Delicious coconut vanilla Kefir. We were told that this is for lower gut health while the kefir drinks support upper body health. They offered a tasting of the fermented vegetables and it was pretty good. Sort of like sauerkraut but healthier. And they sell a non caffeine coffee that says it is not coffee but tastes amazing.

This place is amazing! Everything is handcrafted, healthy, and delicious! Their fermented pickles and fermented carrots are a must (don’t forget to grab some kombucha or water kefir to wash it all down!). I lived in Austria for 2 years and Ancient Awakenings makes some of the best sauerkraut I’ve ever had! In fact if you visit on the right day, you can experience the magic of their fermentation process for yourself! I also get my super greens drink mix and all natural preworkout from there because Ancient Awakenings prices are better than the any grocery store or vitamin shop.

This place is interesting and full of great finds. The goods that they make in house such as the sauerkraut and the kefir are really good. We received several samples and the lady was really friendly. I'm hopeful for this place. A wonderful addition to the area.

We have been frequent shoppers here for the last almost two years, and I can't believe that I haven't yet written a review! Ancient Awakenings is the only place locally that you can find several specific products for natural/primal living. They have raw milk (for your pets 😉😉), kombucha, delicious kefir and chia puddings (try the chocolate one!), grass fed meats, yummy King of Pops ice cream pops, natural home and body care, a bunch of organic snacks, dream catchers, and so, so much more. It's amazing how much fun they have fit into one little store. My husband usually makes the trips here, but each time that I do make my way over, I want to buy everything. The store is clean and inviting, and the staff is the sweetest you'll ever meet, especially at a store like this. Some crunchy places can be snooty. They are not that at all here. They even welcome my children and treat them like people! Even without all of their other qualities, that alone would earn them five stars from me. Thank you, Ancient Awakenings!

My daughter, Allie, and I visited the shop for the first time, what a wonderful experience! They make their own Kombucha (two flavors) and it is delicious. Elizabeth, helped us throughout the store and is quite knowledgeable and shared different methods used in creating a variety of organic products and their health benefits. I can’t wait to return and bring my daughter Jennifer! This is shop is a gem!

I love this little shop. For such a small space they have lots of options. In addition to their own awesome cultured products they support local farms with a large freezer section of meats, dairy, breads, and more. Then there are the dry goods: Real salt, grass fed gelatin, FCLO, basically all the things I would otherwise have to buy online. I’m so glad to have this place right around the corner from me.

Great Local Business full of local products and other natural foods. Great customer service. A little hippie esk and I love it. Worth taking a trip to visit. I get their coconut kefir because I need more probiotics and it's reasonably keto. A lot of their house made products are stevia sweetened, which is nice.

This is such a nice locally run small business. They sell some unique items. I buy my raw milk from them. They also make their own keifer that is really good. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, they are very knowledgeable about the products they produce on site as well as the local farm products they carry. My son LOVES the grape kefir juice and I'm a big fan of the local farm eggs, milk, and meats. They have even special ordered personal care products that I couldn't find anywhere else in town. Definitely stop by and take your time looking around! PS--the local chocolate they carry is soooo gooood. :)

This health food store is small, but has a interesting variety of products, including regular health food staples like essential oils and supplement blends as well as items for the home, jewelry and many specialty foods (including a sizable refrigerated selection of fresh kambucha). The young woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, but not at all pushy.

Amazing store! So many options that are hard to find anywhere else. Very sweet and courteous staff. I once forgot they closed at 5pm and not 6, so I called at 4:50 and told themI was 15 mins away and they stayed open an extra 5 mins so I could still get my items which meant a lot because I live 45 mins away! I don’t mind the drive because they’re the best!

If you are looking for fresh Kefir (cow's milk, coconut and water varieties), Kombucha (also several varieties), raw local honey, or other whole traditional health foods, then this is your one stop shop. The people at the store are helpful and friendly and will make sure you have all the information you need. As an added bonus they are a drop off point for Farm to Fork and Carlton Farms orders, so you can get local produce and pastured meats year round. It's my happy place!

I have been bothered by kidney stones and with the last attack found I have gall stones also. I started drinking kambucha and have had no issues with either for alost a year. I stopped drinking kambucha and within 2 weeks had issues with my gall bladder. Now I have started the kambucha again and all issues have gone away. Great store friendly team of people that will let you taste the product. They are willing to share information about food options to try to improve health. I will continue to give them my business. Thanks team.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!This place is unique in that they don't carry 5 different versions of the same product. Instead, they do the research for you (and let's face it, they know their stuff) and they only carry the brands and products they recommend. AND they can tell you WHY!They answer all my silly questions with loads of helpful knowledge.They're friendly, honest, and happy :)

They started with kombucha and kefirs brewed in house (the grape kefir is delicious!) and have now expanded into other health foods. They don't have the biggest selection, but they have so many fun things other stores don't carry.
