We just had the worst experience in CVS Waynesboro. Took our prescription in at 2:00. The pharmacist filled other people's before ours and we were ahead of them. We didn't come out till 2:50.

This is the only CVS, in the CSRA, who will have your medicine ready in 30 minutes to an hour. In my experience, 30 min to an hour is usually uncommon at this location. I usually have a text saying my meds are ready before I leave the doctors office. Not to mention, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Prepare to wait an Hour and a half or longer for each car in line for a scheduled Covid Test, guess this is better than most of the country, got here at 9 for a 915 test, 3 cars in front of us, it’s 1240 now down to 1 car in front of us.

This is the second time I have scheduled a COVID tests & when I arrive there’s the inconvenience of running out of tests & always lying about trying to call before you arrive!! You don’t even have the decency to let people know after waiting all day for this appointment, very inconsiderate & unprofessional

This store has great employees that are helpful. The cashiers always greets us with a smile, and they have exactly what I need which saves me trip (and time) to a larger store.
