Fantastic!! I will never take our little dogs back to PetSmart Grooming, coming here is worth driving out of my way. For the first time in 12yrs our little dogs are happy about visiting a groomer.Mindy has been phenomenal with our two chihuahuas (they are little old men and usually find faults with everything, but they love Mindy. She does a great job on them.Overall the shop is clean, staff is very friendly and we are saving so much money. They even offer two free nail trims between grooming services for each pet. Yay!We will never go anywhere else, we have found our groomer. ( we haven't lived in Georgia long and have been looking for new regular services for everything) .Support small business and check them out you won't be disappointed.

They did a good job. I am giving them 5 stars mainly because I sensed that my dogs were well taken care of in addition to a My female Westie has anxiety, plus both of my dogs have had hurtful experiences at two big-name store-groomers, that exacerbated her anxiety, but when I picked my dogs up from Pet Spa, I sensed that they took good care of my dogs, because my dogs weren’t overly-anxious to leave, plus they looked good.

Very pleased with the service. My doggie Malou looked ever so cute and she was calm and happy when I picked her up. Her teeth and nails were cleaned and trimmed. She smelled wonderful. The ladies at Pet Spa and Grooming were kind and friendly. I will gladly bring Malou again.

Had my dog groomed here a couple of times. He came out looking and smelling great. This pet salon can be a little on the pricey side but not too bad though. If you're pet is having a service done anytime around a holiday, I highly recommend making a reservation way in advance as they are popular and do book up quickly.

PLEASE don’t take your pet here!!!! We had to say goodbye to our sweet poodle after a visit to this groomer! When we picked him up he couldn’t walk and she had the nerve to ask if he could walk when he came in!!! He walked in the door when we took him there!! We are devastated, and of course she didn’t even call to see if he was ok. Please don’t lose your precious pet this way! It’s been so hard knowing that I left him in her care, and he ended up needing to be put to sleep!

We have been bringing our Shih Tzu's to Tina for years and she always makes them look perfect. When we pick them up they look great and have a pleasant powdery fragrance. Tina always exercised extra care with our Shih Tzu Max as he had a medical issue, and we will always be grateful for that. We now bring her our Shih Tzu brothers "Big & Little" and we would not take them anywhere else to be groomed. Tina is truly an asset to the people of Barrow County and a blessing to dogs. Thanks Tina :)

I used to take my dogs here all the time. One Saturday, I went to pick up my pomeranian and she let him fall of the table and I hear his jaw hit the concrete. Luckily he was okay. My shih tzu, she cut his nails way too short he kept complaining about his nails. Luckily the vet in Statham offers grooming.

The salon has a notice up that they’re closed for vacation and will reopen on 9/20/18 (today is 9/16/18). There is a dog in the store that has been crying endlessly for the last 3 days. I’ve been next door for the last 3 days taking classes that have lasted for 8 hours each day and I’ve never once seen anyone come to feed and check on this poor dog. I’d think twice before taking your pets here, if they treat one dog this poorly, I’d be afraid they’d treat my baby just as badly.

Took two of my dogs there. One came back with the pads of his feet cut and his nails bleeding and my other dog had bare patches and burns. Please don't trust them with your babies! I wish I could give them zero stars.
