Great quality of bugs for our pets. From mice for the pythons, to crickets, hornworms, waxworms, reptiworms, dubias, etc etc etc. for our various luzards and geckos.Well worth the drive!

Love this place. They beat big box retailers on price and it's not even close. Not to mention when you go to a pet store to buy dubia roaches usually quite a few of them are already dead. I never have that problem here. The people are very friendly and helpful. They also ship across the US I think. I prefer to go in person since I live pretty close. The store is always nice and clean and they're even open on Saturdays now. Thank you guys!

First time I ordered from them, they sent me a box of dead crickets. And tried to tell me that they never sent out dead crickets, I’ve been working with reptiles for over 10 years I know what crickets look like when they’ve been dead for a week or more they sent me three different boxes of completely dead crickets and also tried to blame it on the heat here in Florida, the bin that I put crickets in is outside and had a lit with no airflow? in the evenings the bin gets about 3 hours of direct sunlight, and not a cricket has died from that. But every box that they’ve sent me every crickets been dead, black and mushy and there’s even been mold growing on some of them so that tells me they sent me three different boxes of crickets that we’re dead when they shipped it to me.I’m not the only one this has happened to, I have almost a dozen other friends in the hobby and business that this is happened to on multiple occasions I would not recommend this business to anybody, it’s worth it to pay more at your local Pet store for a box of crickets

I'm very happy with my order of crickets and mealworms I received today. I sliced the side of cricket box open and slid the egg crate trays out and right into bin, no issues. The mealworms came in a cloth bag with egg crate in it, very easy to transfer to bin. Probably less than 20 out of 500 crickets dead, which is great.(Florida resident).

The staff was great and very knowledgeable, the inside was near spotless, they had a pretty wide variety of feeder insects that were very good quality, the prices were pretty good and I love that they just let you shop unbothered until you are ready, know what you want and all you have to do is ring the bell for service.

If you have reptiles, you need to have this place on speed dial. Actually, you need a direct route there, although they do mail orders as well. The prices aren't even comparable to the chain pet stores. You get so much for your money and the insects are healthy and fresh. Every single employee I have ever met is so nice and very helpful. I wish they had weekend hours, but we all need a couple of days off. I just take a longer lunch and drive there to get my bugs. If I lived father, I would still buy from here. They are way less expensive than those other places, even with shipping costs.

Couldn't be more pleased! I had bought some worms and bugs at the Charlotte show but when I got home they were dead I contacted Premium and they said they would credit my next order..I placed the order yesterday..the bugs are here today!! ALL WORMS AND BUGS LOOKING ALIVE AND HEALTHY!!My Beardie baby is so excited which makes a happy moma...excellent customer service..excellent product!!

I have ordered from this place since 2018 when we got our first bearded dragon. I LOVED THIS PLACE. Sometimes my order would come alittle messed up but nothing that was unmanageable. Today I received WHATS suppose to be 2000 crickets and 500 superworms. All the crickets fit in 1 cricket keeper when I usually have to break them up into 2 . And I only received 250 superworms. But that’s not the issue. I called the company because my crickets had A RIDICULOUSLY amount of these beetles in them that now a few are literally flying around my house. I hand picked out 63 of them out of my crickets, a few flew out and so I called the lady , sent her a picture of them and she says that they are a nuisance and my ONLY options are to let they stay in there with my crickets or pick them out myself. She offered NO type of resolution. I mean there are so many that I would happily send them all back and receive a new shipment, or they could’ve taken something off my next order. I usually spend around $100 a month with this company and the lady on the phone had NO customer service skills. So now I am stuck with short orders ( which I can handle) and beetles. I hate change and I have been ordering from them for YEARS. I guess since she didn’t seem to care about me, I will be trying out one of these new companies from Repticon .

I love premium crickets! Best prices on feeders and they stay alive for a long time. Most of the other stores sell feeders that are either already dead or they die 2 days later. I have confidence feeding my pets the feeders from here. You can tell that they are taken care of and fed high quality food. Thank you for being so awesome!

All that all, I would rather drive 110 miles 1 way to the closest retailer that sells live crickets. It was not always this way but, as life sometimes has it you move and have to figure things out.I figured out that I would just have to make the 110 mile trip once every couple of weeks to buy crickets once we landed an our new home.Life had its way again, but luckily this time I don't have to figure out the 110 mile trip. I'll gladly do that before ever doing business with this company ever again.My personal experience with them is one that can be summed up in the following statement.You give us your money, maybe you get something maybe you don't. Customer support? Not our strong suit not anything we're worried about... Shipment get screwed up? Eventually when we decide to get around to it whenever we get around to it, we take your money and we get a refund LOL it's great it's like getting paid twice for doing nothing and who doesn't like that? Is the shipping manager here? Well he is for now what call back 5 minutes later and something strange will have happened and he won't be period we kind of like to run our business "willy nilly."All jokes aside, all sarcasm aside, don't get an exotic pet that needs any of the supplies this company sells if it's your only option.They flat out stink, I don't even think they could spell customer support if it was laid out in front of them letter for letter. Furthermore they clearly don't know the definition of the word resolution let alone how to spell it if it was laid out for them in giant letters letter for letter.This is only my opinion based on my experience, but based on the multitude of reviews they have both on social media and here on Google even after sorting through obvious bologna reviews.....The common consensus agrees.I would go so far as to say if they were not in business doing something that was in such high demand, they probably wouldn't be in business anymore.Catch crickets in your backyard, catch any insect that you can use to feed your exotic pet in your backyard and hopefully someday you'll catch a male in a female, they can mate and then you can raise your own because you'll get him a lot faster than you will from here and you'll spend a lot less money.Is black swan, my rear right butt cheek..Frankly at this point I feel like the owner must have just watched that movie or perhaps he or she has a secret crush on that elite Portman period not exactly sure what it is but it wasn't a black Swan event at this point I'm pretty much 100% sure that they intentionally put a jug of medical grade sanitizing wipes in my box Instead of the crickets I ordered.Yes folks that's correct I got medical grade sanitizing wipes instead of crickets from a company who has crickets in their name.

Ordered the Bearded Dragon feeder kit Everything came in just fine. I had a slight hiccup due to an unreceived item but the company responded and we are in the process of correcting the issue. I would recommend shopping here for reptile needs.

Premium Crickets was a major to help to me! They stayed 10 minutes after hours to help make sure we could get our little Zero (beardie) some worms. While coming in late and asking a huge favor, they were so helpful, informative and didn’t rush me out whatsoever. I am so thankful for them! Zero is super happy with horn and super worms. Crickets we got died very quickly when comparing to crickets bought at petco. A lady was in before us and was shorted Dubia roaches which are not cheap feeders. Store was super clean and organized and prices are cheap

I ordered my feeder crickets from here because of the pictures of them putting crickets in a box with a vent screen on it through a funnel. I thought, wow, this is great packaging. However, when I received my 250 crickets, they were all stuffed together in a very small cheese cloth type bag. There was also 4lbs of worm food laying ON TOP on the bag in the same box. I am super upset due to the poor packaging. The thoughtlessness of shipping 4lbs of worm food in the same box to squish the crickets. I will not be buying crickets from here again. However, the cricket keep box is amazing!

Big guy at counter act like he didn't want to be bothered or just didn't want our business. Got shorted 65 dubia roaches outta of 200 which I don't like how they pack the insects. How do you know if you are getting what you paid for which is not cheap.

This place has the healthiest feeders I've ever purchased. I frequent this business to purchase crickets for my inverts and dry food for my cockroach feeders. Always friendly and helpful staff. I always leave feeling they where generous in the amount of live feeders I was given, something not common with other shops.
