I am so very pleased with the customer service I received from Taylor and Gene. Taylor helped me with picking out a chicken coop then gave me great pointers on raising and caring for my 50 baby chicks. Then her and Gene worked with me to take my tire off my truck and load the coop, they never once made me feel rushed and I felt so please to know tractor supply hire these two with great customer service skills. Everyone here gave me an experience that I so please with.

Tractor supply in this location needs to require there pet clinic to set appointment times. Every Saturday they have long waits leaving rows of the stores clogged and impossible to shop in and running out of parking space. I walked in took one look as the disorganized mess and walked out.

Stopped in to use the vet clinic services. Short wait and excellent experience. Clipped my chihuahuas nails which is impossible for me to do myself. Definitely would recommend and will be back.

I'm genuinely pleased every visit. I'm generally in and out within 10 minutes unless I look for something else other than my usual items. All of the employees are always helpful and if I don't see a particular item they look to see if it's available in the store or another location close to me. Very satisfied overall.

I love this store. First of all Miss Toni was absolutely the best cashier! She took the time out of her day to replace a chick that passed away and made it a nice experience for my son. For her to take the time to do that means the world. Secondly the manager And another associate loaded a chicken coop into my suv and we’re super nice about it. The customer service at this store is excellent! Thank y’all!

They pretty much anything you need for your animals. Be it a cat, dog or a horse. If you like hunting they have that too. Wanting a baby chick they've got them too. They have a wide variety of unique items that you can't find anywhere else.They offer pet shots on certain dates. They have reasonable pricing, including service such as shots and microchipping you pet.If you are in need of an oil change they do carry oil in larger quantities.Honestly, I haven't made the time to go through everything that they do sell so I know I'm missing alot more things, so stop in a see for yourself.

Be sure and check the expiration dates on their dog food. I bought Taste Of the Wild and didn't realize it had expired 3 weeks prior to purchasing. I shouldn't have to return it... It should have been pulled from their inventory. Not too happy! 😡

Don't get a tractor supply credit card unless you want to go through absolute hell to make your first online payment or drive there every month. Wish I could give 0.Update: I tried the customer number which transferred me to citibank who have an automated system that doesn't even work.Update 2: Tried calling citibank directly and, of course, was connected to a call agent in another country and the call was breaking up so much we couldn't even understand each other. As soon as it's paid, it will be cut up! Can't wait to go through this every single month. -_-

Terrible service. Stood in line forever the people working acted like they couldn't operate the cash register. When they finally got them to work they let other people in line go ahead of me. I let the one female know I wasn't pleased with her doing that at ALL. This was after the first battery I picked up off the shelf was leaking and got all over my hand and arm. There definitely needs to be some training and passing attention to details being taught in this store!

Decent service and fair prices. There's always someone to help me find something and they have a great selection for farm supplies. I only wish they had a discount program for non-profits, as I often buy food for a local animal rescue.

Good staff and store. Always have good prices on chicken/dog food. Bought a well pressure tank from this place a few years ago, had some trouble with it and even though it was out of warranty they offered to swap it for another without me even asking.

Nice and helpful staff even during the Thanksgiving weekend sale. My first time shopping here and would recommend it to others. It's still nice to be able to find an employee in a store to help when you need it.

Employees were very helpful and store manager (Kurt?) was outside to leave for the day as I asked him a question he took his time to go look for a product that was out of stock on the shelf and was able to bring one to us. Great customer service.

I got a fireplace ash bucket. The price tag on the shelf said $29.99. When I get to the register. It rings up $42.99. We go look on the shelf the tag says $29.99 but the skus do not match up. Okay. I would understand that if there was a tag in the shelf that said $42.99 somewhere but there wasn’t. If I didn’t need this I would not have gotten it. So much for “they have to give you the sticker price.”

Waited for 15 minutes on help for the nuts and bolts section. But in all fairness they had a truck come in late and they had to unload it. I haven't seen Kyle in a while I hope that they haven't gotten rid of him. He is a great guy and willing go the extra mile for the customer. I'll be back on a regular basis.

First time here may be my last. I put in a online pick yesterday. I came to pick it up today, and it towards the end of the day, figures less customers, less of a risk if getting etc.. Even with mask. So.. The customers wasnt the problem, it's the workers. There was like maybe 20ppl in the whole store customer wise. Where are the employees??? I was waiting for a pick up, and it was over 15mins. That's crazy, ridiculous, and they had one cashier. Nope, just nope. Never again.

Use to love this store until our shopping experience today. We were followed around the store by a shady manager with no tractor supply identification. He insinuated like we were trying to steal product. Sorry from now on we will go to the store in Monroe!

Very disappointed by my recent experience. They shipped and delivered my kayak late and didn't deliver it to the front of my home despite be paid a hefty fee to have it delivered to my home. They never updated or called me to let me know that the kayak would be late. They told me i had to have someone around to help with unloading because they claimed product was 100 lbs. Yet when it arrived it was not even 50 lbs. My husband took off work for no reason and lost money. Even worse...I had to tote the kayak up a hill to my home because driver didn't want to turn around and pull closer to my home. Then the kayak was missing a part that I had to wind up purchasing myself. They transferred me to two different numbers that never resolved my issue. First number was customer service who indicated I had to contact manufacturer. They gave me a number that didn't even work. I can say that I won't be recommending this company for future products.

Have been going to this location for a few years now. It's been great. It's a little expensive on some things but that's just life I guess.My most recent issues have been with the new people they seem to have hired. They are the least friendly people I've seen at TSC. You'd think they worked at the Walmart up the road!I have a TSC rewards account and the past few visits they haven't asked for my phone number in order to add my rewards to my account. The first time this happened, I made a comment about it to the cashier and she rolled her eyes at me.The second time it happened, I made mention of it and the cashier, a different person, ignored me and turned around to converse with her co-worker.The customer service at this location is lacking, it didn't used to be that way, this is a new and recent change and issue...such a shame.
