I like getting stuff for $5 and less. The back section of stuff over $5 threw me off the first time but it’s good. I’d say the store is very trendy but cheap. Good for a quick gift, a replacement shirt/jammie pants and has a great selection of candies and novelties.

Went in this morning and received wonderful customer service. The man at the counter went out of his way to greet everyone and make sure I found what I needed. It’s a pretty sad world we live in that kindness and good customer service like this is rare nowadays. We will definitely be back soon! :)

the customer service here is awful. staff are so rude and unhelpful. i went up to a staff and said “excuse me” very politely and they turned around, sighed loudly, and asked what i needed. i asked them if they had a certain size for a tshirt i found, and she told me “whatever’s out there is all there is” and turned back around. when i asked if there was a possibility they had it in the back, she refused to check the stock, and seemed irritated the whole time. any time i have ever asked an employee about an item being in stock they NEVER actually look. they just tell me “we don’t have it” —incredibly rude and unhelpful workers.

This place has some of everything! I would definitely go there first before other stores, it's surprising the things they have at such great prices that you would never expect!

Five below is one of my favorite stores. This place has all of the outdoor summer gear plus many more. They carry anything from candy to skateboards. The kids love to pick up and play with every toy that they see in the store. We'll maintaines store and all of the employees were friendly. If you have never been here I highly recommend this place

We come to this store all the time, and the employees are all fab. Today, however, was a very different experience. We were only able to find one employee in the entire store. She was stocking and talking on her personal phone. When I went to ask for an item, she looked me straight in the face, turned her back, and kept talking. There was no one else in the entire store, including at the registers. I was very disappointed in today's experience.

recently, i placed an online order to pick up and the next day got an email saying it was cancelled. first time i tried to call i got an automated message that told me to hold and then it hung up. second time i called i got someone and explained how my order was cancelled and they said it was because “they couldn’t find it.” they told me they looked in the bins on the floor (which i did too to the day prior) but they couldn’t find it. when i asked about the stock in the back they told me “we have tons of them in the back but i didn’t look there” since they were too lazy to do their job and check all their stock, they canceled my order. SO FRUSTRATING.

The store has many items you may not even be looking for, if you are on a low budget it's affordable for gifts, toys, makeup, sleepers, candy, snacks, cell phone cases some very cute with glitter for teens and other misc things, I found small canvas. picture frames, mini wireless shower speaker for 5.50, a basketball for 5.00, a light wt backpack 3.50 not bad for the gym.

The caucasian female on shift today, 5/16 has a very stink attitude. I asked her to help me locate a specific item in the store and she had a nasty attitude doing so. Also the air conditioner is not working. Shoppers, you might want to bring a portable fan.

Awesome little place! Cashiers Ginger and Cole are amazing! They lend their talents to make you laugh and make it a fun shopping experience! Was another cool cashier working next to Cole but I didn’t get her name. Green shirt, brown hair! Awesome people!

Popped into Five Below the other day while running around, and had a fun time walking around the store.After circling the store once, my girlfriend and I decided to get ourselves a treat. I went with a box of "Runts" candy (because amazing tiny fruit) and was loving it. My girlfriend got some "Red Hots" and unfortunately, they must have melted in-store so the box had one big "Red Hots" clump that apparently did not taste right. Which was a shame.Otherwise, the store was great and the cashier was a nice person!

Fun shopping for the whole family. Everyone will be able to find something useful and inexpensive here (not sure about the quality !!). I give both my kids $5 each and they are able to buy many items to satisfy their imagination (and does not break my budget). Enjoy.

I love taking my daughter here and saying pick something out you can have whatever you want! The last time I came I actually needed something and they didn't have it. This wasn't a big deal as what I needed was pretty specific. The store can be messy at times but overall they do a good job of keeping it stocked. I dislike being asked for my email at checkout, but again not a big deal.

Love this store but some things aren't worth the $5. Phone cords don't seem to work very well or for very long. Great selection of incense. Great selection of apple products but not so much on android products.

Five Below is one of the last bastions of my favorite childhood candy. It will always be relevant for me because of this. This particular location needs to restock, especially the jolly ranchers, but I was content with the service and happy to see so many young people employed.

Great store. Has a nice variety of items. My kids love coming here and spending thier allowance. Love the t's, shoes and games. The staff is alway helpful and nice. Love the seasonal stuff as well. Well worth the hour drive to go to this store. If i had one any closer I'd be broke!
