After 4.5 hours of waiting only for a truck that was ahead and mine, I managed to get the oil changed. What a surprise when I leave and later I make a stop and see spilled oil. Surprise, the oil cap is missing. I had to put on tape until I got to a spare parts store. The staff is very lazy, they act as if nothing matters to them, it's a nightmare. I don't recommend anyone do maintenance on loves. I would like to know if my engine broke down due to lack of oil, who would be responsible for what happened. I had to add 3 gallons of oil plus $65 cost for a new oil cap. I would like to know if anyone contacts me about this business and to know what I think about what happened.

Showers are absolutely DISGUSTING! I hope I don't catch a disease from this place! Who put that towel there?!! Not me! There is NO PARKING HERE!LMAO! Some of these drivers! Can we see your truck or your home shower after you complain about the accomodations at Love's? They put that towel down there FOR YOU! It's obviously CLEAN! They do the best they can and for you over picky drivers....I guess go stay at the Hilton instead of leaving bad reviews on Love's! Can you even back up a truck?? There's prob 18 football fields worth of parking here! And even at midnight you can still probably find a spot to sleep for the night. Is it safe? Decently clean? Hot water? Food? Fuel? Ok ...then shut up

I’m just here for the pizza! Back in the 80’s, Godfathers was THE place to go on Friday and Saturday nights with friends or a date. The pizza was like nothing we’d ever seen! So thick and cheesy!! Absolutely mouthwatering. Well, I saw a Godfathers sign on the building at Loves and I thought “no way it’s a real Godfathers from the 80’s”. So I had to go in and order one. I mean I’ve blown $25 on dumber things. I was shocked when I opened the box. It was thick and cheesy and fresh and omg delicious! I read some bad reviews here about Loves but it all had to do with peeing and showering and gas. Well gas is gas. Not gonna sweat over pennies per gallon. And I didn’t need to pee or shower. So I gave it 5 stars for the pizza!🤣

Great! We have a brand new Love’s in a much needed area! If you’re familiar with Love’s, then you know what to expect! Cleanliness and service. Would only fuel at Love’s if my company allowed it. But, unfortunately, High fuel prices everywhere dictate where the computer sends us.Large parking with plenty of space for maneuvering. Great addition to the Love’s growing company!Edit, showers have a drainage problem, water is not draining properly, particularly in showers #4 & #8… 8’s sink is leaking from the pipes.I expect better from Love’s. Telling the employees about this is a lost cause. So maybe this will get their attention.The men’s bathroom had dried mud on the floor and the trash containers were filled past the top of the counter at 06:00 on 04-14-24.I hope this isn’t going to keep happening.

Really like this new Love's bathrooms are very big and clean. No wait time for showers, at least when I was there. Parking spots real wide and nice very clean truck stop all around....

Entered my credit card on Pump 6 and it wasn’t working. Walked in and they couldn’t cancel the transaction from their system. The manager wasn’t initially being responsive. Finally they manually reset the pump and I moved to a different one. Seems like it should’ve been easier to just cancel the transaction so I could move on with my life.

Ok so this place opened about a month ago and you filthy clown college drivers are already leaving trash all over the placeWhy do you have to ruin things?I got in the shower number six and the drain began to overflow… no big deal called up to the fuel desk and the maintenance guy Ricky was on point I mean we’re talking less than 5 minute wait he came in. He got the drain cleared, then cleaned the shower all over again super friendly wasn’t grumbling about having to do the job.Store manager if you see this Ricky needs a raise

I was used the shower yesterday (02/03/24) The water pressure of shower number two is very weak, and the drain is stagnant or extremely poor. All the facilities, the employees and the cleanliness is five stars

It’s a new Love’s Truck Stop so of course it’s nice and clean. Love’s are the best Truck Stops on the road new or old friendly people and always got clean showers, the doors here was acting up tho but besides that great place.

Pepole working in hardes are illiterate can't read a simple ticket .can't get an order right .too busy on there phones .management needs to be better trained on training staff on customer service .
