Our 4 year old had a 104 fever so our pediatrician submitted our prescription to a different pharmacy. That pharmacy was sold out - but never let us know. They transferred to a different one and they wouldn’t answer the phone.All that to say this location answered the phone and waited on - multiple times - to try and help us out. They earned our loyalty going forward. A genuine heartfelt “THANK YOU!” to Karen and team.

The customer service at this pharmacy is hit or miss. Depends on who is helping you. If your insurance doesn't cover a medication then they will call and tell you and some techs there will call the doctor for you to get an alternative that is covered and some will tell you to call for an alternative. If you get there 5 or 10 minutes before they close some will have a major attitude (huff and look at their watch and tell you they are about to close) and others will have a great attitude (smile and help without incident). When picking up medications some techs will loudly say the name of your medication for anyone in the area to hear and some will not mention the name of the medication, but instead point to the name of it on the printout. So customer service is really hit or miss. It has the lowest prices around and they have been accurate with my medications so I put up with the so-so customer service.

Not happy. My prescription was called in day before surgery. They could nt fill it at that time but assured me that it would be filled by the time my surgery was over the next day. As we were pulling in to pick up my meds they called me saying they could nt get it until the next day at the earliest.So why did you tell me the day before that you would be able to get it??? This med was for post op pain?!!!Won "t be using this pharmacy again.

I cried tears of joy when I left! They sold me Novolog insulin for only 99 dollars!! They are so nice and helpful!! If there is a bad review on here, do NOT believe it! Trust these ladies!!!!

Good prices. But, they never answer the phone. Trying to get a prescription transferred is impossible without going there in person.

Shop at Costco all the time and like them; this review is specifically for the Pharmacy - called to check on the price of a fairly expensive Rx needed pre-surgery, they wouldn't even give me the price over the phone.
