A local grocery store that needs updating. The interior is run down but well organized and neat. The prices in some items are comparable but much higher than goods you can get across the street at Dollar General. The staff are not friendly or helpful.

I like this store. It's close to where I live. They don't carry everything I'm used to buying but it's a very clean store with a great meat department and wide isle. I live in a very small town therefore I never have to wait in line long to me that's great. I would recommend this store to others.

Satilla Groceries is a great place to purchase the right foods on your grocery list. There customer service is 100% impeccable. If you need help finding an item. The staff there will not hesitate to be on the spot to help you find what ever it is that you need. Satilla Groceries also doesn't hesitate to go beyond the doors of there store. They also take pride in raising money for charity for the local schools in the community out reach activity's. So I give a score of 100% and all 10's across the board as a complete satisfied customer.

This grocery store has potential. It's a nice size, clean, and has a large variety of items for a small town grocery store. Large parking lot, handi-capped parking, and automatic doors.They do not offer delivery, but, in store pick up for online ordering is an option. The in store pick up and online ordering are lacking and over priced in my opinion.They charge $4.99 to place an online order and you must spend a minimum of $35 (Not counting the $4.99 fee). They do not accept EBT/SNAP benefits for online orders. The site used for online ordering is Rosie. It's very difficult to navigate, the search option is terrible, the inventory isn't up to date, and the wait time is very inconvenient. The only positive side to online ordering here is the staff. The staff that gets your order prepared are always friendly, great with communication, they are very fast and professional.The in store experience could be wonderful. This location is always well stocked, clean, easy to navigate, not too big, not too small. They sell groceries, alcohol, lottery, pet supplies, disposable items, feminine products, toiletries, even fishing equipment! The down side is you'll want to steer clear from here when certain staff members are working. They usually only have one day time cashier, two in the evenings, and do not offer self check out. The day cashier is typically an elderly lady with a horrible attitude. I can assure you that customer service is not her strength. She is often times rude, very negative, and makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. One of the young "ladies" who works during the evenings as a cashier or bagger, must have been trained by the "negative Nancy" on day shift. The young blonde headed girl has a bad attitude, she is always rude, she basically doesn't even acknowledge customers, but instead, spends her time using profanity, complaining, and/or gossiping with co- workers. She is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional!One of the biggest draw backs of this store is they do not offer wifi for customers and the coupons are only available online. To use a coupon, you have to have a wifi connection, take your phone in, and allow them to scan each coupon bar code, individually,at the register during checkout. It's more of a hassle than it's worth.Truthfully, I would not recommend this store. If they replaced the two staff members that make the experience so unpleasant, I'd consider shopping here again in the future. Until then, I'd simply steer clear.

Clean store, clean restroom, shelves well stocked, produce looked good. Employees where helpful, respectful. But, when placing placing an on-line order to pick up, you can only use debit or credit. Can't use food stamp card if wanted to place an on line order.

Their prices are a bit higher than your bigger chain grocery stores, but the variety of brands and items, as well as the cleanliness of the store, (especially the grounds) make up for it. Srsly ... cleanest grocery store I think I've ever been to.

Nice deals if you look for them. Nice store, clean...helpful employees. Most of the time WU seems an inconvenient hassle to the paid help...that could maybe be looked into...or the machine is down... not sure if thats a regular excuse or if its down more than up.Satilla has lovely smoked meat and I wonder how good the crickets that are housed there would taste smoked as well. Unfortunately, they now lock the musical cricket box- so I didn't get to find out about that at last check... lucky Jimminies

I had the nicest cashier...keep it up Satilla...and give that gal a raise! She deserves it and made stopping by your store memorable and I'll probably stop there again next time I'm passing through. When you're people are happy, it shows.

I like this store its very clean and the people are so nice and friendly. They always ask if you needs help. Prices are just a little high but its worth it and you don't have to worry about a lot of people in the store.

I only needed a free items. There was 1 register and the customer service desk. Register had about 3 customers and sd had 1.The customer was talking to the cashier and I got tired of waiting so I went to the long line and waited.Cashier was very unfriendly! She didn't say hello goodbye or thank you!

Very convenient as it's closer than driving to Walmart. Good meat prices vs Walmart. However most everything else is more expensive.

Hire any Ole rude inconsiderate tween. The western union is never working the fix for that is to call WU. ESPECIALLY WHEN ONLY 1 AROUND. Smdh

My Dollar General is the best! Polite friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is always clean no having to navigate around unboxed inventory. The products are good and 95% of the time in stock. I brag about my store and measure every other store by its standard.

Their prices are good. Sometimes you get stamps for things that they run that you can get for free if you get enough books of stamps, this time is cookware. Last time it was bath towels. And a very friendly group of people that work there.

An excellent grocery, the meat dept. Is top quality and great value. They have great southern products like Red Diamond tea and coffee, Lake Side stone ground yellow grits, golden flake chips . And respectful, and decent young people working there. If you buy some meat from them that you want smoked they provide that service, no charge I do believe.
