OK, from the outside, it looks like a standard Dollar General store but when you go in.. the people are nice, the store is clean, they have fresh fruit and even Alcohol items. It seems more like a miniature Walmart. even the bathrooms are cleanWhat can’t my town store look like that??

Theyre trying to make the Self Checkout their primary register which i dont agree with since ive had a bad experience with that register before. Took money off my card and said i paid for it on my end but not on theirs. Had to wait 2 weeks to get ot back and still had to buy everything a second time.

Please check your Receipt,the sales prices are NOT showing up on anything.. she had to check everything ad sure enough.. no sales were showing up on her registrar....I feel this store is a scam ..

I recently went to shop for things I usually could never find because it was never stocked. I saw new management, new staff, stocked shelves, decently fast check out, & friendly faces and attitudes! Such a pleasant difference!

Seems like decent people working, but not sure as what's up with the store phone. I just bought 7 father's day cards only to not have them when I got all way home. Been tryin to call store for past few hrs 2 get onlyline busy. ??? WTH??? Hey your phone fixed it get off then all day an night!!! Updated on 6/16/23.

Maybe the store needs this change in managing, my husband is a amputee can't get down the isles, only had 3 buggies for the longest time, only hand baskets, merchandise not posted. Price, or in wrong place, never stock dog food have to ask someone to get it from store room. If they have any at all, who ever orders for this store does not order enough big bags of dog food. Right behind the checkout is a display of suntan lotions & honey buns, well you can not get a cart through there. Today I went in there looks like the new manager is trying to clean the store up also helping checkout customers, maybe he is gonna try to help this store become better. The help is very good & friendly greet everyone with smiles happy to help anyway they can, we had stopped going in there due to all the mess but since some changes things are looking up. You don't have lines way to long, the staff even seems to be happier.

Horrible no matter what the store is always cluttered! Can hardley get a cart through isles. The older lady with salt/pepper hair and glasses and hair is below shoulders her name is Lynn and she is the assistant manager. Well she is nasty too. She should def not work in customer service!!!!!!! She makes her own rules as to what she wants to do and whatever makes her job easier. I went in today and got cash back. I needed 2 5's instead of a 10.00 she got mad and kept saying over and over we can't give change out on the weekend, banks are closed. I wasn't needing change I was getting cash back. She got so mad she started throwing the money at the cashier and it was hitting the floor. The cashier handed me 2 5's and apologized and I said no hun it's not you but I will know better than to do cash back!!!!! This is not the first run I had with Lynn either. Watch out if she's working!!!! I will not go back to that store again!!!!!

It is what it is; A typical Dollar General store. However, there is a correction that needs to be made....If you happen to be looking for a location to pay your Georgia Power bill you CANNOT pay it at this DG store. The online GA Power​ payment location finder says you can make payments here, but the staff at the store say you can't. Get it straight GA Power. Don't you employ people competent enough to catch this misinformation and correct it without it having to be pointed out by a customer?

The store has just been renovated. Its great! They even have vegetables now. It True my is the Waynesville Wal-Mart now!

It was a little hard to get around some of the displays in the way. Other than that they have everything you need for your Easter baskets for the kiddos.

It's a Dollat General. It has good prices on some things and not so good on other items. The place is actually too cluttered a lot of times.

Some isles blocked (with merchandise to put up) 7pm on a Sat. Lots of empty shelves too. Only saw 1 employee!
