful in looking up the purchase and appeared irritated by the return. She made condescending remarks to the manager regarding the process. Selective customer at this location and others. Sad. When they go LOW LOW! You go high.

The best part of shopping here is the experiences I have had with 2 employees. Janet & Maurice. I believe Janet assists in the floral dept. I used to work next to this Kroger and last year she was so helpful with a balloon/flower arrangement I needed. She took over as soon as I told her what we needed. Fast forward to this past mother's day, I could not find the perfect arrangement for what I was looking for. She came over, asked me if I found what I needed. I told her I was stumped -- she told me not to worry and helped me make a very pretty bouquet and wrapped it and added the flower pick I bought into it. The bouquet and made it very special. She's always so positive and helpful and and deserves recognition.. The other employee is Maurice, he is so friendly at the Meat department and always waves and says hello anytime I see him. He's always willing to answer any questions we have! This location thrives with employees like them and I hope that kroger takes good care of both of them. Good employees are hard to find these days.

While this Kroger has never been a large one, it use to be nice and convenient, having what you needed close by. Flash forward a few years and it currently is my last resort. It is consistently out of what you are looking for and should be available, and just overall seems to be going down hill. I go to the next closest store whenever possible.

Availability of items can be hit and miss at this Kroger. If you need deli meat sliced, do not shop during early or late hours as it's very difficult to find someone to slice deli meat.

Decent medium sized store that appears to be in process of a minor remodel although it didn’t seem necessary and it’s confusing to regular customers. All the basics are here but the bread selection is very disappointing. They have a fair variety, but the taste is lacking. It’s not the fault of anyone at the store. Kroger just needs better recipes. In comparison, the fresh bread quality at Publix is much better. Certain meats such as ground beef are often not able to be found. Produce selection is generally decent although often berries are old or even moldy. Good regular prices & Sale prices are often outstanding. Fuel points program is more complicated than it needs to be but that is also not the fault of anyone at this store. Good store overall.

I hate posting negative reviews but I'm done with this place. I have two options for grocery stores close to my house. Publix, which is super nice but doesn't have a great selection... or this Kroger that has a huge variety of things but is nasty inside. I will officially never go here again. I bought several staple items today. When I got home I noticed the baby carrots expired on 11/27/2020. Then I opened the lid to the sour cream and the foil seal was broken. It's not even worth my time to go in to get my money back. However, now I am completely disgusted and am throwing away everything I bought. Seriously, this place is disgusting. Management needs to get its act together or be fired completely. I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could.

Purchased Peach State chicken salad from this store the first week of October. Its a clear canister that could have been packaged at the store. Was eating the chicken salad on a sandwich and found a stable in the chicken salad. I called and spoke to the store manager on 10/8 and reported this issue. First she said they don't carry it, then after I assured her they did...she then stated they no longer package it at the store. When I explained the issue she said "well where you hurt, and would you like to file a claim". I responded i wasnt hurt but felt it was their obligation that no one else gets hurt and they notify the packaging company. She went silent and basically blew off the concern. Likely no longer a Krogers shopper. Too bad, we've had a good experience at this store otherwise.
