If there was an option for zero, I would give it. This store does not keep up on its stock and never has meds when promised. Customer service is atrocious. A drive to any other nearby pharmacy is highly recommended.

AND THE THUNDER ROLLS!This useless, obnoxious pharmacist has been getting away with this for months. He even fought with my doctor who knows what he is talking about in the best interest of his patients. Yet this pharmacist thinks he knows more than my doctor and has a MAJOR CHIP on his shoulder. Either he needs to leave or Walgreens needs to leave if they cannot handle their employees!

If I could do negative stars I would. The people in the pharmacy SUCK! can't understand them for one the girl at the front world rather be on her phone rather than helping. Had a prescription called in on the 5th of July and wasn't even ready 2 weeks later. When I drove threw and heard it wasn't ready, I had my prescriptions transferred immediately! Don't waste your time... This is ongoing. They've lose my friends prescription also... a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

There is a woman that works on days that is extremely rude. A Long haired white woman with brown hair who will roll her eyes at you and shoot you dirty looks. She talks to you like she is scolding her children. She fills that building with negativity.The manager Ebony is a pleasant woman who is always polite. My request is that Ebony coach this woman of tremendous negativity on how to be polite to the customers.This the absolute worst pharmacy you will visit. The pharmacy techs are always extremely rude. I swear they look for every means not to fill your prescription.Will their corporate office do anything to change this negativity?Customers beware!

I visited trying to obtain an infant thermometer and had to clue what I was looking for. The associate, Dawson, was so patient and kind. He also helped me obtain more info regarding infant medications from the pharmacy, and was happy to help. He really helped me get what I needed for my nephew. Right before Christmas, at that! Thank you, Dawson!

Moved here in March 2022. They have yet to refill all of my prescriptions correctly. This time they gave me 30 pills when the qty clearly says 60 and they totally missed another. The incompetence is troublesome at best. I have to wonder how long until they kill someone. The associates treat you like they are doing you a favor.

The pharmacist there they discriminate on people who get controlled substances and they think they are the doctor Walgreen you cannot continue to racial profile people. I will be calling corporate and I will be filing a lawsuit because of your racist view.

Unfortunately I had to rate 1 star. I would rate this pharmacy minus A star. This store has discriminated against many pain patients. This makes me irate. Your not our dr so why hold peoples medicine when it can be filled. If You were on medication I’m sure you would be in there getting your medicine on time but this store likes to hold peoples medicine and give it to them when it’s convenient for them when they decide. I pray that Everyone in this pharmacy stops the discrimination against pain patients shame on you Walgreen. Do better this could be Your child, Mother, or father.If you have never been in pain or on medicine you will never understand the struggle. Stop! Just a friendly reminder you reap what you sew.I don”t recommend this Walgreens to anyone!!!

its pretty bad that a 1 year old baby has to suffer thru the night in pain because the pharmacist sherice would not do his job and has a really bad i dont care attitude..its not allowed to send a customer back to hospital or doctors to find out the amount of meds needed to be taking..i know that the employees will stick up for each other but this has to be said and answered to..this is exactly why publix pharmacy is better then them, because they do their jobs and have more respect and actually care..no attitudes either..

About a month and half ago I needed a photocopy of a drawing and poetry background I created for a dear friend. I encountered a nice young man/cashier whom I neglected to catch his name. He was an African American for description purposes only. He called me some help over. The other guys name was Shaquille. He was nice enough to push me in Walgreens wheelchair to the photo section as I am on oxygen and can't walk too far. He helped me print out what I needed. Its nice to see young people take interest or apply themselves to help people in need or simply have respect for the older generations. I would like to thank these guys. Great guys! Keep up the good work. Your parents and Winder Walgreens should be proud.

Always a problem.. horrible customer service. Had pictures developed.. Order wasn't ready when they said it would be. Came back the next day and still wasn't ready. The Rep. said they ran out of 5X7 Photo Paper and had trouble finding it. I came back a third time.. Picked up the order.. They mixed in Family Photos of someone else.. I've changed my Star Rating Because They've Change Some employees. And Now Provide Much Better Customer Service

Very Happy with the staff. The Pharmacy manager helps me to stay on top of my elderly father's prescriptions and always a friendly staff. I really appreciate their attention to detail and help. I have been with them for years.

Yes, they are very busy. We’re in a shortage of having people who are working. That said, the pharmacists I interacted with were all very kind and patient, despite being as busy as a Chick-fil-A. I came it get my first vaccine shot and he did such a great job I didn’t even feel the shot and it was done within what felt like a second. Thank you all.

I have been waiting for over 55 minutes now for my prescription. First, I was told that they never received it, and the gentleman turned the screen around to show me, and I saw the script! I showed him "This is it." He went to "work" on it, and when I went back to pick it up.. still wasn't done. His shift had ended and he left it there for someone else. Next person said the same thing.. "we never got it." So I proceed to explain the story all over again and wait AGAIN. The pharmacist did not seem to want to even try to look for it. The tech never walked over to the fax machine to look.How can you help if you don't even try? I am never coming back here again.Edit: total wait time, 1hr 12min..

Female front end manager rolled her eyes at the cashier when I questioned something. Then she gave me a massive attitude when I called her out on her bold face lie. I called corporate and reported her. Definitely not a way to treat a customer. Especially with a cvs right across the street. I took my business to cvs.

The Pharmacy is a joke! I’ve been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week. They kept saying check back this day, then another day etc. I go today & their safe is broken so they can’t fill my prescription yet again. I ask the Pharmacist who his boss was & he was like I don’t know. This is unacceptable & ridiculous!

I sure see a lot of negative comments but the funny thing is, I am on an array of meds that change periodically and OF COURSE it will take over an hour to fill a prescription! You people aren't the only ones needing medication and sorry that a pharmacy won't hold you above other people that may in fact have a more desperate need, than you people. I see whining about what seems like sketchy customer activities with a pharmacy following protocol. Maybe don't be so sketchy.

Not very happy with this pharmacy never experienced this amount of trouble to get my prescriptions filled. Brandon violated the HIPPA by asking why I was taking a certain medication and that made me feel very uncomfortable. Upon seeing him in the store he never offered an apology for that. I have used the Walgreens in Buford and they have never had to call my doctor to verify any prescription. So I am definitely debating on looking somewhere else to have my medications filled for now on.

They told me to go back to Kroger and get scripts filled. Ummm hello really... I went to Walgreens because I want to transfer to them but yet they tell me no go use Kroger. Makes no since. I used rite aid and they have went out of business so now Walgreens has all of their patient files. Bet they have to fill for me now !! Everyone I suggest do not use Walgreens in winder they suck. Very rude staff

Just ordered a photo book from there. There was a minor mistake that they immediately pointed out to me. They were quick to fix it and remake the book for me at no extra charge. Their customer service is the best I've dealt with in a while.

This is the very worst place I have ever done business with! Absolutely not reliable. Today I went to pick up a prescription that was suppose to be in last Friday but they sent the wrong item, today their system is downand they have the prescription but they can't give it to me because the"system is down" and it has been down since 9:00am. It is now 2:00 pm and they have no idea when they will be able to service their customers.Typical of this store. 02/05.2018

Over charged me, by the time I figured it out they told me it was too late because I already paid. Called Management in the store, they did refund about $12 of it. CVS price for the prescription was $12.05 total which I misunderstood for $12.05 off. The Walgreens price was $40.07 after the discount I had to fight for. 3.33:1 is ridiculous. Lesson learned NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WALGREENS AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE. CVS is within walking distance of this Walgreens. I strongly urge all to avoid this place at all cost.
