This ingles is a great location with great food options but their frozen foods are always freezer burnt. I’ve had issues buying frozen foods at this location for years. Especially meats. I’ve spoken with others and they say the same. Also some produce is always hard to find fresh.

The one I go to in Woodbury is excellent. Mainly I go for the breakfast. Which I can't believe how cheap it is. And the ones who work preparing and serving the food are so friendly. It's relieving after a hard day of work.

I drive all the way from waverly hall to shop here because locally the grocery stores are trash & I’m not going to Columbus unless I have to. I’d rather drive 30 minutes out of my way because the meat & produce are always fresh, the sales are great & the employees are nice. They also didn’t raise their prices as much during the pandemic unlike the local farmers & grocery stores in/around waverly hall, that didn’t go unnoticed.

I love going to Ingles whenever we come across one on our vacations. The deli is fantastic. Their subs are delicious, wings were really good and they have some of the best mac & cheese. Ingles is a real fine grocery store.

This is my go to shopping center. The prices are descent, check out is fast and easy.Clean and organized store.I love the "go back" buggy at self check out so I can easily set things I don't want to the side.Free recipe magazines are the bomb 💣💥

OH MY GAWD!!!!! eat the banana pudding folks!!! Lunches are good as well. For $8 full plate and a tea, ya can't go wrong. Ballin' on a budget!!

Have not been in an Ingles in a long time because they are not located near me. While traveling, I stopped by the Ingles Cafe for a quick lunch. Salad bar, hot fresh cooked food, sandwiches and more available. Super fresh and delicious food. Seating area for eat in. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Clean very well stocked store.

For me if I call to ask a question on wether you sell a certain product or not and you don’t answer after several attempts I don’t become a regular customer simply because I appreciate good customer service and would rather spend my money somewhere I feel I am appreciated and welcome.

I enjoy coming to this Ingles location. They have great staff and a nice variety in their supplies and grocery. But they DESERVE a better register system. The traffic flow is a little tight, and very small. Other than that, they're awesome.

The store is very clean and organized. The staff I knowledgeable about where their products and locate and they will not only stop their task to answer your question, they take you straight to the isle and show you what you were looking for. Then they offer to answer anymore questions you have. I was very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness. I have had a great experience everytime ive been in the store. Their prices are a little on the high side for my liking, but it allows me a place to grab a few items until I can get to my regular grocery store in Columbus.

Cashier did not know her vegetables at all. If I had not been watching she would have seriously overcharged me. Other than that the staff is always friendly.

The meat looks horrible! The containers were puffed up, the bags of meat were puffy like a balloon and it stinks. I will never buy meat from here EVER! I am embarrassed that this is even an Ingles. They usually have great meat. Shutdown the entire meat department.

Clean, organized and well stocked(even was well stocked, considering, at beginning of the COVID pandemic). Some of the nicest and most courteous staff and management there is, Especially Mr. Gary he goesaboveandbeyondfor everyone. The store is super clean and I have never seen restrooms so clean (the women's, I can't speak for the men's room but I'm sure it's just as well taken care of. All departments are stocked wit quality products and care.

We have shopped here for ten years now, and have seen management change hands a few times. Overall we love the store, and we have established a good repport there. It’s always clean, and neat, clean bathrooms. I’d give it five, but the prices are a little high at times and for certain things. Still, I shop there for the cleanness and friendliness and cheap bananas...also organic chicken when it goes on sale. 😊

Love Ingles. Great selection of produce and even a nice selection of all organic produce. Great bakery. Huge, gourmet cheese selection. Great deli, the breakfast and lunches are amazing and can't beat a board head sub.
