Great customer service reps! Taylor and Dreka!! Are there any honest people in the world? Are there any honest people in Burke County? I found two today at Big lots in Waynesboro. I dropped my purse in the back of the store. Got to the checkout. Did not have a dime! I got so upset. I went to the car but I knew I had my wallet in the store came back from my car no wallet. I was so upset and I said did somebody take it out of my buggy Taylor called on the intercom. Did anybody see that black and white wallet with elephants on it within 2 minutes? Dreka had the wallet up front! Nothing missing. She saw it on the floors as soon as she heard the announcement. What a blessing. What a blessing these two girls were working today. I am so so thankful. Shout out to Big lots for hiring young people that are honest and trustworthy. Keep up the good work and I'll keep making this stop on my way home! Love this store. Love these honest young ladies!

Big Lots in Waynesboro is very nice, clean and organized. The workers are friendly and helpful and they had good sale going on. I like Big Lots.

I love this Big Lots! It is by far the best one I have been to. The store is clean, well stocked and the staff is pleasant and helpful.

Restock the Hotwheels cars , had a rack full when they first opened. Sold out in a few weeks and not the first one since. Who ever does the ordering needs to learn how to do there job.

Me and my 3yrs old spent an hour in here. Store is very clean and employees are helpful and friendly. Christmas items already on shelves.

Great selection and good prices. Tried to tip employee helping with carryout...he wouldn't have it. That is rare and cool.

I enjoy going here because the items are endless and the prices are great. The employees in all locations are friendly and they greet you properly and instantly upon entry.

I LOVE this store!! From the day it opened! Unfortunately, I don't believe it has a large enough customer base to make the money necessary to remain open. I hope it does though!!
