One of your staff members was eating fries off the bagging station while bagging food (not sure if they were from someone’s order or had fallen on the trays). No one was wearing gloves. There was paper in my hamburger and the bacon was more like a pile of goo. Went back and you were closed for the night. I would like to be refunded since I obviously did not eat this. Thank you.

Love DQ. Had a couple cheeseburgers and fries. And of course a Heath blizzard! Fries were awesome but the burgers nominal. Service was a bit slow but everything was hot and fresh that way.

I ordered a medium Oreo blizzard, which cost $5.23, got home, opened my cup and the ice cream is as white as snow, I only have a few crumbs of Oreos. If I wanted vanilla ice cream, I would have ordered that and saved $3. Do Better!!! People are spending their hard earned money and you should make certain they get what the order and nothing less!

Too many children working. Drive thru they missed up orders. Customers were asking who was in charge. Customers were telling them how to do orders. Telling them to get things together. They were just playing and laughing. Will not come back again.

Truck started overheating as I was pulling in to grab a bite to eat. Let it sit and cool off for a while, while snacking on a dang good $5 meal. Staff was kind enough to give us some water after we fixed the issue to get us home. Good food, fast service, but the customer service and hospitality was amazing. Thank yall for helping us get home.

Every time I go to this DQ they are always out of the cinnamon bun blizzard iv gon bye there twice a week for the last three weeks and have had no luck at all with it. You would think that they would adjust the inventory according to the local demand.and then today not only did they still not have the blizzard I get to the window to find they had no cup carriers and had to figure out how to get five blizzard's home with only two cupholders who's ever in charge of inventory and ordering products for the store needs to get it together or be replaced. This has Ben a constant issue with this location it didn't just start with this blizzard iv had issues on multiple occasions sense moving here over a year ago

Blizzards are always good. This time the guy at the drive thru handed me the blizzards and they were already melting. His hands were covered with ice cream and so were mine. Never tried to clean it up before handing it to me and flipped his hands dripping with ice cream on my car.

They missed up my order. I ordered three 2 for $4, 1 was 2 two piece chicken strips, one was 2 fries, and 1 was 2 sundaes. When the cashier tried to take payment and told me the wrong total and I repeated my order to her and she corrected my total I thought she correct my order she didn't. I was so mad when I got to my hotel and didn't have my 2 chicken strips.

Very nice and excellent customer service. Way better than any of the DQ’s in Augusta. I live in Augusta/hephzibah and I would rather come all the way down here to get anything from Dairy Queen. Great job!!!Update: 10/30/18——After today’s visit I assume it depends what crew is working I was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait. I could see if I had ordered food but I ordered 4 blizzards and it took 20 minutes not to mention the lady at the window was rude no hey how are you doing or anything all that was said was can you park over there???? Got to do better

Food was amazing... staff very helpful too! Their hours on the door said they closed at 9:30, but online here it say 10:00. But either way, we were catching up with friends.. an suddenly realized it was 10:15pm! Not one staff gave us rude looks or even asked us to leave! We even had gotten food after 9:30 an they made it for us! Very impressed!

I ordered the caramel apple blizzard and thankfully I got a mini. The ice cream was pretty melted and the mix was ok. Won't be ordering it again. My son enjoyed his cotton candy dipped cone.

The drive thru line is usually several cars long and it takes a good bit of time to get your order. They're hiring more folks, so let's hope that helps.

Great job you guys. They catered to me, my older brother, mom, aunt and TWELVE kids!!! Young lady who took our orders did a great job, didn't catch her name but she had gorgeous eye lashes... Great food, fun and ice cream...

I don't eat there since they started with their pretzel buns. They are too hard and dry for my taste. Do not like any of their "artisan breads either. I used to eat there all of the time even though the workers were very rude to me once years ago. Didn't blame the restaurant for one rude worker. Loved their hot dogs and bar b que.

Friendly smiles and great service. The best burgers, chili dogs and onion rings you can get for the price. AND no upcharge to get onion rings w meal instead of fries!! :). Oh, and you have to just love those blizzards.

Always good food here. Newly upgraded dining area and new drivethru. Also some new menu items and now offer several salad meals. Gets crowded and hectic during midday rush 12-130. Best thing about the upgrade is your food gets brought to your table rather than standing in line

Worst experience that I have had with a DQ ever!! Drive thru wait was about 15 mins just for a chicken strip basket and blizzard. Once I finally got my basket and blizzard my toast was burnt and it was regular white bread not even the normal DQ toast. My chicken strips and fries were not hot at all and my blizzard felt as if it had been waiting on the counter the same time I was waiting on my food. It was dang on near a milkshake. Highly disappointed!!!

Fast food the way it should be. Fresh, clean, fast and friendly.Parking: Parking is normal. Drive thru is set up so when you pull in, you have to drive around the restaurant one time to order if not the first 2 cars. Makes difficult to get in when busy. Then you have to drive around the building again to leave.

I love how if you’re dinning in they bring you your food, first time I ever saw this with a fast food restaurant. But this particular Dairy Queen is a great place to go if you’re a fan. The parking lot & wait in drive threw are the worst things about this Dairy Queen.

Stop by here for lunch the other day for the work crew. Pull into the drive thru and I'm told I can't make separate orders. So I'll pull off and go inside make my three orders and the whole time I'm there waiting on food making drinks there's not a soul in the drive thru. The girls working the drive-thru area didn't do anything to even help with the one girl working the front counter. It was more important for them to eat their food in the kitchen instead of in the dining room where they belong. Not the first person asked if I needed any help in taking anything out to my vehicle on a rainy day. Don't think I will be back to this restaurant.
