This store is never stocked. There are always boxes sitting out of products that need to go on the shelves. The manager does not open at 8am. This is my third attempt this week to go into the store at 815 and she is inside with a man and the sores are locked. She has also closed down the store in the middle of the day with no explanation as why. This is a horribly run store and I do plan on reporting.

I had normal experiences when I went in before. But the last time I went in there there was a dog randomly walking around. A stray dog. They were having issues with the register which isn't really their fault but that is an issue. And the employee was playing cuss rap. Which was annoying.

I just love Dollar General it's so convenient, so close to the house. The staff is friendly, the store is huge. Last night the kids had a cold and instead of driving 15-20 miles, it was only 5min away. Thank u for opening up one close to all of us in midville.

Well let's see. Dirty, disorganized, cashier too busy on the phone to finish ringing us up, huge holes of out of stock items everywhere, then to top it all off the lady behind me had no concept of personal space, let alone social distancing. She was literally on my back like a backpack at one point. Rudeness abounds here. I go to DG regularly all over the US, I am a truck driver, and they are not usually like this. I have been to this one about 5 times and it is always an unpleasant experience.

I was on my way home to Augusta from Statesboro when I remembered that I needed to get milk. It was almost 9:15 p.m and I really didn't want to go to Walmart. So I googled to see if there were any other stores around the Waynesboro area that would be open that time of night. Dollar General came up and I rather pay extra than go to Walmart and spend hours in there. The cashiers were very helpful and friendly. I ended up getting there at 9:30. I looked around and shopped and before I knew it I heard "We're closing in 3 minutes". What??!! I just got here! And by the way, they have some nice stuff! Their was a lady checking out so I decided I could go down 1 more aisle. Nope..Another cashier met me and said that they were closing. So I got my Items and walked my self to the front and I was talking to them about how clean they kept the store. It's very difficult to find a DG that's clean and kept up. I was about to pay and guess what..I didn't even get the milk 🤦‍♀️. I asked the lady if they had any and they did, she ran and got me some and she even helped me tote my bags to my car. I would give this place a 2 thumbs up for customer service. The only issue I had, and I've had it with a lot of other stores is the music is way too loud.

Great store. I was able to get in and out with everything I needed and the staff was very helpful. Store isn't the cleanest but didn't delay me.

If you close at 10p.m than I should be able to get in the store prior to closing. I arrived at the store and they were already closed before 9:50 worst operating hours ever you have displayed online for customers !

The checkout line was slow. But that's because they're understaffed. But they were very courteous at the checkout counter. Music

The manager isn't always nice and helpful! Store isn't always stocked and uncluttered, there is only 2 employees that I hope is working when I must shop there

Nastiest store there is. One guy checking people out while there a 6 people in line. The manager was doing something sitting on the floir and would not get up to check people out. This store has the worst management.

Always used to visit this establishment to get my laundry detergent and sometimes it's not on the shelf so I have to backtrack and go the the family dollar store and it's sad because the laundry mat is right there beside the dollar general

Waynesboro dollar general has nothing ever it it. Workers don't work and half the time no managers on duty. The worst of them I have every seen.
