My family, I and friends shop here regularly for all sorts of things They have different brands of dog, cat foods and they also have other animal feeds such as chicken,goat,rabbit and ect. Can get tackle and medicine for your horses, cows ect. Sometimes you can catch a really good deal on certain things and then somethings are pretty pricey. Staff is friendly and willing to help, store is clean. It's a great place, check it out!

Horrible customer service!! I ordered a dog kennel and accessories on 3/10 from this location and paid for same day delivery. At 3:00 it said that my order was delivered to my house, but my products were nowhere to be found. At 4:00 I called the store and told them that my products had not arrived. The girl that I spoke with told me that the people they contract with for delivery came to the store to pick up my items, but the vehicle they arrived in wasn’t big enough. Instead of calling me and informing me of the situation, they just marked my order as delivered. The girl then told me that I needed to call the delivery company and ask them to find a larger vehicle so that they could pick up my order. It’s definitely not my job as the customer to do this so I told the employee that they needed to take care of the situation. I called back later that evening and nothing had been done and was again told that I needed to call the delivery company. I called the store back on 3/11 to cancel my order and the girl was extremely rude and told me that she couldn’t find my order. I finally had to call corporate (who had no problem finding my order info) so that my order could be cancelled. I will never again buy anything from this Tractor Supply location!

Purchased green cattle panels. The employee that help me was Jack I don't remember the youngmans name that also assisted. I was getting ready to leave when Jack said we can get those panels in your pick up. That was so helpful to me I didnt have to drive 20 minutes back to my home to get my trailer. I shop this store often and really appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

My type of store one of my favorites. Normally a wonderful experience but now changing my rating from 5 to 3 after going yesterday to pick up my order. Item was missing from order had to search the store to find a suitable adjustment item which should have been addressed prior to saying my order was ready. Lots of new employees on duty sever were just relaxing rather than working and most seemed uninformed about simple products being sold. Not the experience I addressed used to having very below standard I have had in the past.

I would like to take just a minute of your time to say how much I love the Waynesboro TSC. The manager Heather and the team lead Missy are awesome. The are others I just don’t know their names. I like this store much better than the one in Augusta. The staff are helpful, and the store isn't as messy on the shelves. They always seem to have what i've needed, which is hard to do these days. Give this location a try!

Store employees were super nice.I eventually found what I needed but the store was kind of disorganized. Pest control stuff was in two completely different locations so it took longer to pick up an appropriate product than it should have.Found a couple of fall work type shirts I liked, in women's sizing. Could not find a single article of clothing made in America. Usually at least in work clothing there is some.

Why am I reviewing a Tractor Supply Co. Store? I'll tell you, it's the employees. I've been in here many, many times to buy everything from chicks and ducklings to garden seeds to lag screws. The staff here is always friendly, helpful and amazingly very happy!I always tell my coworkers that if I get laid off my first plan is to try to get a job here. I can't think of any other store where the employees seem to genuinely like their job and the other people they work with.

Bolt bins are a mess! Can’t find hardware. No inventory and wrong bolts in wrong bins. Go to Ace. You pay a little more but you won’t waste your time.

Tractor Supply has something for everyone. Dog, cat, horse feed. Toys, boots, clothes and gardening supplies.it's a great place to get help with loading heavy things into your car. I can't pick up a 50 lb. bag of dog food. Even the young women will help me take the dog food to my car

I purchased a gift card for Father's day, my dad goes to the closest store (which is 30 minutes away) two times to get it, gets the run around both times. After my dad tells me he's been there twice and hasn't been able to get it, I call and speak with the manager, which looks into it, calls me back and says the purchase didn't go through, so of course I ask - If the purchase didn't go through, how come I have a confirmation email showing an order #, SKU #, $500 paid & how come I didn't receive some type of email stating the purchase didn't go through?This cost my dad about two hours (two wasted trips) and fuel for the drive down and it kept me tied up on the phone dealing with aggrevation, for which I was offered nothing to make it right.I don't believe I'll be doing business with Tractor Supply Company any time in the near future.

My detachment (us army reserve) is stationed in Savannah and regularly travels as a group to Augusta to train with the main part of our company and stop at this shopping center every time. On our return trip my Jr soldier locked herself out of her car and we began looking for creative solutions. I wondered around the store before approaching Mr.Demonte because an associate has better knowedge of what's in stock. he and I exhausted all ideas he asked his team leader, Mr. Kyler for suggestions. Turns out they had some wire, sturdy stuff, and my battle buddies made a hook to retrieve the keys sitting on the front seat. They were very helpful and we were able to get back to Savannah on time without having to call an expensive expert. We are very greatful for their courtesy and time.Sgt Ashley N. I like tractor supply and have spent between me and my father probably over 50 thousand dollars in the last 5 years but the waynesboro store the service and quality and the knowledge of their products is horrible the manager Daryl dosent know anything of what he's doing about keeping the store stocked especially being in a major farm community such as waynesboro he should keep the shelves stocked with plenty of outdoor products and tractor parts it's very poorly stocked all around very awfully trip to the store to b once again let down for products and quality it was a disgrace to the name

Seems like the cashier gets paid to stand around and talk to customers instead of actually working...... tried talking to me asking personal questions to the point I wouldn't even go back there again unless she wasn't working.
