Overall average experience. Checkout was pretty quick, but they were not busy when I was there. There were several carts of product scattered throughout the store that needed to be stocked to shelves, but the employees were gathered at the front talking. There were also multiple displays that were almost completely blocking the aisles so my recommendation would be to take pride in the appearance of your store and focus on straightening/organizing before socializing.

store does need to be a lot more cleaner.1st thing you going in you see a trashed out floor. And hardly any food on freezer and cooler shelves.its always in box in bottom unopened.cooler stuff dont get rotated as it should be.as much trouble they had with freezers,I dont buy any of it.been refrozened a lot cause of bad freezers.employees are ok. Some are friendly some not so much.abd the front doors standing open all the time.hate to pay that power bill.so wasteful.

Its coming around finally. They are starting to have more and more relevant merchandise and they are finally starting to get some great staff in there. Over there years its been either a great staff and crappy managers, or a crappy staff and great managers. Think they finally found a happy balance because the store is definitely improving.

It's great to have a place I can stop in the morning to get the little items I need. Sometimes it is under stocked but the people are always friendly to me.

I was shopping here at the family dollar in Waynesville with my 1 year old granddaughter having a great time then all the sudden my granddaughter started having a seizure as I was trying to unbuckle her seat and grab my phone to call 911 and was yelling for help and I have to say all the ladies that ran over to help was more then a blessing they were angels I wish I could remember all their names the only one I can remember is Nikki.

Awful. The cashier was very rude. 2 min until store opening she's trying to push a cart so I hold the door for her. She didn't say thank you in fact all she said very rudely was were not open. You can come in but I'm not ringing you up until time. Pure laziness. needless to say I just went to sattilla grocery and got what I needed. I will never go in that store. Lazy
