This store gives my OCD massive aniexty. It's always a mess. I'm not a fan shopping off the floor, so I refrain. I'm not sure if it's the staffs mentality or the shoppers, but this store is treated badly. People shop it, without a care to the mess they make. Employees are probably over it, cause there not paid enough. It's a conundrum. Maybe stop over stocking the isles. Staff better.. Kick people out that trash it repeatedly.I will go to other locations b4 coming here. Sad, really.

The store is a disaster zone. Stuff laying all over the floors, difficult to get down aisles. A serious hazard accident waiting to happen. Perilous for physically challenged individuals. Some aisles so bad can't get carts down. It is obvious that the management is poor.

Only 2 employees there. Cashier & someone moving boxes. Shelves so mixed up. Need more employees there. 2 can't do it all.

I had a great experience this evening. Whoever the cashier was tonight was very friendly and patient. I was able to find some nice gifts. They have some Thanksgiving decor and trinkets despite all other store's rush to burn us out on Christmas.Just an all around nice visit tonight.

This isn't the first time this has happened but the store lights are on but no employees in the store and the doors are locked for two days in a row now... Wth!!

I love the Dollar Tree, but this location is disgusting! You can't find anything and it's such a mess! I called up there and the young guy who answered said "YO".... Whatever happened to phone etiquette? I wasn't even sure if I had dialed correctly until I asked if it was the Dollar Tree. This one must be individually owned! I even tried to get a job there when I first moved here and the manager is NEVER in the store! Go to Augusta...It's alot more organized!!!

Very bad . I left the store after 20 minutes of not being able to check out because their cash register froze up. They sent the people behind me to another register and left me hanging. Won't go back. Employees squabbled over why register didn't work. Very annoying and unprofessional.

I love shopping at Dollar Tree I usually end up over spending because it's so many great items always something new. And you can't beat a dollar love love love this store let me warn expect to spend more then planned.😊☺💵💸🌳

This place is horrible!!! The stuff is everywhere on the floors it’s really unorganized making it hard to find stuff. The workers are lazy and not helpful with rude attitudes You litteraly have to search on the floor to find a product. Workers are just on their phone and not cleaning anything at all. Worst experience ever. Go to the Walmart instead it’s worth looking between a pile of stuff. This place should hire new workers and new management. If I could give no stars I would.

Went to store in Waynesville today, it was a mess! There was stuff all over the floor and whatever was on the shelves was all mixed up. We could not find what we needed. We usually shop the Dollar Trees in Augusta they are never that...
