I could not ask for a better grooming salon to take my dogs to. They will pretty much fit me any anytime that works for me, regardless of their schedule. They always tell me how great my dogs are(even though I know they are a bit wild, haha) My dogs will literally walk in off leash with no issues because they look forward to the love Macy and Rene give them. If you’re in need of a groomer I couldn’t recommend them more. Oh and pricing is so affordable as well. I always make sure to tip because I feel like I’m being undercharged for what a great job they do.

I’ve been using Must Love Dogs for a couple of years now. They always do a fantastic job with my little dog named Diesel. He actually loves going here to be groomed. Everyone working here seems to love their job which makes me feel comfortable leaving Diesel with them. The grooming has always done in a timely manner. Renee seems to go out of her way to work well with the customers. I was going out of town and Diesel needed to be groomed. She actually worked me in the very same day, even though she was booked up. That was really appreciated. Last, but not least, the prices are very reasonable, compared to other groomers.

This is the best grooming salon hands down! They are so friendly, compassionate, and great at what they do. I have a German shepherd who sheds like crazy. Getting regular grooms has helped so much and you can tell my dog even appreciates it. She is well loved when at the salon and that puts me at ease. Thanks Must love dogs!

I can’t say enough great amazing things about Must Love Dogs Grooming in Winder! I’ve been bringing my dogs here on a regular basis since 2017! My little dogs came back looking and smelling fabulous and not anxious! They were well taken care of by super caring, gentle, staff. One of my dogs has long fur and lots of skin sensitivities. He’s so happy after being here with his oatmeal bath, blow out and I’m so happy with less shedding for me. Professional , affordable, friendly, dedicated and devoted staff! This is the ONLY place I trust with my fur kids!!!

The crew at Must Love Dogs are amazing with my Golden doodle!! As many of you know, home grooming with this breed is very labor intensive, so I’m regularly in need of professional assistance. MLD is very understanding and knowledgeable of his grooming needs. But the bonus, they love him and he loves them! He comes home every time happy and looking so fresh and so clean!

We love Must Love Dogs! We have two English Springer Spaniels and they always do a phenomenal job with their grooming and listen to what we want done with their feathering. Our pups are always happy when we pick them up and we love the bows they leave on them! In fact, my in laws and sister use them for their Springers too so the whole fam loves them!

I have been going to Rene for a few years with my Pom and Yorkie. She is always asking what I want and makes suggestions if I don’t know. They always come out looking great and smell good. Rene is always friendly and accommodating and works with me on appts. I am very strict on who grooms my dogs and been happy with Rene.

I have taken my sheltie to MLD on numerous occasions and have absolutely loved how he looks when Rene has finished. I was worried at first because when I try to brush him at home, he doesn’t cooperate. I asked the ladies at MLD if they have a difficult time when it comes to brushing him out, and they reassured me he does great. MLD has always provided Champ with a wonderful day at the spa. I’d highly recommend MLD.

I have decided to share my experience in hopes that nobody will have to experience the same thing we did with our Golden Retriever.They butchered my dog’s hair! They SHAVED my Golden Retriever even after we stated it MULTIPLE times that we like his long hair. My fiancé even indicated at drop off how our biggest fear was to drop him off at a salon and pick him up shaved. And it happened! They SHAVED HIM! Thankfully, they didn’t shave his entire body. He looks terrible, and any groomer would feel ashamed letting him leave the salon the way that he looks. The pictures explain it all. His beautiful feathers. GONE! People have described him looking as if he just had surgery!Below are pictures of his haircut after Must Love Dogs, a picture of what we were looking for, and a picture of him before the groom. *Photos not adding correctly at the moment. Only the after groom posted.Maybe what we requested wasn’t realistic? Maybe they couldn’t complete the requested cut? Maybe they didn’t communicate well with us? Well, maybe they should have just told us that and we would have understood. Yes, hair grows back! But if you have a golden, then you understand that a shave could potentially impact the hair that grows back. We obviously still love our very sweet and awesome dog! He just has an awful hair cut that we regret requesting!Although the groomer has many great reviews, I would not recommend bringing a dog that requires a very seasoned groomer to complete the cut. Surly they keep their clients happy as they have excellent reviews which is why I wanted to use them as our groomer. However, they cannot handle dogs that require high grooming skills. We all make mistakes. We are human, but this mistakes is one mistake I cannot forget.We did also have our 8 month old golden bathed there at the same time, and I will say they did do a good job with that.*The owner did own up to the mistakes and we did not have to pay* There is honestly nothing else they could do to try to make us happy.

I took my two golden retrievers here for grooming for their first time and Rene and her assistant did a great job. My dogs have never been professionally groomed before so they were a HAND FULL & acted a dang fool lol but Rene never complained or had anything negative to say about it. She was patient and very kind to me and my pups. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a Groomer in the Barrow county/Walton county area.
