I went in to return an item after a brief interaction the I assume to be manager the only blonde there had a very nasty attitude. She had before but I overlooked but after others complained about her I paid more attention to her interaction with me. She snatched the package up after she attempted to make me look or feel stupid about why I was returning. The entire refund transaction age was short snappy and almost as though it was killing her to work. I already know one customer who will not step in the store because of her after she participated in an argument with customer. Other employers were rude following her lead. Something needs to change she is a bad example of how management should be and employees are definitely learning from her.

I would just like to say I am very impressed with the employees at this Winterville Ga Dollar General. It is the only one I have been in that is actually clean and looks like it is worked in. Other DG employees from other stores in a 30 mile radius either direction,needs to go in here and take note at what a Dollar General needs to strive towards. No lazy workers here!!!!

What has happened to our store? It is a wreck. The floors are covered in trash. The bathrooms are nasty. Fridges are nasty. Parking lot full of trash. I stopped in tonight an the one employee working had friends behind the counter. They were rude and loud and using profanity. This store needs to be shut down or new employees and manager. It's a shame you gotta drive to Athens because nothing is stocked or clean and the ones working don't care. They even have chairs set up in bathrooms. For what?

Used to be great and now they don't have but one or two employees working the register and they stock also. I've noticed since 2019 the store needs to stock all refrigerated foods as soon as they get them. I have bought milk that is sour, and lunch meat that smells bad. It used to not be like this.

This store really can use an intervention! It is messy everytime I go in; I can't see items because huge delivery carts block them, the worst aisle always seems to be the toy aisle, clearances, it is a huge turn off! I am not sure why but this store seems to be struggling to get ahead of their deliveries

The store is located in such a convenient location. However, wonder why the corporation does not provide overnight stocking due to the heavy turnover of merchandise. The staff in this store are always friendly and helpful.

The manager yelled at me, snatched a box out of my hand (scratching me in the process), and told me I was in his way. All of this took place in the middle of the day, right in front of my toddler. It was horrible. I've been to numerous other locations, never been treated so horribly for literally just looking through shelves and placing things in my cart. I wasn't making a mess of the shelves either.

Nice place to go because they're so friendly and helpful but at the same time it has been times when I have went in and they're very over filled with but they haven't had time to put the stuff on the shelves yet so that's the only negative thing I have other than that it's an okay place

We clearance shop a lot & love finding fabulous deals. The girls & I like to visit this store periodically. We also get supply’s first our Girl Scout troop here!

Dollar General is the most pandemic friendly store around. I only go in if there are 10 or fewer cars in the lot. Everyone wears masks and the layout helps with social distancing. I even found some healthier items like Stevia and Cliff bars today 😊

Store has really improved! And I can tell the Store Manger has had a positive influence on most of the employees! Most of them are much friendlier! Go Ladies!!

You can always find a Dollar General in the country they have some cheap prices prices for a lot of their stuff is cheap if you need to run in there and grab something like this detergent toilet issue it's a good place to get a good bang for your buck and specially on stuff like deals of the weeks and when things are going out of date soon you can always get a good deal on them

There is always a long line in there. Seems as if they never have enough help. There are carts of product that needs to be put up, and are always in the of the things on the shelf you may be looking for!!
