It's a mix. Some days I have great overall experience, Some days no eye contact. Today, the cashier never spoke a word to me as I checked out. She seemed annoyed to be doing her job. Attitudes should never be that last thing customers see.

I shop at KJ's for mostly to purchase meats. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist you. Any meats that you need cut they're happy to do. They always give me the best cuts. I saw a customer purchasing cold cuts. Enquired what type it was. German Bologna he replied, now I've added it to my cold cuts selection.

Great little IGA store. The produce is excellent! You will find everything you need here. The aisles are well marked and nice and wide. The store is very clean and the staff is very nice.

This is the worst stocked grocery store. Almost everytime I go here, I walk out with things I need that they are out of.Out Recently: chili powder, drink cups of any sort, gum, WATER, chicken selection is next to nothing...on and on. Whoever owns this store realizes there is no competition in Waynesboro. Go to KJs in Hephzibah and it's stocked wall to wall with great selection.

Found pastries in the deli section that were outdated and moldy. Gave to staff. Went back the next day and the same type of pastry was back with a later date and all packages were moldy. When brought to attention of deli staff, she said she couldn't see the mold. I pointed out the white fuzzy spots that are NOT to be on eclairs and she said she didn't know what that was! Some serious training is needed in this store. Disgraceful and I will not be going back.

on 4/15/23 @ 7:50 I was in KJ's getting ice cream when I noticed the complete lack of professionalism from three employees chasing each other around the front of the store using merchandise to play swords like a couple of children on a school house playground. this also shows the lack of proper management on the duty manager

Went shopping today and couldn't find what I was looking for. When I got to the counter the cashier asked me if I'd found everything ok. When I said no he stopped what he was doing and made sure I left with a smile on my face. Very happy!!:)

The new manager is making changes. The store is cleaner and the staff is ready to help. I'd love to see some healthier items in the deli premade foods.

Formerly known as Harvey's, I like this store. The products are good and the prices are great. The deli and bakery offer good food as well. Customer service is good. There is also a branch from our local bank inside in case you need a little extra cash for your shopping :) Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Good produce section and better prices on fresh meat then WALMART, but they could really stand to expand their red meat section. They have plenty of chicken products but alot less beef for affordable prices. Since the prices have gone up the steaks are more expensive and thinner that sucks! And their general prices are really starting to get higher than Walmart, which is really bad considering a lot of their customers don't have a choice but too shop with them.

They have some secrets back there in that meat department. I know lots of places use this technique of grinding various types of meats together to make ground beef 😳🤨🤔😕😭 but I could NEVER accept this cross contaminated lie

Prices high as usual everywhere. KJ's had to good sales. I love their banana nut muffins and they never have any. That's the only thing bad that I can say.

Very grateful for a local First Choice over Walmart in Waynesboro but I want to see less prepared foods and at least one organic wholesome selection on every shelf.Thank you for trying to teach Waynesboro about the Healthy Basics.

Friendly and helpful employees. I liked the feel and organization of the small grocery store but was disappointed that there was absolutely nothing organic available. I'm new to the area and can't stand the thought of shopping at Walmart so I'll probably continue to come here for basics and go to the city for other items like meat and vegetables.

I've never seen such sorry service in my life. I will never ever stop at this store again I'm very disappointed in the way your staff Acts being cut off and push back and forced to wait even longer even though I was there first they put people in front of me then the register wouldn't work I decided to leave. Keep letting your employees treat them treat your customers the way they treated me today you won't be in business much longer

I got some brownies in the plastic containers and they were all coming open... so the cashier taped them up neatly for me, without me even asking her!!! So sweet !!!

They are wayyyy overpriced versus some of the other KJ stores... I put my minor priced items back after I saw the prices of their meats! If you're going to go there just get you a soda and some chips bcuz everything is expensive there! Publix and Kroger meat prices are better.

I was sorry to see Harvy's go and was even more sorry to see KJ's come. The prices went way up with little or no change in the store. New freezers and displays dont make up for the outrageous price increases. This place used to be crowded with happy shoppers every Wednesday morning. Now it's is a ghost town. Lets see how long it last...
