I just moved back to Acworth and I am so happy I found this place. My pups dog food is always tough to find and I've had to find it online, but they always have it in stock or can deliver SAME DAY! I ordered some supplements and they came with a sweet note and treats. Customer service is top notch here and they have great coupons and sales. Highly recommend!

I love Hollywood Feed store. However, the times I have been at this location I have had uncomfortable experiences. I don’t have the name of the cashier but she is always rude and unpleasant to talk. I went to pick up an order and this lady did not offer to help me seeing that the package was heavy and I’m pregnant. I walked to my car and while I was putting the big box in my trunk she approached me and asked me “you got it?” Of course I had to get it because I didn’t have another choice that lifting the Heavy box. I was not going to write a review about this but after thinking, it is better that the manager sees this. This lady has ZERO customer service attitude and experience. This store is not cheap to buy, and I feel like I’m bothering her by purchasing for my dogs.

This store had everything and more you could think of for all things pet! The staff was super attentive and friendly. My mom also really enjoyed that it smelled good and everything was laid out very nicely. We will definitely be back!

Visited the store on Towne Lake Parkway . Cashier Alyssa was Rude and Spoke to me in a Very Condescending manner. Any question I asked her was met with an eye roll and “tsk” if I didn’t need what I went in there for I would have walked out quickly.

I wish we had these in Wisconsin! Super helpful staff, great selection of food, especially frozen. I was so impressed, I signed up for an account since we visit the area frequently because of family. Really great selection of chews, too.

I should have gotten the employees name because she was so amazingly awesome. Immediately upon entering she asked if I needed help finding anything. I told her the brand of dog food I needed and she led me right to it and asked for the flavor and if I wanted the grain free or grain in kind. What she didn’t know was that my dad had just been put in the hospital and I was getting food for his dog. All he told me was the flavor. When I said I was just told the flavor she asked if they had an account with them since she could look up their past orders. My dad did and we found exactly what kind he usually gets. She even looked to see if he had gotten any treats from them too since the beginning of his account. Amazing service given. And you could tell this was given normally, she had no idea of my situation. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

The staff members at this store are super knowledgeable and helpful!! The day I went a rescue group called Amazing Mutts and Wiggle Butts had dogs there for adoption. Their dogs were the cutest and most well behaved I've seen at an event like this. I highly recommend the store and do check out the rescue too.

This store has the most incredible employees. We had a tough day for our sweet Sunny so we came to get her a few fun things to cheer us all up :) The employees took AMAZING care of us - they shared their experiences, preferences, and all the options possible. They answered our questions with concern and thoroughness. They loved on our sweet Sunny like she was their own! We can’t thank them enough for being so great. Definitely go here - ask questions, get their thoughts and opinions, and enjoy this great, new store!

It was my first time shopping at this place for my pups. I was dissatisfied with the customer service. The blond lady with the bob cut at the register was rude. An item was ringing up incorrectly. The tag had a different price than what was rung up. I asked her about it and she proceeded to let out an annoyed sigh. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Awaiting delivery of dog food that was seriously delayed by Chewy, we called the new Hollywood Feed in Towne Lake. They were so very helpful and prompt. We ordered curbside pick up and received notification within 30 minutes that our order was ready. We are very thankful! Prices are competitive, location is convenient, and the customer service is fantastic. We are happy to be your new customers! Highly recommended!

I dont know who helped me this afternoon, but I really wanted to say thank you. I found out yesterday my dog has cancer and doesn't have much time left with us. I needed to find soft treats for her, and whoever it was in the store showed me a ton of the options and what she recommended. She could tell something was off with me, asked what the occasion was, and I couldn't help but cry in the store when I told her. We cried a little together, and she helped make me feel a little better. That showed true character. She cares about her customers and their animals. Thanks again for the help this afternoon. I'll be back.

My boyfriend is getting a new puppy and we wanted to get as much as possible before we picked her up. Maggie was sooo helpful and well informed and set us up with everything we needed plus answered all of our questions. She and everyone else at the store made us feel so much more confident on being first time dog owners!

Not a huge selection, but what they do have is great quality. The prices are also very fair and they have a lot of larger size bags of cat food and litter that are hard to find in brick and mortar stores nowadays.

First time in any Hollywood feed,normally use chewy,store was not well stocked in terms of Victor dog food ,I need three different 40 lb bags they only had one the girl at the counter said 'humm 'only two carts in the entire store ....not to impressed probably won't be back

Checked it out the people were nice, store was very clean etc, but I get the reason they match prices on the same item's. They sell nothing but off brand or singular brand foods I have never heard of. They pricing was comical $2.99 & $1.99 for a can of catfood, that's a joke there's a couple of other pet specific retailers close by they sell pat`e catfood for .50 a can.

Staff was SO helpful, they actually knew all of their products and helped guide me what to purchase for my new puppy. Not to mention all their products from treats to toys were amazing, natural and beneficial for health. Will only shop here continuing on. Highly recommend.

Their same day delivery is a great experience, esp with the contactless delivery!I’m so happy they’ve chosen to do a Woodstock location!! I came in the store today to purchase a bed that was advertised on Facebook yesterday and today for $99 but was told by the sales associate that they were no longer on sale as of the 24th. You might want to check your advertisement because you’re misleading customers to come in on things that are on sale that are not. Wish I would’ve known that because I could’ve purchased online and did an in-store pick up. Very misleading on Facebook. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere to purchase a dog bed since you would not honor the sale price.

Lots of healthy choices for my dogs, quality collars, leashes, harnesses, beds, jackets. Also picked up a small purse for myself and partial proceeds go to rescue. They also have a good selection of products for cats, and offer in store, curbside and locL delivery. Also shipping from the website
