I really like this vet. My previous vet has gotten so busy you can never get in unless you're willing to pay an exorbitant fee. AMCHS has always been able to get us in on short notice. Everyone is very friendly and the care we've received has been great. They also do a great job following up after each appointment.

I have an overall good experience with this vet clinic. Unfortunately today was not what I was expecting. Once we got in there we were immediately greeted by the lady behind the desk. Then we sat down and waited until one employee came up to us and she barely said a word to us then took the crate to the back. It felt like he was in and out of there within a minute. We sat waiting to go to the back with him for his shots. He then looked like he was shivering so we had asked the same woman at the front desk to be put in a room thinking it was the sounds going on around us or whatever just had happened. She then comes back telling us the shot was done and we were ready for check out. We had a tech visit scheduled. I had no idea they would just grab him, give him the shot, and not even say a word. We then asked for the name of the I presume tech and it’s Amber (we have never seen her before and my first impression of her). She then came out and talked with us telling us the rundown of how tech appointments work. I. Will. Never. Schedule. A. Tech. Appointment. Again. I want to know exactly what’s happening and see the doctor so she can actually talk to us about our fur baby then not have any context about what is being done. I recommend this place but I do not recommend the tech appointments had I known I would have only seen the doctor.

I’ve been taking my English Bulldog Ozzy here since his first puppy shots, and I couldn’t be happier with this Vet! I’ve never heard of a dog getting excited to go inside the vet office, but my dog does! Ozzy loves everyone at AMCHS, and they all know him by name and give him plenty of attention when he’s there! I love the small vet feel, and the personalized care Ozzy gets. This office is second to none, and they’ve always been able to fit him in immediately if we’ve had an emergency. Animal Medical Center of Holly Springs is amazing, and your fur baby will love the special treatment they receive here.

Lovely staff who treats your pets like their own. For about a year and a half they'd been treating our dog with heart failure; they were honest but compassionate, and helped us get the best of treatment for her. After she passed, we were pleasantly surprised with a card containing sweet notes from all the staff. It's hard to find people who truly want to take care of your animals, but the Animal Medical Center of Holly Springs perfectly hits the mark.

They are amazing!!! I had Megan as my receptionist and Cheyenne and Dr. Hayden worked with me in the room and they were all wonderful. All the girls were so affectionate towards my dog and loved him, I could tell they helped with his anxiety being at the vet. The way they took care of us it was obvious they truly care. 100% recommended to anyone. Affordable in my opinion too!

Absolutely wonderful experience! My 90lb "baby" is pretty friendly and easy going until you try to touch her nails. Not only were they able to cut her nails but they did not turn it into a traumatic experience for her. She still enjoys seeing her vet friends. Every person I encounter at this office is friendly, knowledgeable, and definitely cares about the animals. Highly recommend!

What an amazing vet. So kind and helpful. The doctors and staff definitely go above and beyond. We went in with and unfortunate fish hook incident in our new puppy mouth witch was handled swiftly and pain free to our little guy. So while we there we booked neutering for him. Which they did a marvelous job on. Our little buddy was down for that day, but the next day back to same old self.

This was our first time here and I have never had such a good experience at any vet! Everyone was so sweet to my baby from the front desk to the vet techs. Dr. Schaibly was amazing and listened to everything we had to say and had an actual productive treatment plan for my kitty. Her passion didn’t go unnoticed. This was such a refreshing experience! We will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. The staff is so friendly and professional. I had to drop off my boxer for a surgery and they sent me pictures of him on their app and communicated with me during the day...before and after the surgery. As soon as his surgery was complete, the doctor called me and was very thorough about expectations and post op care. They even sent us home with an adorable dog cookie as a post op treat. The prices are pretty reasonable and I will definitely recommend this practice to friends ♥️🐾♥️

Unbelievable incompetence and unfriendly staff. Took my animal here less than a month ago- was given grief about needing assistance getting her in and out of my car (she’s a large elderly dog) and about the appointment I had made. Evidently one staff member told me I could drop my animal off to be seen, and when I checked in they had no idea what I was talking about. This set the tone for a tense and uncomfortable visit.Then, they failed to return our dog’s collar at checkout. They called and spoke with me about picking it up. I spoke to someone each time to let them know that I would come and get it but that I was unable to at that time. At no point did they tell me that they would throw it away if I didn’t come and pick it up immediately. I return to pick up the collar and I find they threw it away without explanation. At no point did anyone on the phone tell me they’d do this if I didn’t immediately return to pick up the collar. It was a custom dog collar. Had I known it was so paramount to pick it up immediately I would have made arrangements. We won’t be returning.Time frame from when the collar was left to the staff throwing it away was 3 weeks. During that time I spoke to two individuals about picking it up. That time encompassed Spring Break and Easter holiday.My dog is not going to be with me much longer. They had no right to destroy the collar that she had been wearing all her life.

We have been going to Dr. Hayden with our two cockapoos for 4 years. He is always on time, friendly, accurate in his diagnoses, and puts us at ease. The front office staff and vet technicians are so friendly and sweet to the dogs. We’ve never had an emergency but we feel confident that Dr. Hayden will help us through anything and keep our dogs healthy for a long time to come!

The doctors and staff here are always so friendly and helpful. They are accommodating and knowledgeable too. They do their best to see me and my animals as soon as possible, and they really take their time explaining exactly what I need to know to get my pets well again. They even text pictures to update me on how things are going while my pets are there.

We took our baby in for lacerations that wouldn’t stop bleeding, we saw the chunky bald Vet. He never touched our dog. He quoted us for surgery that we didn’t have in full, when I asked for their pay options he said to call when I got paid. The nurse handed us a few gauze, they charged us $64 office fee and sent us out the door with her still bleeding. Didn’t even wrap it for us. We obviously went somewhere else and will never go back.

My regular vet office is across the street but they sent me here because they are full service. The young lady took my 70 pound lab out of the vehicle for me AFTER the vet came to the car to see what was going on. They were so gentle, on the floor, helpful and calming while I was crying the entire team. Huge shout out and I will b switching to here for ALL visits moving forward for both of my dogs. Thanks for all the help!

I absolutely love Animal medical center of holly springs! We started taking our puppy for his first shots/checkups and we’re blow away will the quality of care and kindness of the staff. They also now see our elderly dog who is blind and have taken such good care of our boys! Dr.Schaibly is always willing to answer all my questions and does a wonderful, thorough job!
